The post effect of KERATIN hair fall treatment has come gradually and it (Hot boils and hair fall) is coming very frequently within span of 2-3 months. The same is being tested with various specialist doctors in Visakhapatnam, Bangalore and Mumbai. Finally it is proved that the cause is VLCC’s excessive chemical treatment from KERATIN hair fall treatment is fake and not working. Really it is a Hair falling treatment instead of stopping the hair fall. It is evident that the treatment was not given properly by VLCC without checking post effects of the treatment which depends from body to body. This should have been checked and tested by VLCC before starting or after starting the treatment. The VLCC’s treatment effect has started gradually after completion of all sittings at VLCC. You should have stopped in the middle of the treatment, however, VLCC (Ms. Neelima) forced us for 10 sittings of treatment even if they are not required. Now also my daughter’s hail falling level is high with hot boils due to excessive and unwanted treatment (Keratin) of VLCC and it is repeatedly happening. After so much detailed investigation during the two years, it is diagnosed by various special doctors in Visakhapatnam, Bangalore and Mumbai, that this is the definite post effect of the VLCC’s Hair fall Keratin treatment. Hi, I took pre-bridal and bridal makeup package from vlcc, Gandhi nagar, jammu in January 2015. I have the following complaints against them: 1) the total package was Rs. 19000. (Approx) which I booked in dec 2014. In January, they were running discount schemes such as free services of 3000 value if services more than 10000 value have been availed.i requested them to let me redeem this voucher. But they did not agree and said that it is not available on previously booked services. While as it was clearly written on the voucher itself that this is available on pre-booked services. They repeatedly refused even when I brought this clause on their own voucher to this notice. Even the manager refused. 2) they used unhygienic and unclean towels and reused them and I developed rash on my back. When I brought this to the notice of their resident dermatologist, she just wrote on a piece of paper"fucibet" . I do not understand how a dermatologist can prescribe me an antibiotic cream on a chit of paper in a commercial Beauty service provider. This just tells me that they have no sense of accountability or responsibility towards customers and donot care about the hygiene and health of the customer once the money has been deposited in their account. 3) I availed mac beauty product makeup for my bridal look. Upon booking they clearly charge according to the brand of makeup to be used (Mac/krayon etc.) . Not only were they late in providing me the bridal makeup, but they also did not use mac products. They used random nail paint and krayon or some random brand for eye shadow etc. when I complained about it, their reply was that no one else complains and they do makeup of hundreds of brides. I was helpless due to time constraints as it was my wedding day and had to take the bridal makeup from them because I was left with no other option at the last mintute. This happened inspite of the fact that in the many times that I visited the parlor for paying bills etc, I repeatedly asked them to arrange my meeting with my makeup artist to decide the shades of makeup and even carried my lehanga their many times. But everytime they had one or the other reason. This has been a very bad experience for me and I would really like to see some action taken against them in lieu of all these serious things. Not only are they highly unprofessional, but also do not care about health and hygiene of their customers and are only concerned with minting money from fake discount voucher scams. I would like to get justice for going through all this mental trauma on my mist important day of life, my wedding day. I am ready to file a written complaint against them if I have to. Dear Sir/Madam I am Supriya Samal enrolled for 5 kg weight reduction on 11th January 2015 for 50 days at VLCC HEALTH CARE LIMITED (5 JANPATH UNIT 3 KAVERI NAGAR BHUBANESWAR).I have so far attended only 4 sessions. As i am a banker i got transfer to Delhi. In this regard I have talked both Customer Care and bbsr centre for migration of my package from bhubaneswar to delhi. They have replied positive. But now they are not letting me talk to my dietician (RITU KUMAR [protected]) neither cooperating with me. Also telling me that package transfer will take place after 2 months.Kindly help. Hello my self siddharth agarwal from bareilly up. I m a client of vlcc health care at civil lines centre bareilly.as i am regular customer of this centre. Firstly i was getting weight loss services in vlcc. At first centre was in c category but after some renovation they shifted their centre to b category and increase rates upto 25%..but still i am getting services which have much problems with their machines. I was getting these problems from last 1month. Every time i talked to the centre head cum doctor at the centre Dr Taun Goswami. He always make me sure that he will look over the matter and solve it asap but all in vain. Instead he blames the other lower staff for the problems. He does not cooperate at all and make all clients fool.. As i am paying the fees of b category centre at increased rates but getting the services of some cheap centre category types. So look over this matter asap.

I and my wife had enrolled at West of Cord Road, Rajainagar Bangalore, for slimming package paying 75k. They promised to reduce 15kgs. Later they coxed me take beauty package for 25k. For last 3 months only one session is conducted as there was no Doctor. Add last two back the told we have now slimmer treatment which is very effective and took 17k. Until now not even one session is done. Your people are good in marketing and hopeless in delivery. I want refund of my money.

I hired VLCC people for 3 Hairstyles, 3 make ups and for 3 saree Drappings for My shoot on 6th December 2014 I paid 10, 000/- on the spot on 5th december to VLCC and when I asked for Quality they promised me saying I will send u the best person, they came by 9.30 and started the work hairstyle it took 2hrs and make up another 2hrs and sare drapping for another 1.30 mns I was supposed to start my work at 11 bt i started by 2 half day ruined on to the the 7years experienced lady dint know to give face cut to the model, neither she brought the equipment she dint even brushed the model eyebrows and said Make up is Done... when u dont know the minimum tips they y u ur self called as 7years experienced lady, she doent know to give a face cut, doesnt know to fold a sare, dint get the hair extensions and eye lashes then whats the use of paying 10, 000/- on d spot anty hiring VLCC people.. trust me my day got spoiled completely and a loss of 1lac when I wanted to complaint abt the services of hiring such people to VLCC manager of Branch at Sampath vinayak temple, the unexpected thing is she is worried about 1000 rs which i dint pay for the travel expenses for the service people bt she is not bothered about the 10, 000 loss of mine as well as the day got ruined and net even abt the dissatisfaction of the client... Not even a single way she wants to listen on that day we had a phone call conversation of around 19mns in which she just wants me to pay all her Dam 1000 rather than listening to my complaint ... I seriously informed all my frnds to never suggest VLCC in their life again... Trust me Products are good bt the people who are handling are very poor due to which clients like me are completely depressed. I suggest when u cant Hire quality Pls shut down the branch becoz its spoiling the Brand...

I have my laser session pending and last week I called sector 18 staff to take appointment for the next week that is from 8 th December to 12 December they informed me that next week machine will be there and thy will informe me if machine goes out of the parlour. I made my planes accordingly. Now today when I called On[protected] this number they informed me that machine has gone. It was done without intimating me. I am your old customer and I am feeling cheated because I have made my planes accordingly now I will have to cancel my plans which will cost me so much. One more thing when I called on the above stated number they put me on hold and subsequently disconnected my call, when I again called them they didn't pick my call for 4 times and finally picked up in 5th call. This is such a discourteous gesture on the part of your staff. I hope you will take this mail as complaint and Wil take required action Thanks

Hi all, I have taken meso therapy in vlcc noida last month. Not even once did any one from vlcc calls me to fix session or ask when I could come. They took all the money upfront and least bothered to even talk. I have not been there for 20 days and they are least bothered. I called them yesterday and they are like doctor is not available and u have to come only next week. This is ridiculous service and truly disappointing. They have done only 1 session till now and it was by a junior doctor who did the same so carelessly. My head is all itching.

Hi, I have been forcefully enrolled in a package2 which i was not interested along with another package1 which i insisted to join. On the immediate day i have told them i don't want it.They mentioned like money is not refundable, will see later. Now due to personal reasons i am not able to continue the existing package 1 further i have asked them to cancel the package2 which i haven't started . Now they are responding properly and making me roam here and there for the same

We bought VLCC products from TV shopping and received a free coupon worth rs 5000 with the package. I tried to book an appointment as mentioned behind the coupon/gift card and they asked me to call the bangalore centre for the appointment. When i called the bangalore, koramangala office, the receptionist said that you cant book an appointment on weekends because its a gift coupon. She is willing to book an appointment on weekdays. So we agreed to book an appointment on Monday at 9:00 AM. When we went to the office there were not many people as the office was just open and then we are greeted by a lady at the reception. She said that no such appointment was booked for monday morning on our name and we will have to take a fresh appointment. We were shocked and it was such a time waste for us to start our week on such a note and the lady was acting as they have never heard or seen anything about the VLCC gift cards. So they dont know what services they are providing and she later advised us to book an appointment for tuesday. We did as told and never bothered to get back to them and they dint bother to call us back or remind on our appointment either. So please stop wasting time on companies like these who dont even service their clients properly. Please dont embarass your loved ones by gifting them VLCC products and gift coupons.

Hi, my name is Aman Singh and a client at your Adajan centre, surat, gujrat. Pratibha knows my case very well and also in details. at Gujarat level Taruna knows the case in detail. i am totally dissatisfied with the process, services, experience at your centre. Your centre incharge didint have time to meet me/ speak to me since he is busy some where else. Now the main question is ? I have paid 22, 000 to you, so I need the result which you have committed else please refund. Very simple. if not i need few documents from your side to go further legal process which i have explained to your slimming in charge- Kripa. Hoping for the best.

Hi You have a centre at salt lake sector V. The centre manager till 8 months back used to be a lady called megha. Now there are various schemes that are offered to customers vide which the payment is given in advance and the service is rendered over a period of time. I had taken a package of 6 global hair color and 6 root touch ups. The Next time when I went for my service Megha sold me another package of power dose. All the while the documentation was never done properly. This time I insisted that all my sessions completed as well as balance should be documented in the standard VLCC format. We had a heated argument. After this when I asked her to change my global hair color to root touch up she gave me 8 root touch ups for 6 globals. I only recently went to the centre and asked for a global. The new centre manager only then told me only then that root touch ups cost 1/4 th of a global. I have been going to VLCC since 2006. Never have I felt the need to a for the price of a service. This is all only done in good faith. You centre manager Megha has destroyed the same. Please help me get my due services

I had bought few VLCC products n was handed over a voucher worth Rs 4000/ which I could redeem at any VLCC Center . When I called for an appointment the receptionist spoke very sweetly and asked me when would I like to have an appointment and confirmed the same she told me it would take two hours for the services i was availing.The moment I told her abt the voucher she said nothing. The next day she called me and said my appointment was cancelled since there was a shortage of staff. This was on 9 th September 2014 . I told her my voucher was valid only till 15 th September. Then I asked her if she could give me an appointment for some other day .she said VLCC was booked with back to back appointments till the 16 th September 2014.. That's rubbish. My friend and sister in law go to VLCC n said its never so packed. Very disappointed . Would never recommend anybody VLCC. Guys u need to go and see how we costumers are treated at Kaya n Blush (Dr Jamunna Pie) VLCC is a CHEAT. HORRIBLE.! Service.very unreliable. Tanya

Dear sir/ma'am, I, FEROZ KHAN, is a customer of VLCC, Bareilly from past four years. But now water is actually flowing above my patience level. Earlier the staff was really nice and friendly but from past few months staff is treating the customer as a burden. There are so many problems which I am facing from past few months. Today, I had an appointment for my weight loss settings at 12 in the noon and I have reached before 15 min i.e 11:45 am. I kept waiting for an hour and no body even bothered to ask me or to inform me about being delay in time. I got pissed off and went from there and the worst part is they didn't even call me after I left in an anger. Secondly, on my every setting I am the one who unfold the bed and after the setting again it's me who removes the belt. Thirdly, no body bothers to ask about my weight loss or problems, it feels like the are doing some kind of formality. I will be highly obliged if you look into this matter ASAP otherwise I guess you will loose one more customer as the trend continues in VLCC, Bareilly because of their bad behaviour. I have been a Patron of VLCC since the Year 2007, me and my wife had initially got enrolled at VLCC Vizag and later been going to centres at Vijaywada and Malakpet in Hyderabad. But this malakpet centre is the one which i had allways found was the most mis managed centre and still there is no improvement and things have gone worse with Time. I had a bitter experience during my last visit to this centre and i think the operations here are not run as per the SOP but are run as per the whims and fancies of the staff here.They do not seem to have any respect for others time and money. it seems you guys are only interested in making money by cheating people and are far far away from professional conduct.

I am Mrs. Satinder Pal Gandhi...My complaint is against your centre in andheri west mhada.. i was enrolled for a hair treatment there.. Mrs.Ritu kept calling me everyday till i din't make a complete payment for the treatment but after i did there has been no calls for either the treatment nor a doctors appt.. whenever i called, i was told ritu will call back or the doctor is not available.. what Bad service is this.. when i last told them i will complain they made me meet some other doctor.. my hair has just gone too worse. But the vlcc people did not bother.. i hope some serious action is taken against them. I want a full refund of my money.

I have been called repeatedly by centre executives to meet Dr.Sachdeva.She narrated about stem cell hair treatment and promised me 100 % result, they charged 1, 01, 000 Rs for it.Treatment started in october and ended in may sadly I didn't get any results, now centre head is not uttering single word for the compensation.Though she has promised a fellow another customer Mr.Wasim for the same mistreatment, a package worth 1, 01, 000 Rs for compensation.WHY this partiallity going on in the VARANASI centre.

Hello i jus went to vlcc for skin treatmnt n i payed there 16 k cash n iin ma 1st sitting ma skin got big bumps n pimples all over my skin ma face is looking so ugly i want to complaint about d profucts dey use are very harsh i jus want ma money back i camt go for dis treatment any more.....

Hey!! I enrolled for the art of makeup course at your chandigarh sec 34 branch!!! Knowing your institute's name and fame i did not doubt the abilities and qualifications of your teachers and instructors. And also i respected the validity of your certificate and that people present there who gave me the details of the course, must be providing me with the complete details and all the facts provided were true.. But the true scenario completely shocked me... And i was glad that i only paid the booking amount and not the whole !! Because i didn't find value for money and felt cheated. The problems i would like to highlight are mentioned below: 1. No one mentioned that the fee of the course is before tax . And tax has to be paid ... They told me 28000 rs is the cost of this course... I paid them 1000 rs .. They made the bill and gave me a reciept .. On handing me the reciept they informed me that you will have to pay tax extra... Even if tax has to b paid, then they should have informed me beforehand. 2. I was told that branded makeup products would be used during the teachings and practicals.. Specifically mac and krylon ... But the class i attended had various other local and unbranded products too... It was very disapponting. I wont use any such unbranded products on myself during practicals. 3. The first class i attended was a practical demo of engagement makeup. I found it quite unusual that on first day, instead of basics we are being taught engagement makeup. We werenot told about any basics. 4.The engagement makeup instructor did, was incomplete. Though not being a professional makeup artist, i m still aware o[censored]se of fake eyelashes and eye curler.. These are the basic essentials, which are now used day to day.. But she didnot use it for engagement makeup. If you are professionally charging fee for teaching something then you should teach that properly. And this same point was mentioned by the student for whom the instructor was teaching engagement makeup. And the instructor ignored her and said they are not compulsory. 5. I was being told that the art of make up course is for 23, 500 and if you wanna do hairdos too, then its for 28000 total.. But the receipt / bill i got had different details. It said 20000 for the course and 6000 for the hairdos.. I didnt get the point... On what basis you charge fee and on what you charge tax. 6. Lastly, i also felt that the instructor wasnt well trained according to the needs. According to your reputation a very well trained and professional make up artist should be there to teach and guide. Else i guess, you guys should reduce your course fee.. I am highly disappointed by your services. I want my money to be refunded. I would also suggest my friends not to join any course with vlcc.. Along with this, my family, friends and I would withdraw all the services which we hired from your service centres. I would suggest you to improve your acedemy standards...
