I passed advanced M1 & advanced M2 before 1.5yr. But till now i have not received my B.E. 8th semester Marks Card. I had given letter in my college and sent several follow up mails to VTU concerned team. Still No response to our mails nor I got my 8th sem marks card in our college.
I've never thought that they are this much careless.

I had registered for my PDC document through the provided link of EDDTS on 17 Aug, 2022.
It's been a month and still didn't receive password . I tried to reach the concerned department contact number and the email but haven't got any response so far.
In order to complete my onboarding process with the company, i need my PDC document for BGC verification at the earliest within this week or else my offer letter will be withdrawn.
I kindly request you to look into it and do the needful as soon as possible.

Sir/Madam,
I have been trying to sign in to the eddts website and has not been able to do so as I never received the OTP required . I have mailed to eddts couple of time and tried calling too but got no response.
Please look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible as I am in urgent need of my documents to apply for competitive examinations.

I'm writing this email to escalate an issue related to eddts.I did signed up in the "eddts" portal “https://eddts.vtu.ac.in” on 17th of Aug, but I haven’t received my password yet.

I waited for a couple of weeks, but as I didn't receive the credentials, I thought of notifying the issue to "eddts". So, I wrote my first email to "eddts" email address "[protected]@vtu.ac.in" on August 30th and waited for a couple of days, but there was no response. I wrote a follow-up emails expressing my concern, but again there was no response. Please refer to the enclosed pdf file, which shows my previous mail communication with Eddts.

So I decided to reach out to the VTU Bangalore regional office, and it was of no use as there is no offline facility to apply for transcripts. They insisted that I need to follow-up with the emails only.

Also, I tried reaching out to the phone numbers provided in the circular "https://vtu.ac.in/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/Circualr_PDC_2022.pdf", but again it's of no use. All the lines will be busy or if it rings by chance, no one responds.

I hope the grievance team understands the issue & urgency needed here for the issuance of transcripts. I sincerely request you to address the concern raised, and provide a quick resolution.

Hey my usn 1RI16CS022, i registered for pdc and transcript through eddt portal but, i only got transcript till now . im did'nt get pdc yet. its been 25 days . My usn 1ri16cs022

I had registered for eddts portal with USN-1AH18AE007 and it's been more than 20days I haven't got password. It's an emergency I have to submit it for company.
Please look into the issue and do the needful.
