Eddts website not loading since few days. Need to get the transcript. Please help...

I have registered for eddts portal and have been waiting for my password credentials to login in. It's been a week and still i have not received the credentials.

I registered on EDDTS portal more than 2 weeks before only but still not received OTP so it's become problem to apply for degree certificate.USN :2KA18CS030...

I have been trying to sign in to the eddts website and has not been able to do so as I never received the OTP required . I have mailed to eddts couple of time and tried calling too but got no response.
Please look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible as I am in urgent need of my documents to apply for competitive examinations.
