I have done payment of 400rs through UPI and I got confirmation mail as payment successful but in application status it shows that payment is pending.

This complaint is to notify you about my concern regarding the medium of instruction & official transcript, which I have applied for on 22nd September 2021 by mail as per VTU NOTIFICATION ON 05.05.2020.

It's been 14 days, I didn't receive any acknowledgement or status of the application yet. I tried contacting VTU via the contact number provided on the website, but calls are not being received and even if they receive they keep diverting me to call multiple numbers. I have tried 10 different numbers suggested by them. I have applied for MS abroad, University is requesting the above-mentioned certificate immediately. I tried asking the VTU people multiple times if they can send me soft copies of the certificates but they are not ready to send me. They just say no and cut the call.
University to which I have applied is ready to accept soft copies for now due to the pandemic. The deadline to send these documents is October 10th.
Please help me!!!

I have applied for extract marks from 1st to 8th semester and sent it to vtu office at belgaum by post as per the rules. According to the courier, the fee receipt for the same and the form was delivered on 4th September 2021. Today is 30th September 2021 and I still have not got the marks card

On 9th sep 2021 i submitted a request for issuance of my marks card in accordance with the notice issued by university for NON-CBCS programme .I also made a payment of 1000 INR in regards to that .I was told it would take 15 days to process the document, but i still ghave no updates regarding it and my calls arent being answered.

I made payment of 2400rs to vtu for PDC & OT, my payment was successful but i did not receive any payment receipt from VTU. kindly help me by providing paymentreceipt or refund my amount. I have attached the UPI receipt.

I made an online payment of Rs 400 via UPI transaction on[phonepe] to get my provisional degree certificate from vtu.
The transaction was successful and my money got deducted from my account but I did not receive the payment receipt from vtu.
Kindly resolve my issue and get my money refunded. I have attached the UPI transaction receipt below.

Hi Sir/Mam, Actually I applied to PDC and I sent my amount to VTU account but I did not get any notification regarding that payment. So once again I did the payment for both PDC and Extract of Marks Card that is 650. I did the payment for the VTU twice. I sent 1300Rs to VTU. Please Refund my amount. Its my Sincere request. Or else please send the notification of my payment and do the further procedure and refund the remaining amount. Please do the needful.

I paid the PDC amount to VTU through sbi collect the amount has been debited from my account but i didn't receive any pdf of the receipt and the status of the transaction on sbi collect says failed.

Hi,
I had to apply for PDC from VTU, Hence I made a payment of ₹400 via UPI through SBI collect.
Unfortunately the amount got debited from my account but the transaction status shows that the transaction failed. I didn't get a receipt too.

Kindly look into this as soon as possible and please initiate a refund.

Dear Sir,
I had paid an amount of 1400/- towards the issuing of official transcripts from VTU on 20/09/2021 at 10:40 am through Google pay. The amount has been deducted from my source account but the SBI collect page shows the transaction status as 'failed'. Kindly resolve this issue and refund the money.

I graduated my M.tech in Structural Engineering from Govt SKSJTI with usn-5WK16CSE07 in 2018. I had requested for my transcripts on 17th AUGUST 2021 with required fees and necessary documents which I need for applying colleges abroad my Visa process. Not received any sakala number to track the documents.
I have been trying to contact my university for the last 2 weeks. I have tried contacting them through email and phone but no response for my emails and calls not connecting. I am very upset.

I m M SARANA BASAVA of 1SB16EE402 studying 2rd year Electrical and Electronics Engineering in Sri Sai Ram College of Engineering, Anekal, Bangalore.As I want to discontinue my studies, they are asking to pay 70000 rupees money to take my documents.I m not in a position to pay money.so please accept my complaint.Thank you sir.

I had applied for sending an Attested copy of the Degree certificate through mail on 5th August 2021. For which the request was completed on 12th August 2021. But the quality of the document provided was very bad and not good. I got a reply from my receiver that the quality of the attested copy sent by VTU was bad and asked them to resend it. But it has been more than 2 weeks since there has been no response from the Registrar's Office or any other mail. I have emailed them many times regarding the same but no response. I also tried calling the office on different numbers provided on the website but none of them are working.

I am currently a student of 6 semester in a college affilatedby vtu.I am left with 5 semester examinations and i want my examinations to be conducted online.I am currently suffering from Pneumonia and currently living in Uttar Pradesh. In this situation i cannot tavel to bangalore and write the examination. I can also present my report regarding the confirmation of Pneumonia.Please conduct my examination online.
Please look into this matter as soon as posible.

I graduated my MCA in 2002 VisvesvarayaTechnological University(VTU) Belgaum Karnataka.
Currently, i have been trying to get Medium of instruction as English certificate for my Visa processing by paying the required fees and necessary documents but no response from VTU.
I have been trying to contact my university for the last 2 weeks. I have tried contacting through email and phone but no response...

Sub: Retention of original documents and demanding fees for entire course from the student even though there is a rule they should not demand fees for entire course

Iam writing this letter to inform you about my college refusing to return my original documents which is submitted during admission, I am discontinuing( withdrawing) the course that i took admission in BACHELOR OF ARCHITECTURE (B.ARCH) IN COLLEGE.

Joined to the academic year[protected], But due to my health issues and covid-19 pandemic i am not able continue my studies and other problems iam withdrawing my course in 2nd year.

The college authorities are refusing to returning my original documents and demanding for entire course fee i.e remaining fee of 2.85 lakh although they have taken extra 47 thousand fees during admission.Even we have paid full fees of 2 years with total of 2.38 lakh since they forced us to pay. Due to some problems iam unable to continue my course.
Iam willing to continue my education in some other field since they are refusing to give the original documents iam unable to continue my education.
As already my 2 years of education life is wasted i don't want to waste more time. So iam writing this to you so that You can take a strict action against my college and order them to return my original documents i request you to solve my problem as soon as possible.
