Hey!! I enrolled for the art of makeup course at your chandigarh sec 34 branch!!! Knowing your institute's name and fame i did not doubt the abilities and qualifications of your teachers and instructors. And also i respected the validity of your certificate and that people present there who gave me the details of the course, must be providing me with the complete details and all the facts provided were true.. But the true scenario completely shocked me... And i was glad that i only paid the booking amount and not the whole !! Because i didn't find value for money and felt cheated. The problems i would like to highlight are mentioned below: 1. No one mentioned that the fee of the course is before tax . And tax has to be paid ... They told me 28000 rs is the cost of this course... I paid them 1000 rs .. They made the bill and gave me a reciept .. On handing me the reciept they informed me that you will have to pay tax extra... Even if tax has to b paid, then they should have informed me beforehand. 2. I was told that branded makeup products would be used during the teachings and practicals.. Specifically mac and krylon ... But the class i attended had various other local and unbranded products too... It was very disapponting. I wont use any such unbranded products on myself during practicals. 3. The first class i attended was a practical demo of engagement makeup. I found it quite unusual that on first day, instead of basics we are being taught engagement makeup. We werenot told about any basics. 4.The engagement makeup instructor did, was incomplete. Though not being a professional makeup artist, i m still aware o[censored]se of fake eyelashes and eye curler.. These are the basic essentials, which are now used day to day.. But she didnot use it for engagement makeup. If you are professionally charging fee for teaching something then you should teach that properly. And this same point was mentioned by the student for whom the instructor was teaching engagement makeup. And the instructor ignored her and said they are not compulsory. 5. I was being told that the art of make up course is for 23, 500 and if you wanna do hairdos too, then its for 28000 total.. But the receipt / bill i got had different details. It said 20000 for the course and 6000 for the hairdos.. I didnt get the point... On what basis you charge fee and on what you charge tax. 6. Lastly, i also felt that the instructor wasnt well trained according to the needs. According to your reputation a very well trained and professional make up artist should be there to teach and guide. Else i guess, you guys should reduce your course fee.. I am highly disappointed by your services. I want my money to be refunded. I would also suggest my friends not to join any course with vlcc.. Along with this, my family, friends and I would withdraw all the services which we hired from your service centres. I would suggest you to improve your acedemy standards...

    Please Note that my wife Dincy who has been regularly attending the Model Town Branch has not lost a single kilo and now she is being informed that the package is getting over. We were informed at the time of making the payment that its guaranteed 10 KG weight loss... and now she is asked to leave once the money is digested. WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK ... WE need the full MONEY BACK WITH INTEREST. WE WILL BE FORCED TO GIVE THIS CASE TO CONSUMER COURT...WE ASSURE OF A DRASTIC ACTION IF MONEY IS NOT RETURNED WITH ADQUATE INTEREST... and give negative reviews of your disgusting institute to thousands of website and ensure that no other customers are fooled.

      Dear Team, I am been associated with vlcx from last two years. But today I really lost my trust on vlcc. It was my sister engagement and the makeup done by vlcc had made my day worst with 10 mins of me reaching the venue, my hairstyle thts curls vanished away and my makeup Gone with my sweat. I have told very well vlcc team well in advance that I sweat lot and they told me that they are doing waterproof make up. You have charged me Rs 10500 and what pathetic services provided.         My daughter Dr. Riddhi Bhanshali has joined the VLCC for the post of PHYSIOTHERAPIST in the month of May, 2014 and she has resign the job on 03.07.2014 due to going out of India and resignation letter submitted to the VLCC Mira Bhayander office/unit and they inform that you will get your salary by 10th July, 2014 then I personally went to VLCC then I met Divya HR she says your daughter salary request gone to head office and you will get the cheque by 29.07.2014 and we will informed to you but there is no feedback from Mrs.Divya-HR on 30.07.2014 I spoke to Ms.Ritu Khanna-Centre Head about my daughter salary cheque and she is talking rudely with me is this type of behaviour with client also ? I surprised that this two lady in this department behaviour not properly with the gentlemen then I thought that now I will file the FIR against for this unit my daughter has not got the salary till she has left this organisation so I request you to kindly settle the matter urgently.

          Hi, I had opted for laser hair removal services a year back and saw no results. I had requested VLCC to give me the cash back but they denied last year itself. There was a lot of discussion happened and finally i was agreed on a VLCC cash voucher. Instead they said will give you a cash voucher (on paper)and you can avail any services you want to. I took the cash card (they say it family card for name sake but i just have a paper where VLCC had written that i have this much balance left). Every time i opt services they will deduct that amount and write new balance on that. I had shifted to a new place which is very far from kormanagla VLCC. I just cant travel unnecessariliy every time just to use my cash card. I had requested koramangla VLCC a lot to issue new card with Whitefield VLCC centre so that I can at least go and use my cash. But they deny for no reason. I am tired of asking again and again. If this is not resolved I would need to go to take further actions because in each and every simple matter VLCC creates issues.

          This VLCC is harassing to the employ also my daughter is also suffering at VLCC Mira Bhayander unit there staff speck rudely with the person not giving proper answer particular Ms. Ritu Khanna-Centre Head and Mrs. Divya Gupta -HR only fooling to the staff.

            Dear Sir or Madam, I have been going to VLCC, Jayanagar, South End Circle for many years. Based on advice of beauticians and a doctor I am undergoing facial treatments for removing wrinkles and lines on my face. Last week the beautician Suchitra who has been attending to me for sometime after completing the facial and did some masssage and at the end deliberately hit my head with her knucles. Another beautician Lakshmi whose service I had not liked is banging the door and creating problems for me there. Lakshmi had asked me Rs. 10, 000 a year ago while she was doing the facial and had become quite rude. One day after getting facial done by Lakshmi, I saw a round dark patch like a acid attack. I avoided her and started taking treatment from two other girls Deepa and Suchitra. Until recently Suchitra was alright but now looks like Laksmi is teaching her something. Suchitra does not close her mouth while doing the facial, smell of her mouth comes on us and I told her a couple of times to put a cloth on her mouth. Even when she does the massage it hurts at times. You all are charging exhorbitantly and this is the treatment we get. These beauticians are carrying on with people like Infosys N R Narayan Murthy and Sri Krishna Shelters proprietor Raghavendra and my sister Sudha Gopalakrishna. These people are teaching them to spoil my face with acid. Today morning I am looking at my face and I see dark patches below my lower lip. I am a well wisher of VLCC, introducing facial treaments is a great idea of VLCC, please remove Suchitra and Lakshmi from the Jayanagar center, afterall you people are spending a lot to train these people.               hi, this is one of your gym client at south ex.vlcc.as i am a working lady so i can not go to the gym in the morning and evening becomes uncomfortable because of one of the gym trainer name gaurav who makes unexpected cheap comments.which is making situation very uncomfortable at times.this is what happened on thursday 10/7/14 when i was working out he started passing unnecessary comments and sat on certain angle during my exercise where i started feeling very uncomfortable..tryed to come close picking up things from very close...same day i have informed center manager but i think she seems to help the trainer...saying that she never had complaint against him.thats why i am trying to contact the complaint forum.as there are very less people in the evening sometimes 1 or 2 or nobody...so i am scared of my security.i stay at devli and having lot of gyms near by but i have chosen vlcc because of its reputation.i hope this is a sensitive matter to you...thats why trying to contact the forum before going to police. thank you..                 After fighting just to get the bill for what i paid and after seeing the VLCC internal departmental issues, i have decided not to avail the services.

                Also the poor services provided which doesn't actually follow any standard... Their staff not educated to handle advance treatments and they are short of staff and make you fool for many things...

                i wrote to corporate who promised me to response within 48 hrs, the day hasn't come yet. Not even a single call once you pay them ...

                i wouldnt advise anybody to opt for their disgusting and un hygienic services. Unfortunately my money is stuck and i have no way how to get that except that i am going to take some legal action as they are not even providing me the invoice receipt. i do have copy of complaints i wrote to corporate.

                  Hai this is sudheer from coimbatore, i had paid vlcc an amount of rs 85000 for the reason of weight reduction, i had followed for 3 months but no changes, they said it all depends upon person to person and i was not satisfied by the treatment what they do, its just a cheating and worthless, i asked them to return the money and they said it is not possible, its been more than 2 yrs i am following and not able to collect the money back.

                    I visited vlcc jalandhar, punjab on 3 july 2014, they committed me to provide 3.5 inch loss from bottom of my body with 12 + 2(Discount) therapy and they took my measurements before joining as 98 cm but after registration i paid my fees of registration 500 and gave my credit card for balance amount for swipe but some how there machine was not working and they told me to pay next day when our machine work...

                    Next day i took my session and after session a girl executive named binny took my measurements and put sign from me on size of 104 cm on chart when i object why u start from 6 cm then she said it is a scientific measurement...I was astonished to see how fool they make ..Tell what is the logic behind it & why not first day they took measurements scientifically...

                    When i ask on reception miss kuldeep sales executive ( jalandhar, punjab) of vlcc branch there is some confusion we will again take measurements ...I dont understand why my measurements taken wrong if i did not noticed that day i was fooled by jalandhar centre...Miss kuldeep told me i[censored] noticed your measurements went wrong then why u signed, i asked her if i relied on you guys that means i am a foolish person...And in future when my therapies got over and i will not see change in my self then u guys easily make fool of me by showing your fake weight chart fraudulently made by you...

                    I told them to refund my registration fees or take balance from me but give me written commitment on my invoice that my present weight is this and after therapy my weight would be reduced by 3.5 inches as commited by you guys..They refused me ...

                    And miss dr. Shelja (Manager, vlcc, jalandhar punjab )said we will gave u therpy which cost us 2300 but u paid 500 only now as registration fees and i said i ready to pay whole amount rs 18606/- for 14 therpy right now but atleast give me some assurance cause i am already cheated by u at first stage how can i trust u so easily...But they denied and did not refund my registartion fees...Its not a matter of money its abt trust i[censored] r so sure about weight loss why cant u give in written.. But sadly again they denied to give in writing...I thought vlcc is a good and reputed organisation but i am very disappointed now...

                    Kindly refund my registration fees...Rest is up to you..

                      Hi, I enrolled for slimming package in vlcc bangalore in june. I hve been cheated with facilities and treatment. They have offered ordinary service which is of no use. On question they have said things will improve, even after weeks no changes. asked me to shift to a diffrent branch far from my location. not offered refund. I have no faith left in their brand or service

                        i want to launched a complaint against Vlcc center. I took package of losing 5 kg weight with 2 tummy trims. when i took this package i asked counselor many times about any adverse effect of the therapies, she said there will be no adverse effect but unfortunately because of these therapies my periods are overdue it never happened before. Second thing is that they promised me that i will lose 5 kgs of weight in 45 day but it has been 58 days i have lost just 3 kgs.i am facing few other complications because of sessions & results are not at all satisfactory.i am following my diet & exercise regime regularly . i want that u should look it in to the matter .otherwise i have to follow some other way to resolve this matter.

                          My name is Divya and I am from Bangalore, JPNagar. Card Number - 1400531 I enrolled for a slimming program at JP Nagar VLCC center, as I was assured of weight loss in the VLCC center. Admin head Mandeep & Alka are were so irresponsible and haven’t provided the quality service as they promised. During the midcourse, I had to change from slim program to skin treatment as I didn’t find it effective and there was no improvements in my weight. The products which they used in the skin treatment, it burn my skin and it got spoiled just before my marriage and it was such an embarrassment. They are not at all bothered about the hygienic and health of the customers and suggest products to customers which doesn’t suits them. As I was not happy with the service in that center, I asked them to transfer account to another branch of VLCC or return the remaining money. They were not ready do either of them, still Rs22, 000 is pending with them and they are not at all responding to my request.

                            I went to vlcc taratala branch for internationalwaxing full hand & underarms they charged me rs 1400 for that service exclusive of taxes but in bill it shown only internationalwaxing no break up nothing when i asked centre manager shw said that sale is going on & all bills come under package strange i didnt take any packages from them for my surety when i asked another two centres shakespere sarani & behala chowrasta they said it should cost rsaround 800 exclusive of tax

                              I had enrolled on 29.04.2014, for an inch-loss programme. I was asked to pay immediately to avail the discount, which I did so, at Marine Drive branch.My appointment started only a week later on 06.05.2014 Before starting my trial session my body measurements that were taken were atleast a few centimeters than I am. I was not shown the mesurements. The lady quickly took the chart and went out of the room. When I started my actual session on 08.05.2014 I called for my to my shock I see all my measurements on higher side. I insisted that my measurements be taken again and there was a big difference.I had to go back and make them even mention the correct date. The measurement was not even taken in my bust area and they had added my 1 size bigger. Also other areas are written bigger. I escalated the matter to their Head Office as the manager did not do anything about it. It is impossible to reduce someone's size with just a little massage and heat treatment. They transferred me to Prabahdevi branch, explaining as human error. There again 1st day on 09.06.2014, my measurements were taken twice and confirmed correct. But the next day again before starting the session my target area again is measured bigger and shown lesser after the session. Then before my next appointment 11.06.2014, since I could not make it, I informed the manager and she changed my appointment to 12.06.2014. when I reach there on 12th, they slap a blame on my face for not turning up on 11.06.2014. Then they try to give me stories of their machine not working and then do a makeshift different treatment, then checking again if machine working or not with a new fitting, also refusing to show my measurement chart saying its in the doctor's locker. I simply refused to go ahead and demanded my money back, but they simply refuse to do so. They also say some other treatment and do another treatment. They made me pay for a DNA test and have not given me any report of the same yet. You may see my charts in their respective branches as they always keep them with them I am a working person and all I request is my hard earned money to refunded.                                 Specifically requested for toning and firming of belly and thigh areas. Ms. Swetha explained everything in detail, put up a package together for which an amount of 62K was paid in full. After 4 sessions, she comes and tells me that toning and firming was not included in the package. Either she is poorly trained or trying to rip me off. Unhappy the way things are handled here, even though she apologized here remedy is to pay extra money and avail 7 extra sessions.The facility is very poorly maintained, not sure if sanitized products are used, toilets missing seats and no bathroom tissues. On an average paying close to Rs.4000 per session which is not customized to my requirement. Very unhappy client!!!

                                  Dear team, My name is Vishal Subandh and I am regular customer of VLCC since the past 10 years. To my surprise today I felt cheated. I availed the following services today at VLCC 1. Hair Cut 2. Hair Colour 3. Eyebrow trimming The total bill amounted to Rs 2371. As I was about to pay my bill I read an advertisement which clearly stated that there was a package offer for haircut, hair colour and pedicure for men for Rs1900 inclusive all taxes. When I asked the billing desk lady she refused to tell me the offer instead waited for me till I swiped my card. Once the card was swiped she requested her colleague to explain me the offer. I was then told by the colleague since my bill was already made I could not avail the offer and I was eligible next time. The question is not a matter of Rs 400-600 that I would I have saved but it is matter of ethical behaviour and the poor repute of such a big company. I was totally disgusted and I walked out of the shop as I felt I was cheated. Sadly this is my last visit to VLCC. Vishal

                                    I paid almost 18000 for laser treatment in VLCC, HRBR branch in Bangalore. I was told that the services will start in a day or two. Its been more than 2 weeks since i took the package, noone has called me yet. When I call them to find out the status, they say the machine comes only twice a month. Thats not the main problem, I ahve to travel abroad for my work for 2 years and I asked VLCC to cancel my package and give my refund, they just refused to do so. When i have not even started the services, I dont understand why VLCC refuses to give us back our own money and that too when we havent utilised any of the services. VLCC is really fraudulent and they didnt inform me while I was taking the package.

                                    I called on your number listed on website i.e. [protected]to book an appointment today but, the lady who answered the phone point blank refused it though, I even mentioned that I'm working tomorrow but, she rudely replied "Today not possible".

                                    I may now reconsider going to Anjali Mukherjee's health Total in Kamanahalli as, your centre refuses to understand or cooperate with our time constraints.

                                    Your two centres i.e. In vikhroli powai where i had take 6 sessions of laser treatment with approximately 45000rs and the other center i.e. In andheri east Mahakali Caves there i took 25000 rs worth family card and 10000 for chemical peels now both the centers are closed i suppose nobody answers the call i dales the Chembur branch they said they can't do the service in their centers asked me to contact Andheri east branch only i even asked for the number she said Google it.. Nobody answered the calls.. So i contacted bandra west branch there the lady told me i can't avail service there also she said she will ask chembur center she took my number and nobody called.. What am i suppose to do when u guys wanted me to enroll for the services u guys used to call so many times and now when i have paid the amount this is how u treat.. I want my refund.. Don't want to continue any further..

                                      Hi Team, I joined VLCC in 23 Nov 2013 for weight reduction at Rajkot branch, I am very disappoint with the kind of treatment I got it. My issues:- -No one to follow up -No proper treatment -Not well trained staff & miss behavior -whenever I call to fix the appointment, i need to call at least 6-7 times for 1 appointment -Receptionist will take my to give me a call back but no body call, i only need to call n do the follow up -They said for Insulin test, I got it done spent INR 2500 But no appointment fixed from doctor for further action. After facing so much of problem I am completely DISAPPOINTED with the service provided. I need final settlement as VLCC need to refund my complete money. Looking forward your reply ASAP for the solution . Same As complaint forward to Consumer forum also Regards, Sheetal [protected]

                                        Dear Sir / Madam We have purchased a VLCC product thru Star CJ and we got a coupon with that. Today when we visited Gujrawala Centre after taking prior appointment, they refused to entertain and given some base less reason of previous fire incident but they were ready to do service if we pay them We need answer to this problem that why we should not to to consumer court for this problem Person Contacted there is Miss Sangeeta
