Today i went to vlcc for consultation on wrigh loss..i weigh 91 kgs..i am given 30 kg weight loss target..i went in for 10 kg package..it includes turbo slim n ultrasoundcavitation..i was shocked at d bill!!195000!!! Uhooo..i mus pay 2 lakh to refuce 10 kgs n few inches 5-6 inches in three months!! Really??? Dies d price match d results!! Im now confused!! Totally.. Really vl u ppl b abl to make me loose 10 kg in 3 months n 6 inche???i[censored]r soo confident then y do u force us to make registration on d very same day of consultations!! Y should v make complete payment of two lakh in advance?? Now after reading all d reviews im damn scared..really!! Two lakh is not peanuts dat i throw everywhere!! Can u assure me un writing dat il loose 10 kgs n 6 inches!! Can u?? Take challenge..

i have been started for slimming services from 3 oct till time i didnt had diet plan neither i met doctor. everytime they say the session is not for you reduce your weight if i have to reduce by mine own why i would have joined here. i am having kid of 1 and half year everytime i come they ask me to come another day after maintaining weight. heating session they say the size of belt is not of my size, till time i had one time only heating session. they talk and treat me so rudely i paid but i did big mistake i want all my money back i did want to continue at all.

My Name is Varalakshmi, I had joined vlcc at kukutpally hyderbad by paying the amt 30,000 in may 5th 2013, they promised me a 10 kg weight loss and reduce tummy with in 2 months,After regularly following their instructions I have not lost a weight and tummy,and again promised me a figure correction they had also failed.VLCC is very fake business doing.They are cheating clients very easily with false promises.My time and my money both waste and my patience also lost.Nobody taking care once u paid their duty finished. They play silly ,cheap games with clients.

This refers to the VLCC GUARANTEED WEIGHT REDUCTION package i paid for where in i was assured and guaranteed for my weight reduction. I was very serious to reduce my weight urgently. After taking the regular course, i felt zero result.
Unfortunately, there were no results at all. Rather I started gaining further weight.
I have complainted about three times for the zero result of the package, but no action has been taken yet by vlcc.
It was ridiculous and I want to protest strongly against this fraud. .They have wasted my valuable time and money. It is a criminal breach of trust. I am further planning to file the complaint in the consumer forum.

VLCC WEIGHT REDUCTION claim is completely false, misleading and amounting to cheating.

VLCC is a sham company. I took laser hair reduction. Even after completing course I have more hair than before I started. Many people going there for sessions had similar complain. All my money went in drain and my face is destroyed with much more and thicker hair. Now they ask for paying again and going though it all over again. Very very dissatisfied. Never ever recommend to anyone.

I opted for LASER services from VLCC. I paid in advance for 5 session and VLCC said they will refund money in case it doesnt suit you in future.
I didnt get any benefit from services so want to discontinue but now they are saying we cant refund your money back you take some other services because they don’t have any Refund System. Where as in any condition I am unable to continue with their Sessions. They didn’t tell that this money is not refundable & it is not mentioned in their cash memo also that this money is not refundable.
Plz help me get my money back . Its clearing fooling customers .

I was working with VLCC centre at Magarpatta for 8 months and quit in oct 2012. The company still owes me my salary for one month and incentives for 2 months . Despite having spoken to the centre manager , Ms Smita a couple of times and constant reminders , my dues have not been settled . Every time I call up, I am told that my cheque would be ready soon . By now I am sure that it is an alibi and have also come to. Know that a few other employees who also left the company around the same time that I did , have not got their dues as well . It is a disgusting way of making up for the centre's financial losses . I wish the company which boasts of some tall claims , could have a code of ethics when it came to dealing with employees . If I ,who was working as an I house dermatologist can be given the cold shoulder , I dread to think about the treatment the lower grade employees would be getting ,in case they decided to quit their jobs !i would definitely advise people and clients to stay away from the company as it strongly believes in ripping off people's hard earned money !

Unfortunately at that time my consultation Person was not there and my friend was directed to the Wijerama center Manager. But I regret to inform you that the way your center manager approached to my friend is not good and my friend feel guilty to get the service from it.
I'm writing this mail and keep you inform you that this Manager behavior is not good for the VLCCC reputation. we are coming to your place for get the respectable service from your center. I have enrolled for a package for skin treatment.The enrollment was done in VLCC,Pune.
The treatment involves 8 sessions. I now reside in Bangalore and have
transferred the package to VLCC,Whitefield. I had avail 2 sessions in Pune,
while 1 session was done in Bangalore.Frankly speaking,had never expected such a worse service from a service provider with a brand name.
Neither do they provide right appointment nor do they call up to check the status if a customer is visiting them if an appointment is taken.They are least interested with customer satisfaction. I am really unsatisfied with the service VLCC has provided.For every session there is time gap of 15 days to 1month.It's me who has to call everytime to VLCC to ask whether I can take up the next session or not. They don't even keep a record of services they need to provide that is included in a
package. Horrible!!!. This is my request to the Management of VLCC to train their staffs(specially the head present at the centres) in terms of customer services
and as we trust the Brand name but if this would be the case than there would be negative publicity which will definitely impact the image of VLCC. I hope this improvement reflects.

I have joined Vlcc health programme weight loss in Kolkata near howrah railway station(Phone no. [protected]) and deposited approximate Rs. 12000. Before I had joined the programme, I got transferred. Then I requested them to transfer the amount to Jaipur branch and accordingly they transferred my amount to Jaipur branch located near luhariya towers. When I contacted the Jaipur branch, the assured me that they have new advance machinery by which I will loose 5 kg of my weight in a week and collected Rs. 20000 more from me and given me receipt of Rs. 20470 only including transferred amount of Rs. 12000. When I joined the programme in Jaipur, only approximate 2 kg of my weight lost in a week. So. it did not fulfilled my official requirement of loosing 5-7 kg weight in a week. It clears that the VLCC institution is misguiding the people and to earn money only. VLCC is such a reputed institution having faith of lacs of people. But, I am unsatisfied by the services of VLCC and my amount is still deposited in VLCC and I have left the health programme of VLCC.

I underwent a dermaroller abrasion as recommended by a so called dr.singh at vlcc siliguri paying rs 6000 for a single sitting.i had severe scarring and hyperpigmentation around my laugh lines and chin causing severe disfigurement of my face in 7 days time for which they could provide no necessary remedy or consultation as they did not have a doctor at this branch.i am now suffering from intense mental agony and emotional trauma as i have landed up with a severely scarred face and no follow up whatsoever.i would also like to bring to your notice that this firm has been utilising untrained and unqualified persons for serious cosmetological proceedures.evrn the doctor involved does seem to be a fake with no standby dermatologist

VLCC Vashi has taken money stating that they are for guaranteed packages. Other packages without guarantee cost less is what the counsellor told me,

they have careless and negligent staff who are not experienced and I had to face many problems because of that
The officials said they were sorry about what happened but refused to give me the refund

I spoke to the vlcc customer care and communicated with the CEO, these people told me that whatever was promised to be delivered to me and has not been deliverd, I shall get my refund

However VLCC CEO has also cheated me by confirming that per discussion with customer care officials, I shall get my refund, however I am still awaiting my entire refund

Later they told me that I could take the salon services for the money that is due to me. I have refused to take it because I have paid for weight loss packages which were guaranteed, and because of incompetant staff, the weight loss and inch loss did not happen per their commitment. I do not need salon services so why should my money go waste

Hi, I am Zeba Zaman from Guwahati Assam. I was a regular client of VLCC, Guwahati Christian Basti Centre. I have brought many packages from them since 2007 though not always satisfied with results. Being very sober, I was an easy prey for them. Last year in the month of September, they invited me to see their doctor who claims to come from Mumbai (specialist). It was 8.30pm , I was getting late but the Centre manger Kasturi insisted me to stay back. When the doctor came, she suggested that I should go for their Botox treatment. The whole gang lead by Kasturi literally forced me to take the injection promising me to make my face look small. I didint had money, but they assured that they will collect it from my home. Everything said and done, I took the injection and followed the basic instruction given by them. After two days they collected the cheque but didnt gave me any receipt. They said that after 1 month I will get a very young face. But to my utter surprise, my face remained the same. Now today when I approached them, they hardly listened to my complaint. I am very very disappointed, please help me.

On 10th March I went to VLCC kondapur for threading and eyebrows. I told the attendant to just clean and remove the extra hair. After a minute to my horror I see my right eyebrows are in two parts. She removed the middle part. When I asked the attendant what she has done she told me its ok she didnt even realise she just screwed off my face. I was so upset I just left the place. And I had an occasion in the evening and this incident just ruined my entire evening. VLCC kondapur has no experienced staff, they are not trained properly.

VLCC took money for two packages which they said were guaranteed packages, hence they said it costed more than normal package

However, VLCC staff was negligent and they failed to deliver the promise they took the money for

VLCC customer care and CEO after going through the mails and discussions that I had with customer care officials, confirmed and conveyed that the refund will be given to me for the services that VLCC had failed to deliver

After 6-7 months, I am still awaiting the entire refund as was committed to me by VLCC

VLCC officials are not responding now

On 1/12/2012 me and my hubby went to Nellore(AP) vlcc for facial and hair cut,mine is very long hair i told to that lady name Pavitra trim it for 3 inch,she dont know how to do hair cut so she cut my hair upto shoulder level now my husband telling go to your mother home you shorted your hair(in me he loves my hair too much)now u tell me what shall i do.. ,m very upset,before taking any decision i thought to inform you,coz you means vlcc responsibility for this,, m regular customer of vlcc, i took more than 50000rs in bangalore branch,(if you want you can check)i was kept more hope on vlcc but she destroyed my happiness...So you tell me what shall i do now... I have all the records of that day,, if you are not take any desicion on her m not responsibility further.. I expect positive response from you...

1. Refund is not being provided by Vashi VLCC though they have taken money from me by saying that both packages are guaranteed packages
2. Now, as they are unable to deliver the results, I have asked for refund. But the matter is being delayed for no reason. If VLCC VASHI did not have the capabilities and experienced staff, they should not have made false promises. It is mistake of VLCC VASHI staff and I should not lose my money because of careless and negligent staff.
3. I had gone to the VLCC , Vashi centre to join the 5 kg weight loss program. However, Sonal, the counselor there, provided information that they have a guaranteed weight loss package and a guaranteed inch loss package which is very effective. I paid more than Rs.17000 to VLCC , Vashi for both the packages on 01 Jun 2012 & started on 04 June 2012. (The amount paid was for 5 TS sessions (one additional they gave complimentary) (with the TS sessions coming with a guaranteed inch loss) & the 5 kg guaranteed weight loss.
4. However I faced the following issues:
The first TS session I had: The girl who did the massage led to burning of skin due to improper handling. However, I did not complain, but I did bring this to the notice of the dietician and the physiotherapist.
The second TS session was horrible. It seems that the girl who did the massage did not have the kind of experience to do it. She hit my rib bone very hard many times in front and on the sides. The massage she did was with one finger/thumb and not with hand. After the massage, I got rib bone pain, sore muscles and tummy muscles were swollen and tender too. Heaviness in tummy and digestion related problems started. I immediately contacted Shruti and Jyoti who are the dieticians. However, they said it was normal and would take 5-6 days to normalise. I thought that probably, since they must be experienced, what they say is right and it must be normal. I was also unable to go for my weight loss sessions post this, as merely touching that part of skin would aggravate the existing pain. I have hardly gone twice for the weight loss post this issue, however, since it hurts i had to cut short those two sessions and could not take for the 45 minutes duration as would have been. Since the issues didnt subside after more 2 weeks, I spoke to the doctor there, doctor Deepa. She also said its normal, and prescribed some medicine and asked me to massage with an oil .
The second TS session was not done correctly. Else, what the problems I experienced after the second session, I should have got the same problems after the first TS session also. However, the doctor and dieticians did not take the issue seriously. Due to negligent behaviour of VLCC staff, I have to suffer. Why should I ?
5. I wrote to them a number of times, contacted the CEO and the customer care, however, Vashi VLCC have written letter stating that they cannot provide the refund. Also the letter contains lot of false information. VLCC is unnecessarily sending false letters which is highly unprofessional. First money is taken by giving guaranteed packages and now they are denying it. Management decision should have been based on facts and not on basis of false information provided by VLCC VASHI centre. Its obvious that since VLCC VASHI does not want to pay refund, they are trying to give false information
6. VLCC VASHI has to pay the entire amount that I gave them, because the promised inch loss and weight loss has not happened. They have told that both these are guaranteed packages, hence I had paid the money. Now if they have not fulfilled the guarantee, they have to refund my money
7. Its not right that VLCC takes money from people by providing false guarantee and later on refuses to pay if they are unable to provide the guaranteed services
8. Please note I hadnt asked for any guaranteed package. Sonal, the counselor, provided me two packages which she said, provided guarantee and she said that if I join these two sessions, there will be guaranteed weight loss and inch loss. Also weight loss that would happen in “TS” sessions would be over and above the weight loss of 5 kgs in the guaranteed weight loss session. VLCC VASHI has in its correspondence and the package they gave me specified the term " guarantee" If VLCC does not provide any such package which is guaranteed, then " Vashi VLCC " centre is providing false guarantee and taking money from people.
9. At all times the customer care, area head, centre head, counselor, dieticians and the doctors have accepted that there has been a mistake from their end and I should accept the same amount worth of products or join another VLCC centre. Please note that I do not intend to join VLCC or use VLCC products as I no longer have faith (due to issues as mentioned above) I should be given the entire amount of my refund. Also, when I had spoken to the customer care “Hemshikha”, she had told me that mine is an exceptional case, and she would speak to the management about the refund. I am not sure she has spoken or no. As VLCC VASHI has accepted their mistake, then its their fault and they should refund.
10. VLCC VASHI is now trying to state false information so that they don’t have to pay me. This is not right. VLCC doesn’t have right to cheat customers.

ALMOST ALL THE EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY HAVE BEEN TREATED VERY WORSTLY AND HIGHLY HUMILIATED NOT BY THE CEO BUT BY THE VP OF ANDHRA PRADESH Mrs.BABITHA TANEJA.....SHE DOES NOT LIKE ANY EMPLOYEE GROWING MORE THAN HER...SHE USES VERY FILTHY LANGUAGE AND IS FULLY POLITICAL....SINCE MANY YEARS SHE IS THE ONLY ONE WHO IS RULING THE ENTIRE SOUTH...I AM OFCOURSE NOT A CLIENT BUT AN EMPLOYEE ITSELF WHO COULDNOT WORK UNDER HER ANY LONGER AND RESIGNED MANY YEARS AGO...BUT JUST BECAUSE OF HER HOW MANY MORE EMPLOYEES SHOULD GET SUFFERED AND GET HUMILIATED....????PLEASE GUYS OF VLCC FAMILY WAKE UP NOW COZ NOTHING LATE THAN NEVER......PUT A FULL STOP TO THIS SOON.....

This is to bring to kind notice that I "shagun mishra " from "bareilly" has been under skin purification treatment for 2 months for acne vulgaris with complaints of open and closed comedones, pustules,vesicles,nodules and scar mark on my entire face. I was guaranteed positive results for which I payed 15000/- And instead of recovering the situation has worsened. VLCC has a big name and just for that I opted for the treatment but now for me it's worthless. It's not only about the money but also about the faith I had which is overshadowed by the current situation... looking forward for a reply...

I went to VLCC JP nagar branch Bangalore and enrolled on 26-Aug-2012 for VLCC weight loss program for Rs. 50,000/- and made full payment of the same through my credit card.
I took only took 2 sessions from VLCC and found out that it was not good, and the VLCC staff advised strict diet and daily regular jogging/cardio exercise if I need to loose weight. THis seemed a bit unusual.

Also as part of my work assignment I have to travel abroad and cannot take the services of VLCC anymore, so I requested VLCC to canecl my membership and payback me my amount after deductingthe charges for 2 sessions which I attended. But VLCC people are refusing the same and are saying that they cannot cancel and the money will not be refunded. I wrote the same concern to their coprate office mail @ [protected]@vlcc.co.in, but no responce from them.

I tried reaching them over phone but they are not getting the concerned person over phone.

Kindly hlp me out in hte regard and also to get back the amount of Rs. 50,000/-
