I am really very disappointed with the after same services provided by USHA, customer is feeling cheated and would never recommend any one to buy your product or will ever buy in future. I purchased subject mentioned product on 24/11/2020 from Reliance digital Kanpur and with operation of two month it become non operative. And very sad to inform no support to customer. I purchased an Usha Geyser from your company vide cash. few days back with a warranty of one year.
I regret to inform you that it stopped working from installation date. It does not heat water.and also does not drain hot water
Please send your mechanic to rectify the fault or replace the geyser with a new one.

I have purchased a Usha 25 litre Geyser on 14 th January but till now it has been not installed by service agent.After consulting they say tomorrow will be installed but yet not....

In the usha quartz heater after 2 days the 2nd rod of heater is not working......

Hot water is not come in gyser. My gyser is in warranty period....

After buying a sewing machine for a demo it's a very difficult book for demo if we book also there is no response from Usha....

*The product is out of warranty.
*While switching on the gadget it gives the burning smell.
*A complaint was registered on Tuesday, 29 Dec2020.

*The same evening the complaint was attended by Mr Dinesh Mandal.
* Apparently there was no electrical fault. Complete serving was done against the payment of Rs200/- in cash.
* But again on switching on the gadget for half an hour,...

We have purchased a usha room heater 10 months back and we have just opened it to use it was all working fine for four days but suddenly now the room heater is only blowing cold air and heating would like to check plz....

The hand blender we purchase on 2 oct 2020 is not working properly while using it always produce heat by which it upper plastic part get melt and our first complaint one technician come he don't repair it properly he said that i will come again but he not come again
it is our complaint so i request that repair my product or give us new hand blender or back my money...

I am using a room heater since 11 months and now one of the heating rod stopped working .. It is covered under manufacturing defects. Please provide the replacement asap....

Sir my Usha gyser not working from last 15 days please arrange a mechanic to make it in working condition....

I have purchased USHA Toaster PT3730 on 8 October 2020 from M/s R.K. Vision, 89, Khanna Market, Lodhi Colony, New Delhi-110003 vide Invoice No. RKV/20-21/05003.
For last few days the High-lift and toasting lever of the toaster is not working.
You are requested to kindly send your technician at the earliest.
