I transfered amount from vijaya bank account to beneficiary account. The money has been deducted from vijaya bank account but did not shown up in beneficiary account. I received a message from vijayabank about deduction, but in app it showed timed out. Please rectify this issue.

    I have done imps from vijaya bank to yesbank account number [protected] ifsc code yesb0cmsnoc name finnovation tech amount of rs 8118/- transaction id[protected] the amount of rs 8120.95/- has been deducted in my account but it shows failure and the amount has not been credited in my beneficiary's account. Please do the needful to refund the amount in my account.

          I have just made a transfer from vijaya bank account to my indusind savings account. However the money has been deducted from vijaya bank account but did not receive funds in my indusind savings account. I received a msg from vb (Your fund transfer for rs.3000 on 19-12-18 is timed out. Please check with your bank (Imps ref no.[protected]. Could you please rectify the issue asap.

            Hi sir/madam,
            As mentioned above i had (Acc no [protected]) used mobile banking to transfer rs 4500/ through imps to acc no [protected] having an ifsc code of hdfc0001754 on 4/12/2018 around 9:30 p. M. The transaction was timed out but the amount has been deducted from my account but not credited to beneficiary account.
            I waited for 12 hrs to see whether the amount will be credited to my account as the transaction was not successful.
            When i called the customer care they gave me this email id and asked to write an email.
            I want refund of my money as it has not reached the beneficiary.
            For more details am providing imps reference no[protected].
            A picture is also been attached for your further reference.
            Kindly, process the request and do the needful at the earliest.

              Hi it has just happened with my friend and it has happened with me now. I got a message at 2 am from vijaya bank that rs. 6000 withdrawn from your a/c *004306 details: nfsd/sacwd798//23:05:26/834023. Tot bal:326.16cr avl amt:- 261.[protected]:39:38) when this transaction has happened i was having the atm card and i didnt do the transaction. Now how this has happened no idea. So please consider this complaint and check out from where the transaction has happened and who did it and refund my money. I dont want the situation to repeat with others. Check out how it is happening and end this type of fraud. Please please

                  I was not done any transaction but fund has been deduct from my account.
                  I was enquired with customer care but there is no response they are telling it to check in your branch.
                  I was checked in bank also but they also help less they cant able to trace it. Instead of helping us they where telling that go and raise the fir.

                  My money bank cannot protect and they are help less then what is the use of the vijaya bank.
                  Here below i was mentioned the transaction details. If possible refund other wise i am going to exit in vijaya bank for no safety. This i will going to tell my friends and relatives to come out from vijaya bank no safety in the bank.

                  Making wrong calculations in bank ...and taking extra amount from me when we visited to the branch they are not able to give the proper information about the extra amount.

                    My account No is [protected]. Vijaya Bank, Virajpet Branch, Kodagu. On 5.11.2018 an amount of Rs. 6025/- was transferred to Amazon through Mobile Banking. The product was returned and so the company processed the refund of the amount of Rs. 6029/-.saying that the amount would reflect in my account by 15.11.2018. The Refund Reference Number is[protected]. Even after calling the customer care and complaining about it many times, the refunded amount has not been credited to my account. I have also sent an email to [protected]@vijayabank.co.in. I didn't even receive an acknowledgement for the request sent. So please refund the amount as early as possible.
                    Another Rs. 1000/- sent through mobile banking to account number [protected] Corporation Bank, Virajpet Branch from my account was not credited with a message that the transfer is barred due to Time out with reference number[protected] on 21.11.2018. The amount is debited from my account. A complaint has been lodged by the official in Virajpet Branch but still the amount has not been refunded. So a total sum of Rs. 7029/' has to be credited to by account. Hope you will do the needful.

                      Hello vijaya bank,

                      I have a savings account in bhopal branch.
                      For past few years i have been living in pune. Recently i visited your branch located in kharadi to get an account statement, which they refused to give me a print. The staff over the counter said they only provide this service for people having an account in this branch.
                      I found this very amusing since i have never had this issue ever in past and also a few moths back the same branch gave the statement print to my father who also has the home branch in bhopal.
                      I tried to reach out to the branch manager who seems to be always on holiday.
                      I would like to ask you your definition of a nationalised bank if you still continue to operate in silos.
                      Thanks to this experience i have decided to move my account to a true nationalised bank.

                                    Payment got deducted from my Vijaya bank account when I was making payment with my friend through UPI ID in Google pay.but still status is showing payment failed.[protected] IS MY number registered in UPI payment method.i already made a complaint about it ...but still I haven't got my refund .

                                      I have transfer my money to another account on the 16th november 6.02pm. But due to technical error my money was deducted and my account but it was not credited to another account (My own other account). If it was a failure transaction it should return to my vijaya account again but it does not return.

                                      Is that a scam or hack from bank? Please take a step to return my money within 24hours. I will do whatever to get back my money that you will not get either that easy.

                                        Website: To close my daughters' SB accounts, they took 20 days and also asked for personal presence

                                        My both the above daughters after their marriage moved out of Coimbatore and wanted to close the above SB Accounts and I am 60 years old with high BP, retired from a multinational group in Marketing. On behalf of them, when I approached the branch (saibaba colony), the officer, Mr Prashant and another woman officer told me that they should come in person. The Manager also then vouched the same and finally agreed to send their request letter with all documents (unused cheque leaves, debit card) through courier and not to bring in person by me, and accordingly it was acknowledged by them on 10.10.18. When I went to the branch on 22.10.18, no action was taken and Mr Prashant first told me that they did not receive and after showing the proof (which he only signed), he said, he would search... after two / three visits in the next two days, nothing happened and said one woman staff is on leave and hence could not see but agreed to process based on scan copy of the letters sent and accordingly it was given to them on 29th Oct 2018 (which in my opinion is totally incorrect as how they can process without original letters and signatures!!) and told me that they will not transfer thru neft to their accounts but only give pay orders and the woman officer told me that it would take 20 minutes but when I went after 2 hours nothing has happened and the pay order request forms were lying on Prashanth's table who was busy in seeing some loan documents, etc and made me to wait patiently for 45 minutes but did nothing and told me to be patient. Since it was around lunch time, I told him to give them immediately but he refused when I approached the BM, he further abused me and joined the officer saying"Sala, do not give him in hand and send through regd post with ack due to the same address" and wantedly also issued the joint account pay order in both the names... Then I lost my temper and shouted but the manager was saying, " I am not their client, etc"... There was no loan or never anyone asked us during any time for any deposit, and my Pan cibil rating is 840 out of 900! This branch is always a sleepy with big office space without any much activities and hardly bothered the customers. Even now my daughters have good balance in their SB Accounts in other banks and I am also currently doing a business of engineering product. They never felt sorry for their delay or misplacing the orignal letters and the documents sent along with them, nor making unnecessarily penalising a customer for no fault of him, when our PM Modiji wants 10 lacs to 1 crore loan to be disbursed in 59 minutes!!! I want adequate compensation for the delay and the ill treatment from both of them, and both of them think, people come with Dhoti are fools, etc... I can speak fluent Hindi which both of them belong.. and I worked in north knowing the language unlike these people!
