    As per the message received with technical issue the internet connectivity is not available from 20 th march 2020 3:30pm onwards to till now 21st march 2020 2:00pm. After receiving message for issue resolved then also i am not able to access the internet as no internet connectivity.
    Please check with the issue as soon as possible as we have to work from home.

      Very poor service provided. When asked why is their internet not working gthey gave an escuse that all are mostly working from home during this period of coronavirus and their servers couldn't take the load. After that they say it will first take about 2 hours to solve, later when i visited their office some head says that it will take about 5 hours and yet it has been offer 12 hours that they have not solved the issue.

        My name is hiren panchal and contact number is [protected] have been facing poor internet speed since last 1 momths. Speed of net is very pathetic. Complaon twice but couldnt get any result. Also we have been facing many tine internet connection lapses. I work from home nad entire work is depend on wifi and we dont have broadband facilities in vasai.

          We have already paid for an annual channel subscription to dth service independent cable. But now they are not showing any channels of star package. They have promised to refund the money of the above package which is still pending. We had expected many channels as promise by the company but now the number of channels being broadcast on their cable is less than what we paid for.

            Dear sir,
            Kindly extended my net service because my connection is not working properly (May 2nd to june 3rd) wii call and informed. Again that problem started on (June 5 th to june 16th). I will come there my router configuration done twice. June 19th onwards net is working. You can check my internet details ajitha _y my plan is 4mpbs 6+1 my due date for august 1st.

              I have called toll free customer care number to inquire regarding my package because i cannot able access my account with correct name password. Customer care told it's not our area call landline no. 3254333 i requested office may be closed. He said nothing kept phone.
              Why then separate customer care not provided for vasai gaon area.
              Kindly reply and take fast action over this complaint.

                This is probably the worst customer service i have ever received. Its been 2 weeks now and my internet connection has not yet been shifted to the new residence. They provide reminders which are more of a tortoure 15 days prior to the expiry date of the net package, continuous calls and sms reminders, but the service they provide is a disgrace.

                We can never get through their lines, and more then half the times the phone lines are not attended to. The staff answering the calls arent even aware of whats happening. High time they shut their services.

                Really a waste of time and money dealing with these cheaters.

                Sir, I sue Signet Cable, i paid full channel amount, but they are not showing all the channel.

                I contact their customer care, but they talked very rudely. and told me they will not solve the problem, and give me abuse.

                Please resolve the complaint
                WiFi connection is showing not no internet connection. Please do not ye needful as early as possible or at least have the courtesy of riverting back.

                  A lady from billing department of Vasai Cable Pvt. Ltd. calls continuously for giving reminder for the next month payment against the internet. She calls my mobile as well as residential no. everyday for the reminder. The reminder calls made by them (billing department, vasai cable pvt. ltd.) are approximately one week before the next months payment due. Apart from calling, they also send reminder smses to the customer. My complaint is against this lady who seems to be stupid, calls me continuously even after been told a big Okay from my end. This is simply a harassment or a mental torture made by this billing department, especially that lady who seems to be illiterate & ridiculous. I always been have received a rude replies from the lady from billing department. They only have one answer, that is, to visit their office & talk. I do not understand how a big giant like Vasai Cable Pvt. Ltd. have employed such useless people (especially the ladies with zero knowledge in the field) in their firm who cannot manage their customer properly & politely. Vasai Cable Pvt. Ltd. needs an improvement in providing good services to customer so that the customer can remain loyal towards them. If it's matter of only intimation of the next month's due then they must only send a single reminder sms to the customer & DO NOT HARASS THE CUSTOMER BY CONTINUOUSLY CALLING THEM.

                    Hi, One of worst Nightmare is talking to VCPL customer care. No response on the complaint. No action on the complaint. Subsequent follow ups yield no result . I have internet outage since last week and complaint after complaint is giving no result. I am complaining practically every day with no result whatsoever. This company is absolutely unprofessional, un-ethical company run by some local politicians. They care nothing about their customers or care about their service to the customers. I suggest to completely avoid this service and opt for some other professionally run broadband services. Justin

                    Cable net baar baar ofline ho raha hai wifi nahi chal raha hai baar baar maiko cable wale ko bula na padhta hai woh baar baar paisa leta hai plzz solution (aisa hi chalega toh this not a good ) (plzz solution fast)

                      im a user of your moonwalker plan aaccording to which im Supposed to get twice the speed at nighht as compared to the day but since last two months my speed has been very slow and I get the same speed during the night as day.                       Their is no connection mostly connection is established then too site says you are not connected every day same issue even after logging call no body interested to visit and solve

                      I think you should complain there irregular services and shut down their services.

                          The above said companies lye to customers giving 10 mbps speed at night but i get below 1 mbps i.e 50 kbps download speed. This is due to lack of bandwidth and handling large amount of customer but without having proper bandwidth. I am suffering this from past 6 months. The company is not capable of giving 10% of its service for which i pay. This is not only with me but with total vasai east. This company is a thug. Looting money from their customer. Pls take action.

                            I have been paying for a 5 megabits/second Internet plan for the past few months. About 3-4 months ago, my download speeds started getting limited to 2 megabits/second, and would never go higher than that. I called the representative who manages the Internet in my side of town and he told me that the company's router was faulty, and that they had ordered a new one, and the Internet speeds would be back to normal within 1-2 weeks. He said the same thing when I called him a couple of weeks later. So I emailed customer support telling them I was getting bad service and asking when I could expect it to be fixed. I got no reply. I sent another email a few weeks later, but still got no reply. In addition to this, the quality of service that Vasai Cable provides is horrendous. I encounter packet-loss throughout the day. Sometimes it's just a few packets every few seconds or so, which can make VOIP conversations and online gaming very frustrating. And sometimes, EVERY SINGLE PACKET is dropped for minutes at a time, MULTIPLE times throughout the day. This makes it impossible to do anything online. And if that isn't bad enough, sometimes the Internet just shuts off for hours on end.

                              I have been using their broadband service from years and every 2-3 months been facing lots of problems. I used to call them and it used get fixed but after a while back to square one. From june 2013 i been paying for a 1 mbps unlimited package. My download speed started dropping below 500 and used to get mostly 100-300 kbps. This continued till august end. I wrote and email to them on july 12th 2013 as I was told by the customer support to do so and they would compensate in the next bill cycle. My email has till now has not been answered. I forwarded the email to them 3 times but no use. Been calling them from july i get the same answer the internet will be fixed in 1 week router stuck at customs. This went on for over a month. They have a monopoly in this area and by use of force don't allow any other ISP's to operate in this area. I told them I would not pay them for the month of august as they said they would compensate me for the months before. Now they are asking me to come and meet their so called technical person. Earlier they told me to just send an email and they would compensate me for it now its something different. I need a internet connection as i work from home.
