Study loan taken 2 times n cleared before the scheduled time.
1st home loan obtained in 2003 n cleared. No dues pending.
2nd renovation loan taken n paying regularly n closing balance as on date is only 14k plus.

My a/c is in the same bank since 1996 n my salary is also credited in the said account as on date.
There was a discrepancy in 2008 which has been cleared n settled in same time.

My a/c is a clean account but while requesting for a loan again for some renovation work bank is refusing n even if not clearing me the reason.
Vijaya Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have not received a refund against cancelled order on Amazon, please help, all your phone line are always congested and I am unable to reach anyone. My account details are as follows

    I had a trouble in logging my vnet banking. The message shown is "your password is disabled". So i called to the customer care and a man picked up, he said that customer care can't do with vnet banking issues and guided me to send a mail to vijaya bank.. I had send 5 times as of now but still the issue persist.. I got a reply mail from them 5 times stated "we have enabled your userid. Try after 10 mins" but when i try same message is shown "your password is disabled".. I can't tolerate because this is the 5th time.. Because of this issue i could not make any transaction.

      Complaint: That we are facing net banking facility since last 7 to 8 month because of non receipt of hardware taken issued by the Bank. this is brought to the notice of our Vijaya Bank Andheri (E), Mumbai Branch where we operating our Laurent account and continuously communicating with Vijaya bank, Gachibowli branch to get the Hard wear token . But till writing this complaint we have not received any feedback.( Copy of communication through email is attaching herewith.

        This is regarding Mr. Yogesh who has taken over as Branch Manager at the Bank of Baroda/Vijaya Bank, MUDA branch, Mysore since the 26th of April 2019. I am a small scale entrepreneur who has requested for a loan under the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana and the processing of this loan is being delayed by the manager for the past 4.5 months. Mr. Yogesh has taken over 2 months to barely understand my requirement in spite of my repeated visits to the bank, and has been going back on forth on the kind of documents he needs from me. He has not gotten back to me even once during the course of the last 4 months to discuss the possible sanction of my loan. I even recall him saying that he has a lot of backlog from the previous manager, however it is not expected for him to take 4 months to clear backlogs. The set up and operations of my business have been hit due to the lack of support from the Public sector employee such as Mr. Yogesh who has sent away my Mother and I even this noon saying he would get back to us, but hasn't until this point . I request the Bank authorities to take necessary action in this issue. Thank you

            Kumar garments is having pmegp loan account in vijaya bank belmannu, recently i observed that from the beginning my subsidy of 3.48 lacs linked to my term loan of 2.28 lacs straight away i am loosing interest benefit on 1.20 lacs. And also when term loan gets reduced monthly i am loosing on that front also. If we calculate interest on subsidy amount separately difference is significant. For small enterprise like us that amount is big, as msmes are already struggling to keep floating this would help us immensely. Please look into this credit remaing amount to our cash credit account at the earliest. Thanks

              Vijaya bank — 2000 rupees are cut from my account but transaction was failed hence i want my 2000 rupees back

              On 11/09/2019 i was doing payment to get appointment for passport sewa kendra. I was doing payment by upi method.
              I got request of 2000 rupees on google pay and i paid 2000 rupees that time.

              At that time transaction was showing failed transaction hence appointment was canceled and on passport sewa kendra website it was also showing cancelled transaction hence i did payment second time of 1500 rupees that was successfull but after that my previous transaction of 2000 rupees also cut.

              Now i want my 2000 rupees get back that are cut unneccessarily

              2000 rupees are cut but not paid because transaction was failed at that time. For failed transaction a screen shot is attached with complaint.
              Please return 2000 rupees back to my account.

                On 11/09/2019 i was doing payment to get appointment for passport sewa kendra. I was doing payment by upi method.
                I got request of 2000 rupees on google pay and i paid 2000 rupees that time.

                  We have started our new business of trading and till now totel has been and out of 5 times 4 times our request for remittance has been delayed for a day or two
                  this dealy cause us dealy in our further future shipment and so our local business with local clients in india .
                  dealay is not acceptable at every time for whatever reason it may be.we would like to know who is going to loss occur due the dealy on account of delayed future shipment as well as fluctuation in US DOLLARS AGAINST rupees which is getting higher day by day
                  once again we need genuine reson for dealy in recent remittance request on .05/09/2019 as today doing remittance has been effected.

                    Sir, my atm received by bank but they did't given to me. Charges for atm deducted from my account. When i goes to collect my atm, the staff misbehaves with me. They regularly said that atm didn't come and next they used to say do whatever you want. It have been more than 3 months they didn't gave me my atm. Sir, do needful action for this. If this continues, i have to close my account. I am using this account for more than 10 years. It is your behaviour for your old customers? Kindly deliver my atm card. Thanks

Online compliant submited at zonal office of vijaya bank on 29/10/2018. Compliant no. Pgrs[protected] no responce. Online compliant submited to rbi on 03/12/2018 compliant no. [protected] no resopnce. Amount not received till date since last one year.

                      Vijaya bank not allowing to transfer funds from to another account I asked this issue to executive she told you cannot transfer funds because if minimum balance you have not maintained kindly allow my account to transfer some of Rs300 to other Vijaya bank intentionally holding account to maintain some amount from customers

                        I transferred 4200 from vijaya bank to dbs bank through Google pay. When I did that transaction it's shown like vijaya bank server is not accepting any payments. Transaction failed but money deducted and in vijaya bank netbanking it showing like failed transaction. Still I didn't receive my money back it almost 8 completed still I didn't receive worst experience from vijaya bank need to be re credit in my account asap

                          Yesterday i have made a transfer from vijaya bank account (Imps) to my corporation bank savings account. However the money has been deducted from my vijaya bank account but did not receive funds in my corporation bank account. I received a message from vijaya bank (Your fund transfer for rs. 20, 000.00 on 05-08-19 could not be processed. Please try later (Imps ref no.[protected]. Could you please rectify this issue asap.

                            I am rajababu b and i have account in dbs bank and transaction happened on 6th june 2019 and i have raised an dispute regarding that transaction happened and i have provided every details to dbs bank executive / customer care and they told that they will be contacting benificiary bank which is vijaya bank and i will get refund within 35days but after that there is no update and fall up done from dbs bank customer care and i only contacted them then they are telling that they won't be able to contact customer so they won't be able to refund.

                                Payment is getting rejected while adding paytm money with vijaya bank rupay debit card details. This is happened 8 times over the last 2 days. I have sufficient balance and my online banking is already activated. Tried to add money to paytm wallet - message received everytime was "payment was declined by your bank". Bank severs will be unavilable very frequently

                                  On july 11th 2019, i have transacted thru atm from syndicate bank, 10, 000 has been withdrawn one time and i tried second time but it showed the error saying "unable to dispense cash" but i have received the message of amount deduction of rs10, 000 and its been 2weeks we have been following with bank and no response yet. Please help in getting my amount back.

                                    My complaint was registered on 10 July 2019. I still have not received any reply from your side. I have using (Previously vijaya bank) your credit card since 2018 march to 2019 may. But my credit card account details are not shown in my cibil report. My savings account number is [protected]. My pan number is abdph5672f. The account is in saibarkatte branch. I wrote to cibil about the same and they have asked me to contact the bank which i have done several times without any remedy.
