I purchased a Exhaust Fan ( amounting about Rs.1200/-) about 1 month back. Suddenly the fan stared producing a horrific noise some days back. I contacted the store from whom I purchased it, but though registering calls no of times no mechanic came to check it . It's over a month now though they sms me about the mechanic he did not care to check it telling that it's not his region .
The product got about 2 year of warranty .
Do this company planning to bypass this time period by avoiding ? seriously ...I only brought it because of the name and reputation of it !!!
Now, what I get ?
Irresponsible avoidance .
Definitely not recommending this company to any one

moreover, customer care not taking care of it also

      Hi bought Usha Aqua Genie 15L electrical geyser from Best Price #wallmart zirakpur in the month of October 2020. It is giving probem from the first day of installation. I always had worst experience with the products purchased from best price especially electrical appliances. Output hot water flow is like water is coming through droper. I live in a joint family and it is very tough for me to survive without hot water for bathing. There are small kids and aged person in my family. Please solve this matter

          Usha food prepossess juice jar is not working from purchase.
          We are completed on dtd 28.11.20 to comp no. cc[protected] that time without attending complaint has been closed.
          Second time complaint no. cc[protected] still no one attending .
          Both time assigned complaint to J R Enterprises.

          So Please take the action about this matter.

                                  We bought Usha geyser from a dealer in Jalandhar. He told us that installation is free and the company representative will come and do the installation. When the service guy came on 19th November to the house, he told us that he will charge Rs. 150 for installation. This is really not desirable for a company with such reputation.

                                    My registered mobile number is [protected]. Despite of repeated complaints, the service have turned deaf ear. Why do you sell products in places when you can't even afford to have a service centre? I will complain about this consumer court. What is this? How could you let your consumer harrass like this ? The service centre number that have been provided to me by your incumbent executives didn't even work . This is so unprofessional. Firstly you have taken my iron without any certainty when are they going to return it. Secondly you have provided me false details.
