I had applied for Original transcript and Medium of Instruction certificate on online portal. Request has been processed and verified for both certificates but when I download can see that both the certificate are one and the same.

Can you please check and upload Medium and instruction certificate again.

I had applied for PDC in October 2021 through online mode but i haven't yet received my PDC where as it only take a week or so for it and when called to vtu there is no response and even when they receive the call the response is extremely carelessly done. I urgently need my PDC.

Hi - As per the latest circular on submitting the documents for WES evaluation, I have been trying to access the mentioned link and unable to connect. The error message reads ' This site cant be reached'. I am trying to access from Canada. Please advice on how do I proceed as I have already made the required payments for the WES evaluation and VTU transcripts. I have also reached out to VTU on [protected]@vtu.ac.in but haven't received any response on the email sent.

I have applied for my provisional degree certificate through eddts online portal. I have applied for the document twice and paid the required fee of Rs.450 twice. I have got the confirmation e-mail from vtu for the payments. When I clicked on the final submission, it says that I have not paid the fees and redirects me to pay the fees of Rs. 450 again.
I have written several emails to [protected]@vtu.ac.in with all the transaction details which always goes ignored. They do not pick up any calls. I have also emailed [protected]@vtu.ac.in regarding this issue and all they say is it's not their responsibility.
Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible because the company will cancel the job offer if I fail to provide the provisional degree certificate. My USN is 4MW17ME031.

I paid 1400 rs for 4 official transcript in sbi in vtu.ac.in, then I got to know that the process has been changed and we should apply through EDDTS, so I applied through EDDTS and now it's again asking for 1450 rs for 4 transcripts including postal charges, so how can I get back 1400 rs I already paid or how to utilize that amount

I am currently residing in the UK and am unable to access the Electronic Document Delivery and Tracking System link from the website (https://eddts.vtu.ac.in/) for applying medium of instruction certificate.
My brother has tried to apply on my behalf from India and he had to register first. After he filled in my details, he got the attached message. I have not got any acknowledgement by email or phone. Please help on how to proceed.

I applied for my PDC for phD degree almost two months back but not yet received

Dear Sir/Madam,

I completed my B.E ECE in 2006 and i requested for Medium of Instruction from the Visvesvaraya Technological University by email on Feb 5th 2022. I didn't receive my certificate yet or any acknowledgement from the university. I tried to reach university via Telephone/email but no response. It's bit urgent as I need it for my visa purpose. I paid the process fess through SBI bank payment

Kindly help me how to proceed further.

I wanted transcript certificate from vtu i applied it online. When i did payment once it came failed and again I did the payment again it came failed but the amount has been debited twice. Please check and refund

This is a letter of plea to you regarding opening of college, I on behalf of many request you to not open colleges for a few months now. Due to continuous shifting between online and offline modes of colleges, students have to travel a lot, which also involves a lot of street, we are getting infected just be travelling this much. It would be the best if the colleges opened directly after the pandemic has reached non-harmful stage i.e when all the students are vaccinated. We have attained the age and the maturity to lead with our studies, we should be responsible enough for studies, if conduction of offline classes concerns the authorities with deterioration of the quality of education it might be wrong because we have the upper hand in certain areas like we can learn extra skills apart from what the curriculum teaches us. Thus, this time which we get when we wouldn’t be exhausted by long college hours and travelling can be utilised for holistic development. I hope you take into consideration a responsible student’s perspective and not open colleges till every one o[censored]s is vaccinated with the third dose.

It's been more than 10 days, I had not received any communication from the VTU and I have requested to VTU registrar mail ([protected]@vtu.ac.in) as well.

Other than these, I had tried to call their support number and nobody has picked up the call.
There is no way to chase them other than raising the complaint here, Once the payment is done for anything we are expected to get the service.

Due to this, my visa processing is getting delayed.

VTu doesn't pick up the calls and I've called more than 100 times. I've also applied for PDC by paying amount and I have not received it and no update on that as well

I, a teacher teaching in NMIT that comes under VTU am officially filing a complaint against the management for attempting mass murder under the pretext of "academics". Kindly shut all colleges during this difficult time as the world suffers from a deadly pandemic. The unreasonable and irresponsible decision by the government of Karnataka is putting a large youth population at risk and this decision must be reprimanded immediately. It is your duty to prioritize the well-being of the lives of the millions of students and teachers that have trusted you with this power. If the institution continues to make reckless decisions, it will result in serious legal action against them and VTU.

I have applied for official transcript and paid fee and mail them attaching application form and fee transaction receipt still I haven't received it. It's been more than 9 days I want urgent to submit for the university. And please provide contact details to resolve this issue. Please resolve this issue I want my official transcript ASAP. They are behaving to students like animals
