I enrolled in VLCC Kasba in Heath and Beauty section from Jan 2015. I took more than 1lac package but one support staff Ms. Angana Banerjee is misbehaving with me and denied to give service. This is not a single day but it is a regular matter as she is giving excuses and avoiding to provide the service. I escalated to Center Head Torpito Banerjee but there is no result. Please refund my money or arrange to provide proper service to me.

      Basically i joined vlcc for weight gaining but i went there for one day only ...then i was become very busy with my work so am unable to continue the session so i told them to refund my money but they said no it was impossible for them... which is very unexpected for such a kind of brand when am not taking any facilities then why dont u people refund the money

        Hi VLCC This is to inform that I am a loyal cutomer of VLCC from last 5-6 years. I have packages that were costing huge, I didn't have any complain but now I am facing certain issues. I have taken a package of VLCC-Indirapuram, Ghaziabad for weight loss of 10 kgs from Meenakshi (Head) dated on 17/2/2014. After few days i.e. 1/3/2014 another employee of VLCC Meenakshi Tyagi-Employee ID- 12695 have offered me a benefit package that along with 10 kgs you can take 5 kgs + 5 TT package in less amount, total amount was Rs. 35600/- I took that package as a trust factor. After that I have taken a package of herbal weight loss around 40k, its also pending. Now, the employee has resigned that I don't care & other employee of VLCC are saying that this 5 kgs were not entered in the system, I have shown them the bill but now they are saying that it is not signed. Let me know if I am wrong some your employee is resigning so why I should bear the loss. I can show the bill as well. But this is how you treat your customers than its bad.           On or about 21st July 2015, I had approached VLCC at Shanti Nagar, Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri East, Mumbai - 93. One Dr. Komal and the branch Manager studied my face and prescribed Voluma and Fillers for the lines that show on the sides of my nose and lips. As a lay person I took their word and paid the full proce of Rs 1 Lakh vide a cheque dtd 23.07.2015. I visited VLCC Pune and their dermatologist advised that Voluma is not at all required and would not serve my purpose as it enhances the cheeks but will not erase the lines that I am looking for and gave me an estimate for Rs 40, 000/-.

          Naturally I approached VLCC at Shanti nagar Andheri East and told them I will do the Fillers only as prescribed by VLCC Pune dermat at Rs 40000/- and refund me for Voulma which is not at all required for me i.e Rs 60, 000/-.


          However, the VLCC Andheri team are not co-operating and insist that they do not have a refund policy.

          In the event that VLCC Andheri are not willing to co-operate I will have no option but to go legal as clearly VLCC Pune Dermatologist is competent and qualified who advises and so will other Dermatologists that Voluma will not serve my purpose and the money paid for same ought to be returned.

          I do not have any trust and faith in VLCC Shanti nagar Andheri east and want to get the Fillers done at VLCC Pune only.

          Please therefore arrange return of money Rs 60, 000/- for Voluma and transfer funds from VLCC Andheri to VLCC at Kalyani Nagar, Pune.

            Hello,
            My name is Jina Dixit, I'm here to complain against the staff of your Dwarka center, Let me start from the beginning, After the long break of maternity I decided to join a slimming center where I can reduce my weight. First name that came my mind was VLCC, Because of its brand value, trust factor and result oriented. But, All that came crashing down in just 2 visit in your center. we went to the center on 16th july where we met Anu who said she was a dietitian, From the first time only she made a terrible mistake, She planned out my weight loss program, told me I should go for 20 kg and use 5 insta tone, She calculated the discounts and it came as 43, 375 k. me and my husband we wanted some time to discuss about it. After taking 20 minutes, we asked her to come, she said she have forwarded the case to her center head, Her name is Bhawna, The center head came and she started telling about the therapy and its cost. We said we have chosen the package and we want to take the said offer. She looked at the cost and replied back with embarrassment that the girl have made mistake, she have given you discount on discount. the price quoted by anu was wrong and then she said it will come around 56000. We were very much shocked by such unprofessional behavior. It took close to 20 minutes to agree upon the said price and now she says its wrong figure, we were very disappointment but still it was my decision to come to this center, we asked the center head what can be done? She came up to the plan of 10kg weight loss and 5 insta tone, and she added 5 kgs will be complimentary. As all this procedure have taken quite a time, We went ahead and paid 40, 000 by card on the very same day. As, I had to go every alternate day, I went on friday, they marked it as 0 day and gave me weight loss therapy for half a hour. I have go on Sunday, But due to some work I couldn't. I went on Monday and asked them that every alternate day will be impossible because I need motivation, My weight is 102 and I need to take that particular hour out for myself. Bhawna the center head said its fine, I can come every day and take sat and sun off. It was decided. On Monday, I felt very vulnerable due to the fact that if I ask anything like what product is that or just casual OHH! So you also have green tea, just a simple talk nothing serious, they grab you .. try to sell you.. try to sell you even more product, I spend 1000 rupees on 3 items which was sold to me. I was aghast? How did I let them sell me this products? But, I thought ... I'll be careful next time. Tuesday was my next session. I arrived on time at 5pm. I have finished my session... the weight still 102 kg, And, Anu was standing there and told me she wanted to talk to me, I said ok. we went to a cabin and she said, Jina, As I can see that you are losing weight. and now its the best time for tummy tuck and turno and turbo. I was at loss of words. I said what are all these for, She was so lost in her aggressive up selling that she could not even see how disappointed by her manner. Here I thought someone would understand the pain of being obese and this women is uttering things like now you have lost weight, you should book for this sessions. its only 38000. Can you believe I've been there only twice and my weight has not gone down and what weight loss is she talking about. She was rambling on and on, I cannot handle bargaining and this type of cheapness, I said I'll think or maybe I'll take a trial to see the result. She said " why would you need a trial? believe me, your my family, and whatever I'm saying its for your goodwill. Why would you pay for trial 2400. I said excuse me, 2400. She said for trial I've to pay 2400. Now please let me know what is the meaning of Trial. This lady was too much for me to handle, I just wanted to scream at her, My head felt heavy, I just grabbed my bag and fled from that center, I felt so heavy hearted that I was crying on phone to my husband to receive me. Is money so much to you all? Isn't there a quota of respect to the person who comes to you believing that you will help. Is this the trust you are showing to your clients? I'm very scared to even venture any slimming center now. you have taken my confident and my mental peace. I know I'll never step foot on your center or even think to interact. I came with hope and its shattered. you have cheated me of hope, Lastly, Please don't cheat on my hard earned money. I don't want apology, I want full refund. And, I want it to be done as soon as possible.

            VLCC stands for cheat and fraudster, Neither they have solved the issue, Neither they have tried to reach to a proper decision. They keep saying this matter is with the board members, We will call you tomorrow. And, its been 29th today that they are making excuses and more excuses. The corporate people of VLCC named Dipika and Prathiba accuses and blames us and keep diverting our calls. This people is worse money minter. Now, I'm contemplating to file an F.I.R agianst VLCC for the harassment they have given to us.

              Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to introduce myself as a client of VLCC from 2006. I joined VLCC Coimbatore and reduced 10 Kgs in 2007. Unfortunately I had to move to Salem and due to my hectic schedule I could not maintain my weight. So when I saw a poster of VLCC last year, without asking/looking at the facilities I enrolled for weight reduction, B-line and detox for which I regret now. The highlights of VLCC are the professionalism and hygiene which I experienced at Coimbatore branch. But I was surprised to notice that both are missing at VLCC Salem. (Please look at the photographs). I was disappointed to note that the only person who was giving B-line (Malar) suddenly quit and there was no one to continue that. When they somehow trained someone, the machine was not working. First they said the procedure was for 3 hours including massage and the machine. Then they said the machine is not necessary; massage was enough. Similarly, initially they said for B-line you have to take the sessions regularly, at least once in a week. But due to the above mentioned problems from their side, I was given excuses. In fact I travel 15 kilometers every time for the sessions. Actually speaking, in the beginning I wanted to start with the B-line only after 5 kg weight reduction. I didn’t want detox. But the manager convinced me that together, as a package, it would work better. At the end of the day nothing was done properly. When they took B-line measurements, I asked them to explain so that I can understand whether there was any improvement. But the manager said that she can’t do that; they didn’t mean anything. My question is in that case, why do you take measurements in the first place? In spite of all these, I continued with the only hope that I would complete my 10 kg target. But after 6 kgs, my weight kept bouncing back to the same level even though I stuck to the strict diet and exercising. I had the same problem in Coimbatore also. But they monitored me carefully and suggested a banana and milk diet for 1 and ½ days which broke equilibrium and I started losing weight. I even told the manager this. But she didn’t bother to anything regarding this. • Suddenly one day I noticed something written in my file. It read like “Avoid weight gain” which must have been written days after I left the centre. Not only that, it was written that my registration was valid only till June 30th. No one discussed anything regarding this. I wonder two things. One – If I can avoid weight gain on my own, why would I come to VLCC? Second – Are records written documents of the actual work done or Are they CREATED? When I asked for questioned why this was not communicated to me and I demanded an explanation, the therapist said “you were not told; but we were told by the manager that the sessions are over for you. We calculate only the weight you loose here. If you gain weight and come that is not our problem. When I insisted on meeting the manager, they said she would come at 12 o’clock. I waited till 12.45. She didn’t turn up. I wanted to talk to her over phone. They said she didn’t pick up the phone. They also said that they would inform her to talk to me. The next day when I asked, they said ‘we have given your file to her and asked her to talk to you’. TILL DATE SHE HAS NOT COMMUNICATED ANYTHING TO ME. IS THIS THE WAY VLCC TREAT A CLIENT? I cannot ask them because I did not join neither for the manager nor the owner. I JOINED FOR THE VLCC BRAND. My actual feedback to the manager which was supposed to be sent to you is given below. The manager did not want to record this saying that they were growing and all that stuff. • Lack of robes. You can provide robes at least to those clients who ask for it because (i) I cannot always carry a night dress wherever I go (ii) It is really awkward pulling up your nightie above your hips each time you go for a session or removing your pants for that matter. (ii) Another problem is the weight. Each time I come in a different dress/material there is 100 or 200gms variation in the weight. I do not understand how they calculate that differences. • It was really shocking to note that they used cotton (like how we use to rub with cotton before an injection) to wipe the jel from the body after the session. Or they used dirty used towels. Thank God! Now they have tissues. • Another funny thing I noticed was that whether we sessions for our hands, belly or thighs purely depends on the availability of belts in that particular room. Therapists always say that small belts are in the other room/or my stomach is too small that they don’t have belt for that size. • Quite often machines don’t work properly. (Even now Cello machine has got only two belts. It has been like this for at least more than a month now.) • If I am right, prior appointments are given for effective management of affairs. But here it is done just as a routine. For example, a client is given firming sessions even without specific amount of weight loss. • The reason is that the therapists are not given enough orientation regarding the reasons for using a particular machine or the functioning of a particular machine. Added to all these, the staff keep changing. Every month you can see new faces in both slimming and beauty service. The list of people who have left since I joined Swarna – Dietician Muthulakshmi – Dietician Deepika – Therapist Anita - Therapist Jyothi - Therapist Sathya[protected]----- Prabha – Front office Priya – Dietician Malar – Beautician Uma – Beautician [protected]– Beautician Aswini – Beautician Ramya– Beautician Usha– Beautician Ishwarya– Beautician Siva - Beautician INCLUDING Pachiamma – Maid As of now there is no doctor and dietician (except the manager). I wish to bring to this attention because I wanted to go for lipotrim and could not because of this kind of functioning. I hope you do something regarding this. Awaiting your reply.                 At vlcc centre kalyan branch even after constantly complaining about non maintainance of air conditioners there has been no action taken on it .acs have been under non working state/damaged state since about 1 month . There is no response to the customers even though we pay such huge amount of fees. They give a reason that service men are not available .please corporate .corporating for 1 or 2 days is not a problem but corporating for 20 or month is a very big problem since it becomes hot during workouts ..please respond and take action as soon as possible

                  Hi I m rajeshree before joining your dietitian and others keep on calling me to join the session for wait loss and forcibly made my mind to join in the package I paid 16000 for my wait loss bt due some reasons I stop going to the institute I bt thought before joining they were keep on calling me nw also they will concern about customer and ask them to join they jst want to complete the target nt satisfy to the customers

                    There are 5/6 machines for wt loss/ firming/toning/sello etc. As a client I don't know anything about these machines. I have taken 10kg wt loss+20 sessions of cats. When I visit centre who will decide what session or therapy should I take from my package? Many times dietitian/ Technition ask me which session I want to take. Many times connecting cords from m/c are loose or broken. When session starts Technition ask about intensity, but due to broken/ loose cords very high intensity hearts. Belts are very dirty, If we talk about hygiene, it's very poor, TV sets/ cable network not in working. If still the problem is not clear, please call me on my mobile [protected] . Thanks n regards.                       Hi, I am Md.Talat Hayat Khan from Delhi. I paid Rs 9, 229/- for diet consultation at New Friends Colony branch on 13/03/2015. They said me that they will call me within 10 days, but after waiting for like a month, I gave them a call & they fixed an appointment with a nutritionist. Trust me, after having 18 years of experience in sports/diet, I can easy judge that she is not or may be worse nutritionist who is unable to give answer/explanation to me on her suggested diet. She told me that she will connect me with their R & D section to have deep dive in my diet regiment. Again, none of them called me until yesterday (11-May-2010) I called them.                         I want to complain about a below par service experience at VLCC Pitampura center. I had hormonal imbalance before due to which I had unwanted hair on my neck and chest. I started laser treatment for the same at their Pitampura center in Feb last year. I already told them about my situation and they agreed that the laser will contain the hair growth to a large extent. I also was taking medications as recommended with the treatment. They assured me of best service as they hire professional doctor for the job. Following their assurance, I left cheaper and recommended salon. The first sitting went fine. At the time of second sitting, their main doctor wasn't present and they made another person who is claimed to be a doctor herself to perform the sitting. The session was rather painful as compared to the previous one.I also noticed a lot of scabs on my face after the session. Just one-two month after the second sitting, I noticed substantial increase in hair on my neck and side of the face. I had normal hair on side burns but they lured me to do it for a marginal increase in cost. I immediately reported the incident to the original doctor in my third sitting. She was also surprised and told me that it can happen if the session was not done properly. And, asked me to talk to the manager. The manager shrugged it off at that time and asked me to wait till the next session. But, the situation did not change. I again went up to the doctor and their manager but they refuse to take responsibility for it. They are blaming it on my hormonal imbalance condition. But, I have this condition for last 8 years and haven't seen any increase in my hair growth. How can they justify that the growth can exponentially increase to such an extent in 1-2 months? This is just outrageous. I underwent the treatment because I had to come to US for further studies. But, with their treatment, the condition has just worsened and I have to take costly waxing treatment here in US after every 15 days. It is so difficult to budget such extra expenses on student budget in addition to the constant embarrassment I have to face because of this increased hair growth on my face. In my last visit to December at their place, I asked for refund of the rest of my money atlas and they refused to even give it. This is what professionalism is. I expected a much better customer redressal system that theirs. Investing in their services has been the worst decision I took.I should have rather went for the other recommended salon. Instead of improving the hair growth, the laser has increased it and that too at such a time where it is so difficult to manage it. I'm utterly disappointed with your service and will never recommend VLCC to any of my friends and relatives. I want the VLCC center, if nothing, to atleast compensate me for the money I have paid to them which has gone utter waste. I wish not to forgo any further laser treatments with them. If your authorities do not pay heed to it, I plan to file a formal complaint in the court as negligence on their part has brought extended money loss and embarrassment to me.

                          1. Done Silver Facial and billed for Gold facial. When asked they given excuse that rates for both are same. 2. Submitted discount coupon of 15% but only 1.5% reflected in bill and they are not ready to rectify it. 3. VLCC promoting its brand by providing these discount coupon but actually there branches are reluctant to give while billing. Its a real cheating by them for luring new customers. I want my extra charged money back. But there bill says money will not returned rather adjusted in other services.

                            I took a hair treatment package from VLCC Kharghar clinic on the assurance of Ms Amanpreet, the VLCC area head, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai that the package can be easily transferred to VLCC clinic at Surat as I was purchasing the package for my brother and I was assured that I can fix the appointment with the staff at Kharghar clinic. I paid the full amount on the assurance of Ms. Amanpreet, who was insistent and persistent for buying the package that day itself as it was, according to her, the last day of their 40% off scheme [which was apparently available on GOSF ]. And at the time of purchasing the package on 30th November, 2014, I told them that I will be going to Surat on 4 December, 2014 and they should fix the appointment for that date. But when I called VLCC Kharghar for follow up (which is actually VLCC Kharghar’s real duty) on Wednesday to confirm the appointment, the staff said that the person concern is not available and she will call back again to confirm it in couple of minutes. But entire day passed and I did not hear back from her, so I called again and then Dr. Bhagyashree asked me to call directly the Surat centre to get the appointment, and by this time is was annoyed. If I wanted the package I could have purchased from the Surat centre itself why the need of buying from the Kharghar clinic? It was VLCC Kharghar’s assurance that I purchased the package and now they were telling me to Google the contact number of VLCC Surat to take the appointment. After conveying my disappointment with the highly unprofessional approach to VLCC Kharghar staff, they assured that they called up at Surat center and that they had fixed my appointment for 7 PM but when I went there, we just sat there for nearly one hour without anyone attending to us and my brother was furious with your lack of professionalism and was not interested in availing any sort of service from your clinic. When I told them about the incident they said they were informed about the same that day itself with an email sent at 4 PM and hence they could not attend properly. Even after informing the VLCC Kharghar staff 2 days prior to the appointment they coordinated with the Surat staff that day itself and just hours before the actual appointment time told to us. I have waited for nearly a week giving VLCC plenty of time to get back to me to apologize for the incompetent service provided to us in both of VLCC centers but looks like VLCC staff are just interested in extracting money from gullible customers like us by luring them with false promises and to keep pestering the client who happens to visit them for just simple haircut to buy particular scheme as that day was supposed to be the last day of sale. As I was not delivered the service which I was promised for and because of all the misleading advertisements and schemes, I do not want to continue any association with the brand and I just want my full money back! The only reply I got from them that they are looking into matter, which I received on 29th December, 2014. Till date I haven’t received my refund or any convincing reply from their end. I had filed for a consumer complain for which a notice was sent to vlcc, head office but they refused to entertain even that. Only thing I want is my money back! Can you help me with that?

                                Vlcc Kolkata theatre road is the worse plcs to be at. They are very unprofessional and cheats, the staff is untrained and uneducated.. They literally give shock treatments and now they refuse to return 30000 rupees. Hence they r cheats. A complaint lodged at the service centre is of no use no action taken. Email not checked.. These PPP shud be put behind bars

                                  Dear Mrs. owasis As your aware I had enrolled by self for laser hair removal treatment in the month of July, with assurance that with 8 session, my hair reduction will be 95% on full front/full back and full shoulder as confirmed while taking up this hair removal procedure which I also agreed Beginning of 4th session I had brief discussion with Dr.Abishek and expressed by thought of treatment not been upto expectation, as based on the agreed session at least 50% reduction should have occurred and in reality even 10% reduction was not visible, as a practice before shaving picture are taken to compare the improvement and Dr.Abhishek was in line with my observation and also agreed that there was no major hair reduction effect observed Before the Beginning of the 5th session I spoke to Dr .Abishike and he said tht this time they shall be using a new machine which according to him was sure to give better result While I arrived for the 5th session, I saw the same old machine and asked doctor as to why same machine is been used, as it was not showing any improvement till now, doctor said tht he consulted his senior Mr, shetty and as per him if the intensity was increased the result will be noticeable I took the 5th session which was of higher intensity, this session was very painful than the previous session, even than I adjusted and was co-operative to see the suggested result After completing of the 5th session, I did call u and expressed how painful and needle pricking effect it had, based on your explanation and assurance of giving the confirmed 95% desired result, I agreed and was again co-operative with you to see the desired result 6th session has been completed and there is no much of a difference, even after having 2 high intensity pain full session On 20the feb, I called dr.Abhishek at 2.20pm requested for an appointment and later in the same days u had called me at 6.14 pm and confirmed my appointment for 1st march between 2-2.30pm Today I called dr.abhishek at 12.30pm and said tht I hv confirmed appointment between 2 -2.30 and he reconfirmed and asked me to come down and I arrived at 2.25pm at vlcc centre at Whitefield and met dr.abishek at 2.35 pm, by 2.36 pm I was taken inside the centre stating tht I will be needing shaving Until 3.07 none came to take me for shaving, after I sent sms to doctor at 3.30 pm I was being told that, machine is not free and its occupied and all this was informed to me after an waiting period of 1 hour which is highly non acceptable from an organization as VLCC. I met mrs shobha long with dr.abhishek at reception at 3.37pm and they expressed there inability as other session was on, I had a meeting at 5.30pm which I told them as well, knowing service industry I was ready to co-operate hence told them to give me a session tomorrow so that there today scheduled is not disturbed . To my utter surprise, I was asked to take the session of next week, do I need to wait for vlcc to accommodate as and when they wish??? How can I be taken for granted and how can a idea of 1 week postponement request arise when the mistake is from vlcc.Its highly unacceptable, I frequently keep travelling abroad and outstation and I am particular on timing…Who is going to bear my losses occurred due to VLCC. When I had done all the payments in Whitefield branch and I was asked to visit Whitefield branch for all my sessions then where does the question arise for asking me to visit Indira nagar branch. VLCC have taken money and confirmed tht it should be all done in 8 sessions, in Whitefield but neither my sessions are giving any result nor you guys behave professionally on timings this not the first time wherein this happened to me but still I was cooperating. I cannot further deal with unprofessional who don’t have sense of timing and commitment .You guys are not even confirming how many more session it would be required for the committed result. Mrs. shobha spoke to me again for solution and I said till Wednesday I am available and I can come to Whitefield and in case i[censored] wanted me to go to other centre I was ready provided transportation was from vlcc side.here also again I was co-operative 6.33pm today I get a call stating tht Thursday they can spare at indiranagar centre, again per vlcc we have to adjust –customer time is of no important, even though the mistake was of vlcc for over booking session and now when I am being co-operative—I am being taken for granted and desirable dates and time as per the convenience of vlcc though I have been adjusting but even after appointment being fixed its been denied and am asked to come other day . My contract with vlcc was for laser hair reduction treatment based on the prescribed session, which I have undergone Result achieved is not even 10% after 6 session and there is no time bound frame given by vlcc for hair reduction and I have been told the session will be increased to achieve desired result There is too much of pain and agony involved in high intensity treat, which again doesn’t guarantees as I have already undergone 2 session and there is no significate result as claimed by vlcc if high intensity is used Based on the abv facts and figure I have concluded not to take the pain full procedure anymore and wish to stop it, since vlcc has not been able to even achieve 50% hair reduction I have lost confidence to continue with vlcc and seek refund of my complete amount paid with in 8th of this month, failing to which I shall approach consumer form and local media channel for justice legally .                                     On 15th Feb 2015 I had an appointment in VLCC Agra Centre for Make up, Around 8pm i lost my necklace there, i searched a lot there and in my stuff also but dint find anywhere, VLCC staff was not helping even to search, i asked so many time to Ms. Adarsh Kaur(Manager) to ask her staff but dint get any proper revert, I have doubt that someone from VLCC Agra Centre stole it, but there is no one who is helping me, That necklace was worth Approx 70-80K.Kindly help me to find or either get compensation/reimbursement from VLCC Agra Centre.

                                      I went to vlcc, jhansi for mid length hair rebonding they charged me 6000 rs for it and told me that this is under an offer .and if I don't book an appointment with them at the earliest their so called offer will end and then the price of rebonding will increase by 20 % .although I was not interested but they called me again and again and convinced me that i m charged much less and i am getting a very good opportunity which i should not miss.believing it i paid them the whole amount.the very next day my neighbor went to vlcc just to ask about the rates of her length hair rebonding.her hair length was more than double of mine and after couple of calls from vlcc jhansi, they were able of convince her that she is also getting concession as this is again an offer.they finally came down and charged 5000 for it focussing again and again that it is under an offer which she should not miss.it should be noted that actual cost of long hair rebonding is 10000 which they had shown me in their rate list..Am I supposed to ask vlcc that is vlcc a famous branded cosmetic care in India where customers can go and rely on it blindly as i thought earlier or a vegetable market where customers should think twice before going because their workers are bargaining and ruining the aura of vlcc..

                                        I ordered VLCC slimming and beauty products from star cj online. I did not get the 5000rs gift vouchers and the other beauty services which was assured to me while I called to order. After I called to complain, the rude adviser said the it wasn't assured to me about the gifts. Also I didn't get the diamond facial kit which was assured to me. I made several calls but haven't got any response. I hope you check into the matter and resolve my issue. I feel so cheated.
