I want to say electricity failure every day here in rahmatnagar siktour maniram

Dear sir,

Power supply is not available from 10:00pm at Himalya enclave, khora colony, Ghaziabad.
Helpline number is also not providing information regarding same.

At least kindly inform me that till what time the power supply will resume in our area.

Sir, on 4 april 2021, without even reading the meter physically the bill has been calculated and uploaded online. The reading on march 08 was 948 units and then on 4 april it was around 1050 units which they took as 7756 units. And bill has been generated of 22145 Rs which was supposed to be around 500-600 Rs because i am regular payee of bill and every month it comes around 500 Rs. So i complaint online and offline as well many times. But after complaining they dont listen to me and they again calculated bill without reading meter as follows:

however the correct reading has been taken on 10/05/2021 physically which is 1133.33 units.

So i request you that meter reading should be taken physically (around 1133.33 units is current meter reading) and then generate bill from 08 march 2021 to may 2021 i.e. till now and cancel all the bills from 08/03/2021 to till now.

meter reading on 08/03/2021 is 948
current reading i.e. 10 may 2021 is 1033.33
so bill shoud be generated on 85 units only.

There is a power cut in Gorakhpur since last night. We have to attend our offices due to being work from home. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I made a payment online at www.uppclonline electricity bill account no.-[protected] payment on 20/4/2021 deducted from my account successfully amount-2120.00 my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.
I kindly request you to refund my account.

In the area of jankipuram extension, Lucknow there is a huge amount of voltage fluctuation problem from past 10 years. Nobody listens to the complaint. Due to the voltage fluctuation there is disturbance in working of electrical appliances. Voltage fluctuation results in shocks in our houses. There is only one transformer that supplies electricity to this whole area. This problem will only be solved if one more transformer will be alloted in this area.
It is my humble request to allot a transformer for this area. I will also talk to the media regarding this electricity crisis where only single transformer is supplying electricity to this vast area.

Please provide to power timing are increase in our area

In UPPCL my account number is [protected] residence of G-9, Lajpat Nagar, Swaroop Park, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, PIN : 201005. I booked a complaint on 19th May ( Complaint number is PV[protected]) for shifting of electricity supply cable of my neighbor house from my roof but neither nobody visited and resolved the issue. They just closed this complaint on their portal without taking my consent on today 21 May at evening and i got a message "Your Issue has been resolved". JE who was assigned for this case was also not aware off how this complaint was closed in their portal.

My residence, and the cable of next building going through the side wall of my house is attached for your reference in the attached photograph.

This needs to strictly looked upon that how complaint got closed without rectification of consumer's issue. Waiting for a favorable action on the same.

Today from 4am electricity is cut due to broken of power line. It is my humble request to you please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Electric connection to all Consumers of Society-Saryu Vihar (Gali No.100), Newada, Ashok Nagar, Prayagraj has been provided from long distance poles located in adjacent street/Road . All connections are provided by Cables passing over buildings. Accidents may occur any time resulting in loss of property and life. There are going on electric theft, Interruption in electric supply due to loosening of cable from poles, fault/cut in cable.
Frequent interruption in electric supply due to loosening in connection & fault in cable is going on since a long time. Complaints have been lodged many times at Electric Substation Ashok Nagar but no permanent solution has been done till date. Complaint has been resolved temporarily many times only by tightening the cable connections to restart electric supply .But problems which all consumers of Saryu Vihar (Gali No.100) near Archana Park are facing requires a permanent solution by erecting poles in our Street.
Electric Poles have been erected along roads in all over the area except in our Street. Only 03 (Three) Electric poles are required to connect all consumers in our Street. All consumers have been represented many times by JE of Sub Station Ashok Nagar but no action has been taken for permanent solution. All consumers are paying their electric bill in time even during this pandemic situation at the cost of risk of life and property.
So it is our humble request in the interest of life and property of residents of street of Saryu Vihar (Gali No.100), Near Archana Park, Newada ( Patrakar Colony Vistar), Ashok Nagar, Prayagraj-211001 to arrange erection of 03 nos.Electric Poles as early as possible.

I am a resident of SLF VED VIHAR LONI GHAZIABAD As their has been too much power cut nowadays.on 19 May 2021 because of wind, power cut was their at 1 pm in the afternoon .then we called the power house to fix it they told us that it will be fixed in an hour but that didn't happen.Despite calling many times they didn't fixed it.Moreover, they were talking rudely.they were saying "They didn't care about anyone
.we want you to take a strict action against them.they were too Lazy to fix the Line.
