I booked the appointment with Kaveri at 11am, she confirmed 5pm dt 21.1.16 for blow drying and styling at Aundh branch with Sujit. For information, i had to attend a wedding in the evening, so having all slots booked in the late evening, i accepted the time where i have to leave my office in between . To my shock, sujit was attending two women when i reached there. They told me and my husband to wait. We waited for 15mins and then Sujit took up some women though i was waiting saying shes a senior citizen and she doesnt listen and kaveri came to us telling please wait for more 15mins. However we waited for 55mins till 5:55pm (of course leaving my office time) and he had not finished the services and i left since the front desk and sujit were not responding as well as such a pathetic behaviour is not expected .

This is not the first time we have faced this situation, I have suffered such denial of services many times and i would make sure that me, my family and friends should not avail vlcc services otherwise would get such ill trearments

    I took face firming package from vlcc franchise and i dint knew that its franchise not company's saloon.i paid 13500 in cash when i took first sitting .9 sittings were there in package and one sitting per week was compulsory.but after two sittings the girl who was doing my face firming left the saloon. After that they kept on searching new girl for 15 20 days. I called them 2 3 times and even went saloon twice . They told me every time that they will arrange soon. I dint want to take risk with my face by getting it done from new girl so i told them to transfer my package in another vlcc. Now its been 2 months they are ignoring it. Now after so much of argument they are saying that they will just transfer 7000 out of 13500. How they can deduct 6500 for two sittings when 13500 was for 9 sittings and they say that its company's transfer rule. How can VLCC can their regular clients like this through their franchise? How can we differentiate that it is company's centre or their franchise?

      I am taking diode hair removal treatment since june in vlcc kharghar, navi mumbai centre, in starting they haven't told me to go for even once for harmonal tests or anything like after doing test only they can say whether this will work or not now it's more than 4 sessions day by day my hair on chin n side locks getting thicker, i went only for chin, very invisible hairs were there on side cheeks they included that too, my chins area hairs were also very thin excepts one or three for which i went there.They charged 25, 0000 for 6 sessions but untill now instead of getting reduced i m getting it thicker, they should tell everything in detail before giving treatment my skin also got damaged.As i go through various reviews i found same problems with everyone, and now after complaining they are saying same thing as written in other reviews that u might wud have harmonal problems, if its like this then they should get first test their clients n then only they should start before taking money.i have seen that this is the same problem with their every clients so either your docters are not trained or this is the only strategy they follow, infact there is no such thing which can. Reduce hair growth.they are making fools to all their.clients for money its all money business, if no actions would be taken soon their all centres are going to close.plz seek into the matter, none of its clients are satisfied.hope you will take some actions.

        I underwent facial hair removal at VLCC six months ago. I spent around Rs. 15000 for the same and was told that it would be extremely effective. But I see no difference even after the treatment. They only make false promises. They do not ensure that you are given proper feedback about their treatment. It is highly useless and I would not recommend VLCC to anyone.

            I had gone to vlcc for hair cut and color.My hair is quite thin as i had few operations in recent years. But it was wavy so it didnt look so bad.But the hairstylist gave me a treatment called systene without even telling me the results or taking my signature for it which is mandatory. now with systene and short hair cut its looking too bad...i feel llike tying a scarf whole day!!! i have spent 10 k for this.' I went on daserra for color and hair cut. we selected a nice color. But mr anil suggested systene and said this treatment will give u good bounce. come again...when I went on tuesday he did not tell me it was a 24 hr process. i stay far off and so I had to again return next day. after hair wash i was looking like an old hag..as color had reduced by 30% .i said i want earlier color back .He applied color and washed it off immediately. it gave a temporory dark look. but after hair wash I got the faded look again as he didnt let the colour stay even for 5 mins. i am really dissapointed with vlcc...i wanted to look good for my trip to melbourne but now I am looking worse...thin hair, bad colour. very short hair cut. It is now 2 months and my hair is still looking bad. Vlcc staff is ignoring my complaint of refund and compensation. They fleece clients for huge amounts.

              Went today to VLCC Bhandarkar road branch, Pune for Hair cut after appointment.The lady Nandini, whose appointment was taken, after knowing that the voucher payment will be done, avoided cutting my hair and was forcing me to get the hair cut from some junior. Nandini told that she is busy after hearing about voucher payment and refused to cut my hair. I will ask VLCC when you come for hair cut after appointment with specific person and same person was ready to cut but after hearing for voucher refuses????????????????????????????

                Dear VLCC I like your product range a lot. But I am very much disappointed as well frustrated by the product and services provided by VLCC asansol unit, distt: burdwan. West Bengal. I bought Skin whitening night cream From that unit. I didn't know that it's volume should have been full as it appears from outside. Instead, the inner plastic layer was lifted up and the volume of the product I got was approx 20% of the actual product that it should have been( actual volume I got to know when I bought the same product online). Secondly about the services, even after taking the appointment, I have to wait for hours to avail the services. This delay is not because of the client queue, but it is because of the absence of the staff members. Also the owner of the franchisee is often noticed to bring his family members to the salon and making unwanted crowd. Since I like the product and services I am continuing there, else for busy working women, it's not possible to deal with such frauds.

                  Hi, I have started taking few of VLCC services from December 2015, Laser: 22106 INR body feel: 23000 INR Face peel: 4000 INR This is the amount I paid for the treatment. Refund is required as the treatment didn't work. But as it had an adverse effect on me, my skin got highly pigmented, and burnt. I have deep burn marks on my skin. I haven't got any bills for my body peel even after repetitive reminders. My skin is highly burnt and none of the treatments were given. The doctors are so horrible and the centre head Rizwana says "I have not taken your money, I cant help it". Dr. Yesheswini, Dr. Ruby, Dr. Savitha, Geeta - The Zonal head, all have told me nothing can be done as some other doctor has burnt it. They cant take any corrective measure. Dr. Ruby who is the zonal dermatologist, gave me different treatments which she was not sure of. Even after escalations, they didn't solve my case, Since last December, i had just got 6 laser treatments as the doctors were never available. Evertytime, you visit the centre, and tell them about the problems you are facing, they take it lightly and never respond properly. I have asked for a refund and wanted to claim compensation, but they are only refunding half of the amount and no written communication is being provided by their side. I want to know what compensation I would be getting for that. I want to become what I was before entering your VLCC centre. If i wont get my refund back, I will have to file a court complaint against VLCC.

                  This is not yet resolved. Now you are not refunding me my money. Dont put the status as resolved.
                  Also they tried to sell their packages by fake promises and once you pay for the packages (a huge amount), they dont do the treatment properly and they will start denying for any kind of result. One doc will ask you for the package then the second doc will do the treatment and in case of bad effects, the third doc will come and say, they dont know what the other doc has promised but this will not help, go for another package. Then you taken another package by the third doc, then the first doc will come into picture and confuse you again with a new package,
                  This is like a vicious circle.
                  This is not yet resolved. Now you are not refunding me my money.

                      This is for the second time I am raising a complaint against VLCC, Whitefield Bangalore and that to it is still linked to my first. (http://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/vlcc-unsatisfied-customer-service-c... After enrolling for a skin treatment session worth 21000 and receiving a substandard service from VLCC now it the same with my hair treatment. VLCC did not offer the skin treatment on time. They never gave a call on their own regarding appointments.While enrolling for the package, it was informed that the session needs to be availed every 15 days, with the appointment to be booked by VLCC accordingly and will be notified to me which never happened. It was I who had to call them and check every time but unfortunately end up in not getting an appointment. Every time i would get a reply that the doctor wasn't available. After lot of struggle, they gave me appointments but they did the session just because they had to. I literally got scars(not once but twice) during the process which was never done by the doctors. The process used to burn my skins and hence used to leave scars. The session had to be carried out by the specialized docs but any staff who was available used to do it for me. When i used to ask them about the DR. they would reciprocate that the staffs were well trained but unfortunately the were not. Later I raised an issue and they found that my skin was too sensitive which really made my angry. It was VLCC's responsibility to check the sensitivity before going for any process.That was the first time i raised a complaint against VLCC. After the complaints, the management were sorry and they offered me to go for the session from the beginning without paying any extra amount, but i was so scared by then that i decided i would not go for the skin treatment. The previous treatment had left two marks and I really did not want to take any other chance. So i denied going for the treatment. So they asked me to go for any other package which i wished to, but i had no trust on them by then so did not want go fo anything else. Then the head of the branch (Ms Ovais, VLCC whitefield, Bangalore) convinced me somehow, and i thought of going for a hair treatment.I underwent one session and was really satisfied, then the second which again made me happy. They themselves used to book the appointments and i used to get a call from them say the appointment is booked. Gosh, i was again fooled. No calls after the second session and again i was the one who had to call for the appointments.Not only that due to some personal emergency i was unable to visit them and hence tried to call Ovais to talk to her regarding the sessions, but neither she picked up my calls and nor did she reverted. It's almost a year but no call from Ovais or other VLCC staff. Atleast they could have called to ask why i was unable to make it, but no what they needed is money which i had already provided. VLCC doesn't care for customer satisfaction and this ruins the BRAND name.Again a request to the Management of VLCC to train their staffs(specially the head present at the centers) in terms of customer services. Now i have to take this issue very seriously as it is matter of 21000. I would take this matter further if i don't get an immediate response .

                        Hi Team, I took slimming package in VLCC, due to some circumstances/health issues i wont be able to continue with slimming package. Earlier they told they will be able to convert package from Slimming to beauty but now they are not agree. Felling hopeless and will loose so much of money.

                            Last week I received product from VLCC (beauty porducts along with three gift vouchers of Rs.250/, Rs.150/ and Rs.100/-. For the prodoucrt I paid Rs.1148/- total ionclusive of delivery chages. about two days ago evening I was watching shop cj and there was also VLCC Slimming products and the price annoucement was Rs.999/-. I enquired over the telephone that if i order this product whether I will be able to redeem my 100/- rupees voucher or not. I did not confirm the order.The person on the line asked me to hold on as he said to hold me and he will enquire about my question and let me know. I held on for long time and the line was abruptly disconnected without answering my query. But after half an hour I was surprised to get an sms that they have delivered my products and I have to pay to pay Rs.1048/ and the order no mentioned is [protected], This is shocking and no company just cannot plunk their product on us without us confirming our order and getting the appropriate answer for our queries. I refuse to accept this product.

                                I had called in the morning to book an appointment in the Kondapur, Hyderabad branch of VLCC and I specifically asked for a Brazilian wax and a gel polish pedicure. I repeated myself multiple times to confirm that these two things were indeed available as they show as available on the website menu. When I actually got there and was told to change and waited for the waxing lady to come, she came and said that they did not do Brazilian at this location and neither did they have the gel. This is unacceptable. If I had known that they do not have the services I could have booked somewhere else. They were not even a little apologetic and since it was 7pm I did not even have time to book elsewhere. They then went on to charge me 1300₹ just to wax half arms and lower back and when I asked for a discount since they could not provide me the bulk of services I requested, they said that nothing could be done. There was no apology or any sign of customer service. After such a horrible experience I will never enter VLCC again for anything. I currently have packages at this same branch for laser and peel and I would like a refund for both since I will no longer be going here when there are more professional and better quality options.

                                  Hi, myself Megha bhukesh, taking services from VLCC healthcare pvt ltd., rajendra point, MG Road, AGRA. I had joined vlcc on 1 july 2015 for weight loss of 7 kg + 3 TT+ 3 SD. In starting they are providing me quite a good service but after one month they started to deny the session and blaming me that i am not taking a proper diet or i have some medical problem which i am not sharing with them. Now they are doing this to me regularly and when i insist for session, they gave it to me but with no result. Also they are pressurising me to take more package of tummy tuck. . At the time of joining One of the counsellor MRS. AMITA had told me that 3 tummy tuck and side trim are enough to give a better shape to my body but after joining and paid money they are saying that you have to take 5 tummy tuck and 5 side trims more otherwise you will not look slim. They had cheated me ( murga fasa liya) and are not giving result. Kindly refund my money or give better result soon as my time has already wasted due to joining vlcc.

                                    I have never been in a situation where such a big salon like vlcc; deny customer of services because of power cut or water shortage. Hilarious :p This was the repetitive instance at vlcc magarpatta, with me. They should learn from other renowned salons and even small salons in the city. They are far behind and no where in comparison in terms of customer service, infrastructure or staff.

                                        I am having a Vlcc Rs 5000 worth of free voucher(exp 25th Sep), at the time when I wanted to use that voucher an easy excuse was passed to me saying that they're totally full with the appointments. On the other hand manimajra store people said if you want to pay by cash than an appointment can be booked. Kindly look into the matter as Vlcc is totally loosing business and yes I will surely pass msg to all my friends and family members not to visit Vlcc store at all...I will surely take this matter to consumer court as the call has been recorded at my end...
                                        Very poor customer service..Totally dislike...
