Sir, i have registered in the eddts portal on 21st September but still haven't recieved the password for USN: 1ST18CS006 . So, please send me the password to obtain my PDC and marksheets.

    Hi, I have registered my self in eDDTS website and i did not receive OTP at the time of registration.

    There is no Option to request for a OTP again and most of the times website is down.

    Please help me to receive OTP either to my mobile or email .

      I registered for the eddts portal but didn't get OTP to verify my phone number.
      So that I'm unable to access eddts portal to apply for medium of instruction certificate. Its really urgent and a quick solution would be highly appreciated.
      I want you to resend the OTP or user details through SMS or e-mail.

          I have made an attempt to sign up for eDDTS with my USN but looks like I have linked wrong Phone number so i didn't get any OTP for verification. Please reset or remove account so that I can signup newly.

            I tried registering on the EDDTS portal but I didn't receive an OTP number. I tried to register again and wanted to change the mobile number but now the site says the University Seat Number (USN) is already registered. I can't login as I haven't received the OTP or Password. Can you please help ? My USN is 1CR09EC088.

              I recently registered on eDDTS portal to get my provisional degree certificate but i didn't receive the password. I tried to reach out the concerned department contact number and email but didn't hear back from them. I urgently require my PDC to submit and proceed with my job application.

                      I don't recall about registering to eddts. when i tried to registered today i got a pop-up message saying i am already registered. I wanted to apply to PDC and OT certificate and I am in Urgent right now. It would be helpfull if it could be resolved as soon as possible. USN - 1EW18CS033.

                          I need medium certificate and had requested for registration to site.

                          While logging in I notified that my name wrongly got populated and due to this all documents are printing with wrong name

                              This is to bring to your notice that I have registered to EDDTS portal using my personal mobile number, in order to continue the portal should send me a OTP even though my mobile number is correct I have not received the OTP and I'm not able to verify my mobile number.
                              This is delaying my onboarding process in my company for employment.

                                I haven't received the credentials from VTU website even after 72 hours. Previously I faced an issue with the OTP and one week was lost. It is a matter o[censored]rgency. Please do the needful. Its a humble request.
