[Resolved] VLCC — Refund

Your two centres i.e. In vikhroli powai where i had take 6 sessions of laser treatment with approximately 45000rs and the other center i.e. In andheri east Mahakali Caves there i took 25000 rs worth family card and 10000 for chemical peels now both the centers are closed i suppose nobody answers the call i dales the Chembur branch they said they can't do the service in their centers asked me to contact Andheri east branch only i even asked for the number she said Google it.. Nobody answered the calls.. So i contacted bandra west branch there the lady told me i can't avail service there also she said she will ask chembur center she took my number and nobody called.. What am i suppose to do when u guys wanted me to enroll for the services u guys used to call so many times and now when i have paid the amount this is how u treat.. I want my refund.. Sep 1, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved They have just asked for the contact number that i have given no emails no calls nothing till now... The issue is not resolved yet i don't know how they can say its resolved VLCC customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. I called again in the bandra center she said somebody will call her from chembur branch and disconnected the call.. When i called back she just kept my phone aside.. I can send all the recordings the way she is talking.. I called mulund branch theh are saying they can do but i stay in kurla how am i supposed to travel till there.. I dont knw if you guys even knw what all services have been availed.. When u guys wanted me to take the services and pay the amount that time i was getting so many calls and now when it comes for giving the service its so pathetic.. From so many days i am just calling one or the other center and they all are putting on one another they will call.. So disappointed i am please refund my balance amount have paid very hard earned money in your two centers..
