Dear Sir/Madam
I'm writing this email to escalate an issue related to eddts.I did signed up in the "eddts" portal “https://eddts.vtu.ac.in” on 17th of Aug, but I haven’t received my password yet.
I waited for a couple of weeks, but as I didn't receive the credentials, I thought of notifying the issue to "eddts". So, I wrote my first email to "eddts" email address "[protected]@vtu.ac.in" on August 30th and waited for a couple of days, but there was no response. I wrote a follow-up emails expressing my concern, but again there was no response. Please refer to the enclosed pdf file, which shows my previous mail communication with Eddts.
So I decided to reach out to the VTU Bangalore regional office, and it was of no use as there is no offline facility to apply for transcripts. They insisted that I need to follow-up with the emails only.
Also, I tried reaching out to the phone numbers provided in the circular "https://vtu.ac.in/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/Circualr_PDC_2022.pdf", but again it's of no use. All the lines will be busy or if it rings by chance, no one responds.
I hope the grievance team understands the issue & urgency needed here for the issuance of transcripts. I sincerely request you to address the concern raised, and provide a quick resolution.
