      Bought it from Croma, Sohna Road, Gurugram vide invoice number SLA[protected] dated November 30, 2020.
      1. Its burners when lighted instead of flame coming up, burns under the burners. It is very dangerous and can put kitchen on fire.
      2. The knobs have broken from inside thus come out.

            While the fun was running there was a huge sound and the fan was not standing properly.suddenly we switch off the fan and we checked at that time we come to know that under the pedal base it was. Broken.please do the needful to rectify the problem and also provide service provider.

              While fan running, there was a sound.we switch off the fan and we checked what happen the fan was not stand properly the pedal base was broken

                      Dear Sir,

                      I have purchased a Usha fontana fan through online dealer SMG India Sector-332 Sector-15 Huda Jagadhri Haryana dated on 28-Mar-2021 when i open the box Chain cords and fan mounting Fasteners not available in the box.

                      Many times informed to Usha Customer care and Service team.
                      Every time they have said escalated your concern for Service team.
                      Till now no body consult with us.
                      I have continue follow up with Usha team members since 04-Apr-2021 but no body take my matter seriously.

                      Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis and arrange my Missing parts on top priority.

                      Attached bill details for better understanding.

                          I have purchased a new fan and after installed noticed a sound from it . Raised a complaint calling to toll free number and they provided service center number situated in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh
                          with phone number[protected]. and Named Nivas Electricals . No one responded to the compliant and when I called them they pepole even dont no to how to deal with customer and disconnted the calls only asking the question when will technician will attend the service . Nobody till now attended and 48 hours crossed and i need company to take strong action and should help customers to resolve the issue .
