Bus driver name Saleem bhai, driving MP 04 PA 3877, hasn't any concerned about company and travellers policy.
Today bus arrived in lko at 5.40 am and it's 9.40 and we had not reached 9.40 am and we'd not reached Faizabad..
Driver is taking every single standing passengers from the road..

Hopefully money is going to Company..

I booked Private bus ticket today(16/12/2021) in Verma Bus Delhi to Azamgarh from red Bus.
I'm 10 minutes late due to traffic The bus left without picking me.
And is saying that if you book a train, do you get money.Now nothing can be done.

Book tickets in private bus because they do not short their passenger.

Never go with this travelling They are doing only fraud and taking money
I booked ticket from lucknow to indore they took full money but in the bus there was no space to stand and they took the money of sleeper class
Ultimately i have to leave the bus because if seats Only waste of money

1. first of all we book the ticket as per our convenient, how will they decide our travel timing? they call and said bus is prepone, some how i managed to reach on time as per they given.
2. Rong route bus they boarded me, around 6.30 in the morning bus assistant loudly said NASIK & MUMBAI passenger de-board here at DWARKA CIRCLE around 8 passenger was travelling to mumbai so we all de-boarded and waiting for connecting bus to board, after an half hour bus driver said, mumbai bus is already left 15 minutes ago. we SHOCKED (not surprise) how they leave the passenger which is already travelling from Bhopal and boarding from Nasik. If they already know there's no bus from Nasik to Mumbai, why they boarded us in Bhopal-Nasik-Pune route? 3. we requested (not yelled) to bus driver please arrange bus for mumbai as we already paid for ticket, else you drive this bus to sion and then drive to pune. he simply refused and said 'ISME TRANSPORT KA BAHUT SARA SAMAN HAI' which he wants to drop on nasik pune route. we said thats not our look out you'd taken us from bhopal now you'r the responsible to reach us safely at mumbai. he sai 'WOH MUMBAI WALI BUS CHALI GAYI HAI MAI KYA KARU' wtf... pathetic service they given to customer. literally we was waiting on road around an hour.
4. driver arrange share taxi for us that is MARUTI ECO, we all 8 people got in that tiny eco, front seat 2, middle 3 and rear 3 + driver total 9. as anyhow needs to travel mumbai there's no choice for comfort, safety etc. the driver was so rude and rash driving, we had face this bad experience because of VERMA TRAVELS
5. I WILL GIVE -0.00 RATING for his service

AC bus he lekin AC chalu nahi kiya he bus ke andtar bahut jyada pareshani ho rahi hai or dum goot raha he lekin aapka Staff digal bachane ke chakar me AC on nahi kar raha hai

We departed from shirdi at 6:30 pm and our reaching time was 10:15 am but still we people are in sendhwa our bus parts are damaging but driver and conductor are not responding they use to collect money from other passangers sitting without tickets

The worst bus for travelling...
There are so many extra passangers in the bus . Crowed bus no covid guidlines follow
This is not fair we are paying 1200 rs per person and the driver allowes passanger for 300to 400 rs

I am travelling in verma travels date 30/09/2021 from indore to rajkot we have pay charges for airconditioners.ticket amount rs 1160 per ticket we have facing lots problem in travelling bedly safogated me and my other l frnds facing same issues hardik(cont no [protected]), nishant, ([protected]) sunny ([protected]) if you required to check please call and confirm.

Its my humble request take my completion and refund my amount. Bcs I have pay for AC travelling bus and AC not working from starting .(indore) bus driver know well and we request to do something but he can't do any things .
We travelling 8-9 hours without AC in closed bus and my friend have facing birthing problems.

Ac not working in give. Bus no, AP39TA0432 we are traveling from indor to Ahmedabad .

Have informed to drive once we are are site inside, but bus driver said i working after some time already 2 hr left but still ac not working .

Now he is saying may be not working. We can't do anything .

Bus driver know very well ac not working in bus still he is not informed to passenger.

Indore to Ahmedabad traveling time approx 7-8 hours, we are paying for AC travel .

Kindly take my complain and do the needful.

Now me and all passengers are traveling without AC

Never use Verma Travels. They don't have ability to solvle passengers problems and staff toning is fully atitude. I think anil varma have give full authority to their drivers. They are busy with gain their extra income but not able to passengers who book ticket.

It was a very difficult and embarassing by Verma travels from bhopal to Pune back on 9-10th September, 2021. The delay in starting of bus from Bhopal was informed after half an hour of reporting at the boarding point ( it actually departed about 1hrand 30 minutes late at about 6.45 pm). No proper response was given at the office in bhopal. The bus reached late by about 4 hrs.
The return journey was further disgusting. It was a real foolish of me booking the same travels for return. I had booked ticket from waked and reached the boarding point well before the departure. But to my utter surprise no body picked up my call for a long time. When a lady(probably Sukhvinder or so) picked the phone and replied that it was not sure that the bus will ply today. On asking for refund in that case I was informed that the booking will be deferred for the next day but no refund will be provided. On further inquiry she gave the location on mobile to reach the office in Sangamwadi. In anew city, on a rainy day having no other option, I had to hire a taxi, spending Rs.200/-(an unnecessary additional expenditure) to reach the directed place where the lady didn't even informed the situation politely. She rather stressed on what she was speaking as the only truth and she was helpless to inform the situation.
Later some other passengers were also asked to board the bus at nasik phata( I think of such passenger was refunded the expenditure due to change in boarding point).
On the whole it was a disgusting journey by Verma travels both ways and I deserve the refund of atleast the exces expenditure of Rs.200/- on changing the boarding point leaving aside the mental agony.(PNR NO.3656300)

REALLY A VERY POOR QUALITY OF SERVICE

This bus operator has worst service... I have traveled in this bus 5 times so far, I have always been troubled by their service and their staff. Even today one of their staff spoke to me in a bad manner and this is not the first time. I had booked singal sleeper birth but i have traveled 3 hours in double sleeper birth unknown person, This is always the case with this bus operator. I would like to say to everyone that avoid traveling on Verma Travel Bus.

For travelling from Indore to Vadodara I booked multiple axle Volvo from Verma travels. At the date of journey I.e. 11/07/2021 I received a call from Verma travels that they had to change my bus from Volvo to AC bus.
Cost to AC bus is 760 and what I paid for Volvo was 1350. Along with this the bus which I boarded it was not clean. The seats were full of dirt and remains of chips and all from other passenger.

Worst experience. Atleast have the courtesy to return the extra money which you have taken from your then customer

I booked I bus from indore to nagpur
We seat from indore and after I reach bhopal they change our bus
I wait in bhopal 20 min for new bus
As per your policy their is direct bus from indore
This is not good
I want my refund
Otherwise I will complaint in police

Dated 01/07/2021 Pickup as per schedule from nawlakha bus stand 5.30 pm departure
But changed the location of pickup to chhoti gwal toly and departure 7.00 pm
Reached bhopal ask to raipur passenger to change bus (poor quality bus)
No stop to take dinner till 12.00 pm
Passenger who is travelling from Indore to any location beyond bhopal is forced to travel without dinner.
Poor bus, poor plan, poor service

I had booked a Volvo bus ticket from indore to durg. On the day of boarding I get a call from Verma travels that the bus has been cancelled and we are arranging another bus, due to the urgency I had to take that bus and they said the current bus will take you to nagpur and from there another bus will take you to durg.They arrange an ac bus from indore to nagpur.
And today when I reach nagpur there is a local non ac bus waiting for me which will take around 07:30 hrs (as said by the driver) to reach durg.

We are suffering 35 degree temperature in your bus from Bulandshare to Gwalior nobody giving response

The bus service is very poor staff behaviour is nonsense. Not on timming they diverted fixed route to another without any reason. Will not suggest any one to travel on verma travels.

Sir i travel indore to nasik .so my journey date was 6/6/2021. So uske aglw din muje office se call aaya. Ki sir hamari bus direct nasik to nahi ja rahi he bt apko mumbai se nasik hamare member arrange kar denge. Mene agree kiya. And jurney ke 1 hrs pehle bhi mene rajendra nagar vali office se conform kiya. Unhone bhi bola ha hum karva denge .. And jab ham mumbai poche to bola nasikvale yahi drop ho jao. Aur sabse badi bat to driver ko hi pata nhi he ki ase karna he. Mene usse pucha ki yaar hamko kisi ne nhi bataya. Na asa plan tha. That time i was shocked. Ki ab ham kaha jaye. Driver ne fir number diya uske bad call kiya. Uske bad hamko vahi utar diya. To ham 500 rupay auto karvaya aur jo maam ne ak travells se bat karne ke bad bus arrangement karvaya. So overall bahut pareshan ho gaye. 1 km chalna pada paidal. Aur ye ummid nhi thi.

1-Pehle ticket book kiya online mumbai to bhopal without information Bus cancel kardi .

2- Fir bhopal aane ke baad bhopal se mumbai book ki confirm ho gaya ticket, 5 ghante ke bad new messages aaya ki Apko puna se hokar jana padega, without information without decision ke Bus change kardi, Seat change kardi, pnr change kar diya .

3- Ab call par call lagatar 60 se 70 call lagaye verma travel ke total 6 number he kisi ne nahi uthaya .

4- Online new or old Pnr check karne ka socha ghanta bhi kuch nahi hua, kisi site par ya own verma travel par kahi valid nahi ki check kar ke status malum kar saku .

5- ye tum log india ki jaani mani company ko is tarah chalaoge ? Matlab customer kuch nahi tum logo ke liye .
