Dear sir,

We have subbmitted the pf application twice but every time we visit VLCC WEST OF CHORD ROAD BRANCH BANGALORE were i was working they always show corporate office in DELHI. and corporate office cannot be contacted very easly and THEY always claim they have not received the application at all.

please guide us what can be done in this regard.

Very poor, Actually ridiculous. On 30/07/2007 i came to vlcc for eyebrow hair reduction and consulted Dr Smitha and she assured me that the hair will never come back after six session, and Dr anupama did the laser for me. after 5 session also hair in my eye brows was same as it was earlier. dr anupama said once the 6th session is over then it will not come. I submitted about 9000/- Rs. to VLCC, Koramangla, Bangalore. I asked them about my timing and kid issues, they assured we'll take care. But on next day when I went to their centre, they wasted my time. I am not happy with their services. After discussing them to refund my money. They replied - they do not have any REFUND Policy. This case reached to VIBHUTI SHARMA (South Zone Head). She also replied not to refund money.

I had taken package for tummy tucks , arms tucks & weight loss from VLCC Noida Branch. At the time of taking the pacage they assured of results with 5+5+5 sittings .But inspite of repeated procedure for three times in six months i found no results neither in weight nor in inches loss as promissed at the start. This is to inform you that i took one package from vlcc for face treatment which costed me 19000rs for 20 sittings.10 sittings for gylocilic peel and 10 sittings for face firming.I took 19 sittings and my one sitting was left.I didnt get any results which were being promised to me at the time of taking the package and i was not in delhi so i was not able to take the last sitting when i came back...

I am Pooja Khanna. I Joined VLCC SLIMMING CENTRE Ranjit avenue amritsar. They promise me to give a permanent weight loss of atleast 7 kgs.upon their strong recomendation. i joined vlcc. paid around 24,000.
hardly reduced 2 kg of my weight which was nt permanent loss i gain that immediate after leaving session.

I am Akanksha Agrawal and I joined VLCC Patiala in second week of May, 2009. I am highly dissatisfied with their service and the reasons for the same are as follows:-
1. The day I joined VLCC, I was told of a package (50% off) with certain complementary services. The whole package was as follows

5 thigh tuck
2 body therapy
1 hair cut

They sold coupons worth Rs500/- in July, 2009. In total they gave 18coupons valid for 12months in which you get various items like Hair Cut, Facial & freebies.

But whenever I am going to VLCC siutated at ANSAL Plaza, Ludhiana; they are saying "Come with Appointment'; when you call them to take appointment they say 'they have no appointment...

I had taken LASER hair removal from bangalore Branck- koramangala. That therapist - Ruheena burnt all my LEGS.. leaving me with BLACK BLISTERS all over. Two months back I joined VLCC(Udaipur centre) for weight loss.Due to some reason I could attend only two initial sessions ..A month after I Received a call from the Centre that the validity of the Package is only 45 days which is about to expire and this was not told to me when i joined the package..On my Visit to the centre and after a long discussion they extended the validity by 15 days.Within a week or so I fall...

VLCC claims that they do transfers for packages if intimation is provided. I have given them intimation for a break for 3 months and a transfer of my package to other city but still no action is taken and after giving them strong follow up for 1 month they are just giving 25% of transfer of package.
While taking money they committ different stories to the client and now its completely different....

there is no proper privacy at vlcc beauty parlour.(manglore branch). as the door to de womens section is only partly covered. men keep staring inside while on de way to their section ..its very annoying nd makes me and many others very uncomfortable.as parlour is a place where privacy is a must. i like de services there very much but as there is no privacy i ve discontinued gng n of my friends.. we r not actually happy else where.. it would...
