I am highly disappointed with VLCC Duo laser which I paid 94, 000 approx @ VLCC Gachibowli for whole body .
How many ever calls and mails we sent also no response at all.
I was in assumotion as they said advanced technology they are using, so I assumed that it could be ND YAG laser treat ment.
VLCC is still using outdated technology and spoiling customers skins.
The assitants are not expierenced, totally my skin...

With deep pain and anguish, this is to bring to your information that i have booked a slimming session at sec 18 noida in Feb 2022.Till date i have not been attended properly.

The dietician (Shreya) who was my consulting lady found it so difficult to give diets and session appointments.Days and weeks passed requesting for appointment and i was not given proper appointment.The other slimming head Parisha is also fully aware about the problem but has not been able to do anything

My visiting hours are morning 7:30 as i am not able to dedicate any other time throughout the day.Many of the times when i reach, session is never free and i have to wait for almost half n hour.It is pertinent to mention that i have to reach the VLCC premises anyhow by 8:30 to reach my office on time.Understanding the resource crunch for some time at VLCC (due to so staff leaving)i even tried to come at 8:00 but still the sessions are very irregular.

Such a pathetic service is not expected from the organisation of such repute.I have also brought this to the notice of centre head Ila but still the situation has not improved.

Today i have received message that my package will be expiring on 31st march, however, no proper services have been availed bue to the laxity at centres part.(Therapies cannot be availed unless there is proper weight loss during the week)

Your kind and urgent intervention is required to resolve the matter as well as increase the validity so that i may be able to avail correct benefit of the facilities for which i have paid my hard earned money

I purchased a slimming package on[protected] for Rs. 29505. After attending only one session, I couldn't continue due to some personal reasons. I kindly request a refund for the remaining sessions as I'm unable to visit the center.

I am from Ahmedabad.. I took goods worth 20 lakhs from vlcc company . They were hand sanitizer.. My father is a businessman who took to sale it but unfortunately covid came so we claimed in company to take goods back and refund us but now no one is answering us that 20 lakhs goods expired and my dad got into depression and now he is no more .. I am daughter of late Mr Sachin Shah .. he tried very much to give goods back to company but no one was Giving us response. Because of such big amount he got into depression and now I want my money back and take this expired goods back

Hi this is rakshinda, my complaint is regarding to vlcc healthcare. I have enrolled for lazer hair removal in end of december where hair i have 5244 via phone at the time of enrolling also taken a loan of 52k approximately. My 1st session is not completed yet as they are not responding correctly to my call and not even called me for giving appointments. I have an unfortunate episode about VLCC Patna. It started with my visit to VLCC around the 21-24th of December. I was looking for a specific hair treatment to make my hair soft, silky and straight. As I dye my hair your hairdresser recommended Botox followed by full hair colour. Alaka was offering a specific package with all the necessary treatments rounding to approximately 15, 000 INR and a complimentary Hydra facial, so we decided to start my treatment after 3rd Jan. I was called to dye my hair first on 5th Jan 2024 followed by hair botox. When I reached the centre on the 5th I was told that Botox was unnecessary and instead recommended following through with a procedure known as "kera smooth", on the recommendation of the hairdresser. As I completely trusted the hairdresser I allowed him to proceed as he saw fit. After the first step of the procedure, 'Deep' the hairdresser realized that there had been some mistake thus he recanted his original decision and chose to do a root touch-up. Post the change in the plan I had a word with Alaka, she started raising her voice on the dresser and asked for more to compensate for the new treatment plan, I thought this was unfair and asked her to continue with the original cost, upon the disagreement we finally settled on a package of 7, 000 just for Kera Smooth and no colour. When I returned home after the Kera Smooth's first procedure I had a migraine to the extent that I had to consult a doctor. The next morning I washed my hair for the first time and noticed my hair was extremely dry, which left me worried upon further inspection my hair was falling out. After this, I contacted the centre, who told me that this was completely normal and asked me to come in for further procedures. I have gotten the next three procedures and my hair has continuously decreased in quality and the hairfall has only grown. I understand that the beauty industry is for your well-being this entire episode has put me under deep stress and caused me extreme mental anguish. I had to attend weddings where my hair was falling out, which further added to my woes. I waited for your head of customer call for two days and she never responded, in between Alaka has misbehaved and shown her attitude and Alambhusha disagrees with any problems. After my continuous follow they gave me Olaplex treatment which your Customer Care Head Nidhi Kapoor claims to be compimentry. I would also like to state the "complimentary" treatments for correction were anything but such those were simply to help me regain some of the moisture in my hair and have currently failed to do so. I hope to see you rectify this issue and I hope that there is a proper treatment plan created to solve my issues. Please contact me for a complete log of pictures that I have been sharing with Alambusha, Alka and recently Nidhi.

I had taken lazer treatment package from VLCC in the month of May/June 23 . I was promised 2 complimentary and 6 paid sessions. I had also taken a trial session for which I paid seperately. After trial session when I was leaving I was not given any bill n I was told they will send me e bill. On receiving the e bill when I chkd it I saw sittings different from what I was promised. On enquiring I was told it is for their centres reference. My sittings ie 2+6 will be provided to me. But to my utter surprise my trial session was also actually included in the mains

I take the package of PRP sessions from
Safderjung vlcc branch worth rs 60k in which 6 sessions are there 3 are uck n 3 are normal PRP as i am the residant of kashmir at that time i was in delhi so at the time of taking this package i asked them
Is this service is available in kashmir also because i have to shift to kashmir back within some time so i take this service only when it is available there they said yes it’s available...

I had taken Coolsculpting Purpule Card (P) package in 07.08.2019 from VLCC, Model Town New Delhi branch. At the time of booking i was told by the VLCC folks that the packages are transferable to whichever city VLCC is located.

The sessions were on halt due to covid situation and I was transferred to Hyderabad by my employer. I have done lot of liasonig in VLCC and VLCC Delhi and partially my services transferred to VLCC Hyderabad.br...

I want my refund as chd sector 35 c are not providing any services they don't have time to call back

I purchased face hair removal treatment package for approx Rs. 13, 800 approx in which I was supposed to get 6 session and up to 90% hair reduction was expected and I already took 5 session and hardly I can see results hair have become soft but not reduced even. 30% and now vlcc have recommended me to take extra maintenance session.but maintenance session means to maintain something
however when nothing has been repaired so what is...

I don't want to continue any session as I have a lot time in waiting due to no response and miss information by Anandapur Center Kolkata. I suffered a lot of mental harrasment. I want rest of the session money back by 24 hrs otherwise I would complaint to consumer forum...

Am writing this grievance out o[censored]tter frustration from your staff at VLCC Noida Sector 18 who has encashed treatments worth of 150000 from me and have delivered zero value in the past one year. I had come to VLCC for acne correction and spot correction in December 2022 after giving me peel treatments worth Rs 25000 there was barely any change on my face, post which the Doctor Mansi, Ila, Anshul and Priya suggested me to go ahead for a combination...

Hello, I have taken Laser Hair Reduction- full Body from VLCC Good Earth Mall gurgaon. I only went there for my facial hair, but I bought full body laser. I took it Beacuse When they sold me this full body laser packet they promise me that my hair will go away 95 to 100 percent. I was keep asking about it, how is this possible? The Manager in Good Earth Mall Chandani Sharma insuresed me that its her guarantee if anything happen she is there. First the Manager left the job in that branch and not picking up my call and than now that branch Good Earth Mall vlcc is closed, they shiffted me to the new branch, it also took me long and very difficult process for me to sift in new branch, i don't want to compliant about that right now may be later. Here is my priority my full body laser treatment. I have taken 6 session till now and only 1 session left but the result i am expecting and promised by vlcc is not good enough. I have paid a good amount of money for this package but result is not good. Don't know whom to contact for my concerns and questions. Now the girl who does my treatmen saying buy again same pakage of 50, 000 rupees and take that treatment again. she is saying that you have to take multiple package because hair won't go in ine treatment (7 sitting), which they did not tell me earlier. Please either refund my money or solve my problem. I don't want to waste my money again.

They fool customers in the name of hydrafacial and they provide normal facial, they say that their staff are well trained but the fact is they are from normal parlour experience

I have took slimming package on[protected] . Amount 59000.00 after 3 sitting I didn't use that I asked them for refund due to iam not able to go centre in pendamic but they deny.please refund my amount

Used wrong products and aggravated skin allergy. Poor equipments with rust, smell and dirt.

I took full body laser treatment in July but it didn't worked at all. I have shared videos with center manager Bhawna and Arpita. Already paid 21000 rs.and want to cancel further payments.
