Balance of 1000 has been deducted from my bank account on 23/02/2021 while applying for UPPCL JE Civil post.
but in application details it's showing a NOTE.
"NOTE: Your previous transaction was unsuccessful Kindly click on Go to Application to complete your payment."
Then i went to cyber cafe and he made the payment, then finally the application was submitted and payment was successful.

But I've not received 1000 rupees that i initially played.
When will i get it refunded?
Normally the amount gets refunded in 48 hours but i haven't received it yet, it's been more than 30 days.
Kindly refund my deducted amount.

      Dear Sir, Please note that in UPPCL Area (Daraganj - Allahabad) all land lords are taking 10 INR/unit electricity charge from the students. I would like to request you to consider this on top priority and look into this matter. For students our daily expense are very marginal and without jobs how we can survive this as we all know that actual rate is 5.5 - 6 INR / unit.

          Respected Sir/Madam,

          Yesterday I got a message from UPPCL that I have a due of Rs 44042.00 as my electricity bill for 2 months, for house which is vacant for past 2 months.
          Earlier the meter was changed after complaining regarding faulty meter by the department in Jan 2021. And that time also the bill generated dated 20/12/2020 for amount 6860 was received. After some days next bill was generated for 14199 with due date of 31/01/21.
          I have paid 14199 on 30/01/2021.
          Again this 44042 bill is giving me a shock.
          Earlier when my house was vacant bill of 150-200 were generated. Bill of Rs 183.00 was generated in June when previous meter was working & I paid 183.00 on June 2020.

          Now I request you to get my bill corrected so that I can pay as on date bill and if there is any fault in meter kindly check and replace it with a correct meter.

                मै श्रीमती अन्नपूर्णा पत्नी स्वर्गीय राम मोहन यह कहना चाहती हूँ कि मेरे घर मकान नंबर २ शाह कालोनी खलील गर्बी शाहजहांपुर में दो मीटर के कनेक्शन थे, [protected] और [protected] जिसमे से मैंने [protected] का लोड 3 Kilowatt से बद्वाकर 5 किलोवाट करवा लिया तथा [protected] को कनेक्शन काटने के किये PDC की अर्जी दिंनाक 13.12.2014...को दे दी | दिनाक 13.12.2014 को विच्छेदन शुल्क Rs. 2156/- जमा कर दिया गया, Mr. अविनाश कुमार ने 16.12.2014 को पोल से कनेक्शन को काट दिया, सरेंडर रिपोर्ट भी संलग्न है, OM दिनाक 21.12.2019 का संलग्न है, पेमेंट रिसीप्ट 2644 रूपए की भी आपके लिये सल्गन है |
                इसके बावजूद, मेरे मीटर कनेक्शन को कंप्यूटर में अपडेट नहीं किया जा रहा है और उसकी वजह से कई बार हैडल से लोग आते रहते है और कहते है कि आपने अपने बिल का भुगतान नहीं किया है और मै आपके कनेक्शन को कiट दूगा | जो कि पहले से ही कटा हुआ है |
                अब आप बताएं कि मेरी क्या गलती है |
                मीटर नंबर [protected] का भुगतान समय पूर्वक किया जा रहा है | यह कनेक्शन सुचार रूप से चल रहा है |
                कृपया अधिशासी अभियंता शाहजहांपुर को सूचित करे कि कनेक्शन संख्या [protected] का विच्छेदन पूर्णरूप से हो चूका है और अपने कंप्यूटर सिस्टम को अपडेट करे तथा इस विधवा अन्नपूर्णा देवी को परेशान न करें |

                      Dear Team,
                      I Paid for my electricity bill MVVNL A/c no:[protected].
                      1st transaction dated : 07.03.2021 Amt: 7863.42 time: 11:11PM, Transaction no: T48470
                      2nd transaction dated : 08.03.2021 Amt: 7863.42 time: 12:59PM, Transaction no: T28415
                      but both the transaction did not reflect to my account. I already complaint to UPPCL on call (Complaint no: MV[protected]).
                      Kindly reflect both the payment to my MVVNL account or refund back it to my RBL Bank Credit Card.
                      Also provide me Marchant Contact Proof so that i can provide it to my bank.

                            I am a wife of an Army Officer presently posted in J&K. I am permanent resident of Indirangar, Taramandal Gorakhpur. This month bill has been generated for Rs 2857/- with arrears Rs 2136/- which is not understood.Spoke to JE Taramndal, but he could not give satisfactory answer putting blame on consumer. When bill has been generated every month and cleared on time why arrear of Rs 2136/- Please reconcile. It has happened earlier also, however the bill was paid without any query. Again I have paid the bill, but I need to be satisfied for reason of enhanced bill of Feb 2021.

                                        My consumer account no.[protected] registered on the name of Deep Charan Singh. Some of the electricity agent has come to my home and no one was there and without any knowledge or informatiom they have disconnected my consumer id & when i compalined than none of them is listening my complaint. I just try to pay my dues amount through going offer of govt bijlii maafi yojana 2021, and when i login to my id, total due amount shown me 19980 . And it's shown there will be 2700 approx surcharge wavier . Here i was given option to pay first OTS registration of amount ₹4400 approx and when i opened the payment amount page, it was shown OTS registration amount of ₹6709 which was anonymously increased .after paying this amount i just again gone to see my rest due then i found the rest amount again it was increased from ₹10, 000 to 15, 250 amount. Is this how govt and there employee make laughable to people and that's the reasons why today none of the people believe on the govt. & there any scheme. In the name of scheme they all just harassed to common people on any type of by doing disconnection or just by hiking the electricity bill without any correctness and this all burden just come on us common people. Atlast i just want my consumer id should be reconnect and the ots amount or due amount, both should be corrected as soon as possible.
