V-Guard Industries — ac stabilizer issue not resolved for 30 days

Hi team,

Two srs already generated on behalf of ac stablizer issue before 30days, but no resolution, but the srs got cancelled without any reasons.

No service engineer visited my site. Still my product is not repaired and my problem is not resolved yet. As ihave bill copy and its under the warranty period but still no one resolved my issue. Strict action needs to be taken. My mobile number is [protected]. Already bill copy sent to customer service email id.

I purchase 31.7.18 new instant watet heater 3liters 3000watts power on indicator light is not working. I complaint 1.8.2018. But now not clear my complaint. I new purchase and not in use our product. Clear immediate my complaint. Or i go to consumer court in our products.

I have purchased a V- Electronics Voltage Stabilizer in the month of April, 2018. But the said Stabilizer is not working now. You are therefore requested to replace the same at the earliest.
