                  *The product is out of warranty.
                  *While switching on the gadget it gives the burning smell.
                  *A complaint was registered on Tuesday, 29 Dec2020.
                  Complaint no CC[protected].
                  *The same evening the complaint was attended by Mr Dinesh Mandal.
                  * Apparently there was no electrical fault. Complete serving was done against the payment of Rs200/- in cash.
                  * But again on switching on the gadget for half an hour, there was faul burning smell.

                  REQUEST FOR THE RECTIFICATION OF THE SAME.

                          The hand blender we purchase on 2 oct 2020 is not working properly while using it always produce heat by which it upper plastic part get melt and our first complaint one technician come he don't repair it properly he said that i will come again but he not come again
