I,purchased an USHA dynamo wall fan on 25/5/10,Bill No.4763.The fan got dead in march n is lying at the dealers shop since then,but the co. Has not repaired it till now,the complaint no. Of the fan is:-
C-[protected],dt.26/4/11.I also had a word with Mr. Anil Vema from the co. Who very rudely denied the replacement straight away n gave me full liberty to approach to consume r forum.I,here by request you to look in the matter n get my fan replaced.

My name is usha iam working in professonal. one person (unknown) calling everyday. He call from three numbers.He speak bad words. in midnight.Many times i told dont call me.but he disturb till date, Kindly search the person and take severe action.the phone numbers are [protected],[protected],[protected]

    Sir,
    I purchased a USHA 230mm Dynamo fan on 25/5/10,The fan got dead on 24/3/11 n is lying at the dealers shop from 2 months.The dealer is saying that the CO. Is not giving approval for the repair/replacement of the fan,after making several complaints I had a chat with Mr.Vivek Babbar &Mr.Anil Verma in the service dept. but to no avail.Mr.Verma insisted on some S.No. Isuues n despite making several requests denied any help further shouted that he would take full care for the non replacement till he is in the co.

    I hereby request u to come to my remedy n get my fan replaced n teach a lesson to beureucrats like Mr.Vema.Waiting for a favourabe response.

        Sub : Complaint for Ceiling Fan Quanta 56 inch purchased from CSD Canteen.

        I am a Junior Commissioned Officer from the Indian Army. I purchased one ceiling from CSD canteen 13600:56E Quanta-1400 mm on 12.3.08. It broke down within one year and after a personal visit to your office at Kasturba Gandhi Marg , New Delhi and number of telephonically conversations, I got it replaced in April 2009 with a new fan 48 inch quanta in stead of 56 inch quanta. This was done through Mr Suman o[censored]sha International. The changed piece even broke down on 04.7.10. As a result neither piece lasted for two years as per the guarantee terms and conditions. I visited the service centre at Lodhi Colony , New Delhi who informed me the estimated cost of repairing would be Rs 400/-. I contacted Mr Suman and narrated the whole story who in turn replied that now the company is not responsible as the ceiling fan has been replaced once. But to my mind either of the piece was supposed to work successfully for two years at least at a stretch i.e guarantee period. Then how such a reputed company can be irresponsible as such as informed by Mr Suman.

        May I now request you, either I may be given a new ceiling fan 56 inch (actual substitute of initially purchased ceiling fan ) or at least a refund of Rs 392/- paid to the service centre at Lodi Colony, New Delhi on 15.7.10 (Job No 3189 refers) along with suitable compensation for the harassment faced so far. I hope a heed will definitely be given to the above and do the needful on Priority to avoid getting the image tarnished of such a reputed company and also to avoid legal complications at later stage.

        Photocopies of the following documents are enclosed :-

        1. CSD Canteen Bill.

        2. Photo copy of the work order duly signed by Mr Suman mentioning replacement of fan.

        3. Photo copy of the Guarantee Card.

I further request that new fan be delivered at my place of residence and if the old fan is to be taken back then Rs 392/- may also be refunded to me on spot.

        Submitted for an early kindful action please.

        From the above, it is clear that I am being harassed unnecessarily. If I am not delivered the fan within one week, I may have to take up the case with DG CSD Canteen with a request to stop demand/sale of the Usha products in CSD Canteen and simultaneously file a case in the consumer court with detailed history of harassment (which will include time wasted for roaming about from Residence to Service Centre/ Usha Office at Kasturba Gandhi Marg , New Delhi, cost of petrol, telephone calls expenditure and suitable compensation for harassment so caused) from 12.3.2008 till date.

        ceiling fan quanta — delay in replacement

        fan was purchased from CSD. it developed problem of abnormal noise after 01 yr.it was taken to service centre at sainath enterprises. repair attempt was made. still noise persisted. again it was taken to service centre on 16 jun 12. it was told that product will be replaced on 18 jun 12. contacted several times but product is not handed over till date. very-2 poor service at sainath enterprises.r godown is located just 1 km away from the service centre, still this much delay. it is just harassment to customers.Request hand over the product at the earliest.

          Sir,
          I purchased a 56'' Usha Striker (Model) Brown (Color) NO. 13228 on 26.02.2010 for Rs. 1400.00 from M/S D. D. & Co., P. N. Dey Super Market, Belghoria, Kolkata-700056. This fan is covered under 2 years warranty and I am holding the warranty card for sure. But after installation of the fan it is generating a regular sound. This sound actually awakens me and my wife at night and sometime we have shifted to another room for getting rid of that sound. It is very painful when we have to endure this type of problem at summer and all the days. The reverse page of the Cash Memo gives me the two Phone No.[protected] and[protected] to lodge complaint with the Usha International Ltd. I made a formal complaint stating all the facts on 01.04.2010 vide Complaint No. 10UA02. The Technician of the service provider came after a day and he could not do anything because at that time the fan was not generating the sound and he told me that if he could not hear the sound it was not possible to do anything for him.
          But the fan is indeed producing the sound which annoyed us a lot and presently it is doing so. On 24.04.2010 I made another complaint vide No. 10UA173 with the same problem including the diminishing the speed of the fan, and this time the technician came, he opened the fan and do repair work and the speed of the fan was increased.
          But the problem of generating the sound was not redressed. From time to time it is producing the sound. It was stated (The produced sound on 28.06.2010 at 2.53 pm by that fan with my Wife's Mobile phone is available with me) in June 2010 and I made the formal complaint on 28.06.2010 vide No. 10UC194 and this time any technician did not attend the fan to repair or replace it. At the time of the complaint I demanded them to replace the fan with a new one. Regarding this complaint I reminded them twice on 09.07.2010 and on 22.07.2010, and they did not respond to my problem.
          Now, I am applying before your kindself to redress my problem and make an arrangement to replace the fan with a new one which will not produce the sound.

            We purchased a cooler (Usha) Ajee Model on July 20th 2009. The Motor of the same burst in the moth of june 2010.
            We companied to the shopkeeper on 21st june 2010.
            He had given us the No. of Service dealer. We contacted them on the same day. But till date nothing is happeningn inspite of our 10-15 calls everyday. He has lots of excuses every time.
            Your motor is expired. Other day, We need photocopy of the bill. person comes only to get photocopy.
            Other day person comes & removes the motor. & after 6-7 days he don't turn back. Motor nahi mil rahi.
            Another day He comes with a motor which is not working.
            He will come on some other day with an another motor.
            Now he is making excuses of the timimgs.
            He is ony waiting for the warranty Expiration. Tell us when we will use thw cooler-In winters.
            Sometime he says. he reached late yesterady nignt. so he can't come in morning today.
            Someday , the bike punctured.
            We are fed up with their attitude.
            Please helpus. Now , we dont need this cooler, we want our money back as they are not able to give service in warranty period. What will happen after that?

            usha — wall fan blade not rotating

            we have purchased a lot of wall fan out of those one is unserviceable. the blade is not rotating. complaint raised last 4 days no one came to rectify.
            usha dealers 4west sadar thana road mobile no. [protected] delhi 110006. maine nov. month me gesgyser book kiya tha aur payment bhee kar chuka hu. mai baar -baar usha ke shop par jaakar thak chucka hu last me maine court ke help lene jaa raha hu. agar aap meri help kar sakte ho plz help karo . dealer ka kehana hai ke usha compney se gesgyser nahi aa raha .

              Dear sir,

              I bought a usha fan 10 th April 2010. It is very noise within a month. I complaint to the customer care via email.A service man came from service center and check the fan and said bearing and shaft worn out. And he told bring the fan to the service center. But I sent the fan to the company threw dealer. After above 40 days I did not get the fan.
              What can I do now ?.Please advise

                DEAR SIR,

                I HAVE SUBMITTED MY FORM WITH COMPANY 4 MONTHS BACK WHEN CALLED

                - HR SAYS THEY ARE NOT RESPONCIBLE FOR PROVIDENT FUND PAYMENT.

                - WHILE THE TRUST / ACCOUNTS INDICATED CLEARLY THE FORM IS HELD BY HR AND THEY ARE HOLDING MY PF MONEY AGAINST THE SAME.

                  No service

                  I have brought an usha wall fan and it stopped working within 15 days.i lodged a complaint to customer care with ref no 2841.evenafter repeated calls my problem has not been resolved. I am sorry to learn the pathetic after sales services i am sorry for i may lodge a complaont in consumer court on Monday onwards.
