Hey.., i'm traveling in verma travels from bhopal to guna (6:00 pm to 11:00 pm)
. There are 4-5 people's sitting ahead of me, they are continuously drinking alcohol and abusing in the bus, i think which is not acceptable from any traveling agency. Apart from this they are giving threat to driver.

I totally never expected this type of behaviour from such a good travelling agency. I would like you to take some serious steps against this..

Is smoking allow in the bus or this rule is for passengers only?? One of the conductor in the bus no. Up 75 m 5992 was smoking. Is it ok or not. I was not in the bus, i saw him smoking from from outside the bus and i filled complaint. According to my knowledge it is not allowed in any public transport. There is cctv cameras in the bus. Kindly see to it and make a proper feedback to me and also take proper action.

I am traveling from indore to bhopal by 5:00 pm bus,
In this bus seat numbers are different from there app booking map,
Bus staff also don't have any chart,
Now somebody sitting from Dewas and told to stand,
I show him seat map and request to sit there seat but he is doing debate,
I also called customer care but he is talking casually,
Thi kind of bus service I can't tolerate,
If I have booked my particular seat so then they have to provide me.
Please do something as correct.

I am traveling from Bhopal to Pune today, departure time 15:45 from ISBT Bhopal. The AC is not working and we are unable to breathe properly here, also the light is not working. Being asked to the driver he said there are no vacate seats so you have to adjust on that seat only.

This is extremely suffocated and noone is helping us. Why have I paid 2000 rupees for AC bus where the AC is only not available.

The staff is not at all helpful. I need the amount to be refunded which is paid for this ticket.

The quality of service which Verma travels used to provide is totally gone. I will never ever recommend this bus to anyone in future.

Please return the amount of 1995.00 at the earliest.

I am travelling with verma travel from indore to betul and I had paid for the seat they allotted the seat on the counter, but when I reached the bus and board it they asked to adjust with the other passengers as they said that the bus which was scheduled is in bhopal, so till bhopal you have to bear it, it was also not clean and was stinking horrible, the person on the counter took the money from indore to betul, stating it is your seat no one will be able to utilize it. And when asked the conductor, he says in a rude way talk to the person who took the money from you at the counter.

It is horrible journey, never ever wish to travel by verma buses

Horrible experience will raise issue to the consumer forum for the delay n mental harrasment caused by the verma travel ppls..
I want my complete refund of the bus amount as well as my exam fees amount by tomorrow

Conductor allowing local passenger with booked creating nuisances overloading bus fighting between both passenger. Conductor doing nothing.
Need my money back for the inconveniences by Verma travels.

Respected sir,

I thought verma bus provides excellent services to anything whether it is passanger, luggage, parcel or anything.

But i am very much disappointed by your service.
I had to sent my scooty from bhopal to seoni and i preferred "verma bus" over others. So yesterday night i send my scooty through your bus and i was charged rs 1500 to send it and additional rs 550 at your seoni depot as labour charge.

In spite of charging a sum of rs 2050, your so called services failed to drop my scooty in proper condition.
I paid this sum so that my scooty can be delivered properly and safely at its destination.
But with your poor service, my scooty is left with "damage and cracks".

Now tell me who is going to pay me for this additional damages caused as a result of your poor service???

Literally i am very much disappointed by such poor delivery of my scooty😔😔😔

I hope you understand the mistake done at your end and i believe you will compensate for the damages caused.

I am travelling from mumbai to bhopal and bus driver and other staff was shouting and misbehaving with me while i am in bus bcoz they picked up me from borivali national park instead of santa cruz. I also paid him unwanted 200 rs. Kindly call me urgently for more details. Bus staff keep threatening in bus that he will file a fake fir against me. He stopped at wrong place and police charged him with 200 rs than he asked me to pay that 200 rs without a reason. It was quite surprised for me.

I have booked online ticket for varma travels bus jour journey from Bhopal to ujjain on 14/03/19 bus time is 18:30. I reached the pickup time and now I have been told by Varma agency the bus is cancelled. They just mean to earn money thats all. No reason passanger reached and the bus is cancelled. I thought why book such a ceap travels...pls mind before book for varma travels.

I booked the ticket and the amount has been deducted from my account but the ticket hadn't got confirmed and I nee to buy a new ticket on the instant. I mailed the proof complaint in the branch office bhopal to, but there is no response. They doesn't care about the convenience and money of there passenger. No need to trust they just got bumps to earn money.

My self rajesh bishnoi and i was travelling from bhopal to ahmedabad in verma travels..
Pnr number is 2137650.
Bus stopped for 10 min so that everyone can go to washroom.
Bus left me at hotel only while i was in washroom without even a honking single time or calling or even checking inside if everyone has come or not.
I called them and driver said "me gaadi chala raha hu aap kisi or piche bus me aa jao"
He didn't even stop..

I traveled with verma multi axle. I took 25 kg luggage and 1 travel bag with around 3 kg weight.
According to verma website, terms, and condition, the passenger can carry 20 kg baggage and luggage with each passenger.

But conductor has taken 300 rs. Charge from me with forcefully without any receipt. I also talked in pune office but they told me,. "itna to wo lenge".

He talked with me very rudely. He told me, if you do more with this issue then we will take more payment from you. So decide you. It's totally blackmail.

Because i was traveled with family. So i i ignored this type of arguments.

I was travelling from bhopal to pune with my mother on 26th dec and bus got stop for 5 mins on wagholi parking for break. Same time i got down with my mother to take milk for my child and my purse having gold items got lost from bus. I am sure this is done by bus driver and conductor only. They are thieves. Don't use verma bus service at all. This is my lifes worst experience. This bus service is not at all safe. They are chor. Not secured...

Here i am filing a complain that. Yesterday i was travel from nagpur to indore by verma travel by paying the huge amount of travel charges, & even they dont have any facilities provided to customers. They take some passenger from pandurna nd other locations nd taken 1000/- extra charges from them nd they just requesting other passengers to sit them on our booked sit... Such discusting thing has been done by staff. I will just suggest to others that dont prefer verma travels anyhow.. I have very bad experience which i am sharing... Instade of that prefer other facilities or any other travels.
I just want to say verma travels team that if customer is paying you huge ount for their comfortability. Dont cheat them give the commited facility in that.. & make remark first repair the ac's nd tv nd please provide good facility not a slum type facilities👎👎👎👎

I asked conductor for low down volume but he refused to do so,
Spoiled whole journey.
If this is really a coustomer helpline then take necessary action.

I have paid a sum of 3675 rs to travel on a semi-sleeper bus from
Pune to bhopal. The bus was in a very poor condition and apart from that the driver stopped the bus everywhere he felt like. He reached indore at 11 am while he left pune at 8 pm. His time to reach bhopal was 11 am and the bus reached at 2 pm. This is a clear cut case of loot by these bus services during peak season.

On bus from indore to mumbai on 21st september, it left late from indore and driver did not knew most of the routes and in fact passengers inlucding my momdad helped him and reached mumbai at 12pm instead of scheduled 6 am in morning of 22nd september
what is the use pf paying so much money and such service.
reqquest you to refund the amount or else i will take the case to higher authorities and not allow verma travels to work

Today i travelled from indore to bhopal at 05:00pm. Bus was already late. So i asked conductor to drop me at "lal ghati". When i reached there, i asked him to bring my bag, he talked very rudely. He has no manner to talk with girls. I was about to slap him. He used the word "tu" while talking to me. Kindly, teach him lesson how to behave with girls.

Myself Vijay Naidu and wife had booked online ticket through Redbus for Shirdi from Indore on Verma Travels for 11/08/2018, departure time 23:20 . L5 and L6, Tic. no. TM[protected], PNR no. TS[protected]OLCY/1791997/Shirdi Sai Baba Exp. The bus was cancelled and we were not intimated and given upper birth backside in another bus of very poor condition with seating class all around. Customer care no.[protected] was called but phone was disconnected abruptly without proper reply or solution. Officer on duty at Chota Gwal Toli then roughly said that Redbus is answerable to my queries as my ticket was booked online. However, after some time when I was adamant on getting my refund, we were adjusted in some other similar bad condition bus of Verma Travels on two different lower births. At around 6:00 am, the bus halted at a roadside dhaba enroute and we were told to refresh ourselves and within 2 to 3 minutes the bus driver and helper intentionally left us behind and went away with our Bag and belongings. After around 10 minutes of panic on the highway, we somehow managed to stop a taxi and paid him Rs. 500/- to chase the bus and managed to catch up around 13-15 kms. away. We ended up reaching the destination 2 and a half hours delayed and as a result could not attend puja at Shani Shignapur which is just unpardonable.
I am a very frequent traveler and always book my tickets online through Redbus and have traveled quite often in Verma Travels...I have never been treated this way ever and am feeling ashamed. Please revert.
Who takes the responsibility and how do I get compensated???

I booked a verma travels volvo bus ticket from pune to bhopal for 21st aug with pnr no. 181691, last minute i was informed that the bus has broke down and was shifted to ac sleeper and was assured the refund for the difference in amount, but it has been past 12 days, no refund is processed, could you please help me on this.

I have bbok a ticket at varma travels but your bus was already late as per shadule.

I have call trise to driver for my pick up, but he was forgot and when i reached at your office at rajendra nagar near rim jim bar your dealer said i am not responsible do what ever u want. I m not afraid of any one. Then i ask to help me to pick up bus but he refuse ane tell me do wat u want i am not goona help u
