I am a student, preparing for mba exams. On 15th feb 2020, i called to inquire about weight loss plans from vlcc, which was next to my mba coaching. Mrs. Pooja talwar attended me, and asked me to come to centre to discuss, where she started telling me why i must join vlcc, citing great weight loss examples, claiming we guarantee you 12kg wt. Loss in 100 days along with our alternate day sessions and therapies, all you need to do is follow a diet chart we prescribe, and daily 20 minute walking twice a day will be sufficient. She gave me false hopes that you don't need to go to any gym and workout for 2-3 hrs to lose weight, just walk 20 min twice a day and give 1 hour here, you will lose 12kgs easily, we understand you are a student and don't have all day for all this. But neither did she mention exactly what they do in their sessions and therapies, nor did she mention about the no-refund policy of vlcc in case i end up unsatisfied, with no results or decide to opt out at any point after paying for this package at vlcc. Had she told me about this no-refund policy, my decision should have surely been very different. Instead she kept influencing me by telling me about various offers applicable for me, and how vlcc is better than gym and so on. Each time i questioned will i need to workout before or after coming to vlcc, she kept telling me daily 20min walking walking twice a day is sufficient, and after my multiple enquiries, she mentioned i can cycle here if i want, for 30 min before sessions if i want more physical activity and warmup my body for faster results. Through all these peppy talks, she lured me into buying a hefty package of rs. 56, 640 that same day (Down payment = rs. 10, 000, remaining rs. 46, 640 via emi through liquiloans pvt. Ltd. Under my cousin brother's name utkarsh mani tripathi)

When i started coming from 17th feb 2020, on alternate days, i came to know their session involves putting a vibrator machine on a body part for 45 min. I was regular, started following the diet chart and 20min walking routine as they prescribed me, also cycled everytime i came for sessions for 30-40 min to activate my body for wt. Loss, before my sessions. After 4-5 sessions, i was not seeing any change in my bmi or weight, but after each session, when they noted my wt., they used to reduced it on their own by 100-200 gm saying you have drink water hence wt. Loss is not showing, don't worry your wt. Will move and so on. I complained each time, they always doubted my diet plan, kept changing things from my routine, and later asked me walk for 45min twice a day, run for 1 hour daily and whatnot, i ended up working out 2 hrs in morning, 2 hr in evening along with around 2hr in noon wasted at vlcc (Due to which i had to miss my afternoon meals). I felt like stupid, my whole day used to get lost in all this, i ended up with zero time for my studies. This is not what i came for at vlcc, who in beginning said we will save your time we know you are a student. Still i kept doing all this each day, to see some good results, but still no wt. Loss. Their whole staff started pressurizing me and made me buy vlcc products like garcinia tablets, slimmers honey etc. From them, claiming it is necessary to see results and made me waste a lot more money from my pocket, on their over-expensive diet plans which kept changing every time (All this was not told in the beginning, they had said package cost is all they will need).in the end, still seeing no results from their vlcc services, i ended up joining a gym along with vlcc (To workout better in the evenings) and almost 7-8 hrs each day started getting wasted in all this chaos and still there was no result at all from vlcc services. I complained them, they used to say once 1.5-2kg gets reduced, we can start therapies (I had no clue what this therapy is, they charge rs.[protected] for each therapy) but after 8-10 result-less sessions only, with less than 200gm total wt. Loss, mrs. Pooja called me on 3rd march 2020 and without my permission, started my therapies alongwith sessions.in their so called over-expensive therapy, all they do is massage you with some oil on a small area of body for 30 min, followed by 30 min waiting, stating let the oil work on your body before you can start your session. I felt like an # who paid for all this nonsense therapies, and they had never told me they do all this in the name of therapy. From 6th march, she even asked me to come for 1 hr session now, everyday, still i beard by vlcc and did everything as they said. They also kept asking me again and again to not drink water, otherwise weight loss for today will not show up. What nonsense! Also, all the time they kept promoting their offers, products and beauty cosmetic services as if i'm some ambani.

All my time started getting wasted, my daily routine was totally # up, my 8-9 hrs approx went into morning workout, then vlcc therapy+session then evening workout at gym alongwith so much travelling (Since vlcc is about 20km from my home). This is not what i was told i will have to do for seeing results from vlcc. They in starting used to say their methods are proven, with minimal workout you will lose 12kg in 100 days, no need for gym etc. But this is what they actually made me do after i joined. They took my money by straight-away lying to me, simply harassed me and i was neither losing any weight, nor was able to study or eat or sleep properly. They literally tortured me to prove fault is in me and that your wt. Is stubborn, but never accepted ineffectiveness of their services. Still i stayed hopeful, doing eveything they said to do, to get some result atleast.

After 3 therapies and 15 sessions in total (Around 10% of total package services), i literally had zero weight loss and the last i went to vlcc was around 13-14 march 2020 (After 3 days holi holidays there). Soon the centre closed down due to lockdown. Seeing no results, and after such pathetic experience and after almost daily complaints yet no support from vlcc centre staff, with 90-95% services still unavailed, i decided to ask for refund stating my non-satisfaction from vlcc services to mrs. Pooja but she started making excuses to wait till lockdown ends, saying we will see your file and then we will discuss. I kept telling her you lied to me from beginning, all this effort and no result, why will i come again to vlcc, i just need my refund, to which connected me to allahabad centre head mrs. Swati who said similar things and made excuses of lockdown to make me wait.

After being harassed for about 1 month in name of lockdown and so called "my diary they have in the closed office", since i was not able to contact vlcc customer care on call due to lockdown, i had to email them asking for refund. After my many emails, i got a call from mrs. Nidhi kapoor, who was least interested in talking to me and knowing my problems, and told me i must not have followed things as per their guidelines, that's why no result. She too asked me to wait till she calls back once they collect my info internally. But she never called me back. Instead mrs. Swati from allahabad centre called me after some days, stating mrs. Nidhi has asked to tell me vlcc does not have refund policy, i can exchange my plan with a relative or have option of changing services with products.

Again i emailed them that vlcc never told me about such no-refund policy ever before, to which they mailed me "since you already know now we have no refund policy, we can give you these many offers as our token of gesture, but cannot refund money." i mean after so many excuses, after stalling me for months in name of lockdown and "my file in their office" and "internal enquiry" they finally tell me no-refund policy (Once they got to know i had zero wt loss in reality from their staff).

I have been harassed both mentally, physically and financially by vlcc. I have a recording from 8th may 2020, where mrs. Pooja talwar, staff vlcc allahabad shamelessly confesses "she did not know i will come asking for refund in future, hence she did not mention no-refund policy when i came first to talk to her at vlcc centre." they fooled me, cheated me, robbed me, and now when 90% services are still unavailed, when i ask for refund, they are not even returning me my money, instead asking me to compromise.

I did all that was possible, followed everything they asked me to do, still when i saw no results, they had no right to keep me stalling and making excuses for 2 months like this. I am a customer who came to them for weight loss, they took all my time from me, so much money from me, and nothing in return. I am totally depressed and in a lot of stress due to all this vlcc is doing to me.

I want to file a legal notice of complaint against vlcc who who misguided me with happy-happy things in start and misleaded me into buying such a hefty package, deliberately hid crucial information regarding refund policy and money-back guarantee policies at time of enrollment, and harassed me in all ways possible with zero results and save my money from going in drain. Please help me get my complete money (Rs. 56, 640/-) back from such parasites, since my brother utkarsh is still paying monthly emis for this, for next 9-10 more months.

I have multiple call recordings where vlcc staff is accepting they forgot to mention no refund policy, and where they keep saying wait till we see your file and so on, but i'm not seeing option to share here. Please contact me so i can share all that as well.

    Hi,

    Its been a year i am under going laser hair removal full body package in vlcc hsr layout branch and i have no results nor expected cooperation from respective in-charge from the center in-spite of series of complains.

    My hair growth has increased than before and i am also facing outbreaks on my skin especially on face and back (Pimples, burning...)

    I either need a refund or to solve my issue has promised by them.

        I booked laser hair treatment from vlcc aundh (Pune) branch, i was dealing with mrs deepika.
        I was told you will get 6 sessions, 3 sessions i took from pune branch then i shifted in bangalore.

        I requested like hell to transfer my package to bangalore even i begged them like begger then after many calls i got
        Number of mrs (Gunja) branch manager, from centre i was told she is the only person who can help and she never answers the call
        I called mrs deepika sometime she did not answer because i was out of city i can't reach them so they were careless about my treatment.
        When she answered she told, mrs gunja will contact you i will ask her but i never got a call, i tried many times customer support many times
        They also hang up my call, i was frustated and i don't had any option also so keep calling was the only option
        After 2 months of practicing my package got transfered.

        I took 2 sessions in bangalore when i asked for 3rd appointment they said you have 5 sessions only i was shocked, then i called mrs gunja
        (Branch manager / supervisor) not look at the way of her talking because i was not new profitable customer anymore i was old customer

        Me - mam they are saying you 5 sessions only to 3 on pune 2 here all 5 completed
        She - so you had 5 sesions only, we can give you 1 complimentry here only not there for that you have to come pune only.
        Me - but it was not told to me
        She - himanshu don't argue with me check the website check the prices there and hang up the call and then now answered (He knew what i can do)

        She took the advantage of website that go and check the price on website we have given you more than mention price.
        But i said you have not given me what we have discussed and what i have booked till yet have not contacted them.

        And now after this unsuccessfull treatment i am very unhappy with vlcc team, i want mam vandana to let know that her business may be smooth but some customers are getting
        Treated like nothing they are nothing to organization and they know it wont affect them at all.

        Apart from my complain with heavy heart i am telling that whatever money i have paid for my treatment its just a loss to me
        I have not got any profit of treatment done yet, even now i have haid at the place where i never had before treatment.

        Some will say 6 sessions are enough some will say boys need 8 sessions some will say 10 - 12 sessions they never delivered my correct and same information.
        I know its business but customer service is first in every industry nowdays

        I am very sad because i am still paying the loanof my treatment and no result i have got.
        Its like you have paid for orignal product and you have got chinese product and there no one to hear complain and no service and no feedback.

            I have paid 5000 for color highlight and it fade within 20 days
            When i visit they asked again 5000 you all are sitting for taking money from customer

            Vlcc is using cheap product that for hair that fade within 20 days

            Taking appointment with doctor
            Doctor is out of state doctor is not picking call

            There is no reply blablablabala bakwas reason

            I want my money back or want the color for which i paid

                I had visited vlcc noida sector 18 branch on dated 22 november 2019 for treatment of stretch marks, reception girl route me to dr. Divya for discussion. She explained all process and advised me for thermage abdomen process for stretch marks, i understand process and asked for its value for these services she quoted 1, 41, 000/- inr approx post discount. She asked me to go with emi and i clearly responded that still is over budget to me. She again advised me to use debit card emi instead of credit card because of its block credit limit. I clearly responded on that i don’t have amount in my account and will update you. She asked me for my card to book services with minimal amount to book this offering. At that time she does not inform me that she is going to swipe my card with huge amount and convert this to emi.

                Post i received a message from bank on my swipe, i came to know that my card is swiped for 50 k and converted this to emi. I was upset at that time and asked dr divya this is not good practice to make the customer confused that they are going to swipe my debut card with emi. She also asked me if you are not happy then we’ll cancel this. Post this discussion i left vlcc for the day.

                Later in evening, i visited again with my spouse and i decided that not to go with this services and asked for rollback transaction as she discussed with me in last conversation. She again tried to make us confused and ready to add more services in current package but i clearly responded that i need this transaction to be rollback as you promised me. On this, she responded me that she will drop an email to head of center / department for this and asked us to wait for next 2-3 days and sked us to left for the day and she will update us on this. We have discussed again with dr. Divya after 2-3 days and asked for refund status, she responded us that this can’t be rollback and she will share an email for the same.

                Later she pass clearly message that this transaction will not roll back as i had swiped my card to vlcc and they are not authorized to cancel any services. I called my bank to cancel this transaction (Per bank rules in 15 days) as this is clear fraud case, that lodged my case and asked for bill. On my demand, vlcc shared bill 11 january 2020 of this transaction. Bank initiated this rollback and its goes to vlcc for approval they rejected this rollback request.
                Again i had visited vlcc for the same for approve this and now they routed me to in this way to communicate.

                This is completely harass me and forcing me to use services but i need this to be rollback.

                Bill copy is attached for your reference and do the roll back at earliest.

                  I am attending the vlcc slimming center at salt lake sector v for a slimmming package. The channel music regulators in the therapy rooms are broken. Extremely loud cacophonous hindi music blares on the top of the head of the customer during therapy session. Instead of repeated request by me and therapist the personnel refused to turn down or stop the music. I have issues with migraine, so instead of relaxing came out with head throbbing. Their attitude about this was very aggressive - they said we would not do anything about it. Please go and complain whomever you wish to. I am not able to furnish a bill number because vlcc never gave me any.

                    I'm shobha, I visited vlcc spa at south end circle on 25th Jan 2020 for a new hair style. Their the front desk lady suggested me your product"mate look pigmentation sun screen gel creme spf30pa+++" she answered all my queries and suggested this to be the best for me. I did patch test on rist it look great and purchased.
                    But now on a gradual application I'm finding the skin going scaly, itchy, dry and skin burns literally while applying since I had a good first impression, I consulted doctor I was suggested to stop n apply haloderm ointment.

                    The skin is truly itching and burning.

                    Unnecessarily i have been the victim, I want my money back and do the compensation for damage caused.

                    Also kindly don't recommend anyone with this.
                    On complaining got very rude response from your branch at south end circle.

                      Today 21/02/2020 at 5:45 pm, i went to vlcc civil lines jhansi u. P. I take hydrating facial with bleach, after completing my facial, i saw a product which is used for my facial was expired and expiry date of the product was 08-2017. When i told this to the manager, she said that this product is not harmful for ur skin and take full amount from me. Now u tell me is this right?
                      Please take strict action against vlcc jhansi as soon as possible and return my money also.

                        Medame nameste, i am srinivasan ravikumar age 58 residing chennai. I am a client for last9 months. I have taken many services at vlcc, morethan cost abt.5 to 6 lacs. They done well. But i need more services to update my dermo and slim. I retd. From govt. Service as a sr. Pharmacist last apr.2019. I need a privilege membership card vlcc. Against past value of availed services. I took meso prb dermo roll cool sculpting botox filler thread now fixed for hair transplant etc. Thank you.

                          As eairler so many times put the complaints in this consumer portal against vlcc welness and beauty center, ashok marg, c-scheme, jaipur rajasthan. But till date no any robert or communication done with me. This is totally avoidance of their customers. Now i am govind finally going to put my case in consumer court with in 2or 3 days against revert my amount approx of rs 3, 00, 000 / three lac rupees

                            The worst ever service i got from jp nagar 2nd phase vlcc center is laser hair reduction service.
                            I opted for this service in august 2018, till now sessions are not completed. Every time when i asked for slot they gave a slot which was not convenient to me.. Still i could manage my calendar and agreed to their slots. But almost everytime they postponed my sessions in last minute. They have cancelled 4-6 sessions saying machine is under repair. If i am late for 10 mins they told session cancelled but they used to make me wait for 30-60 mins when i was going on time.
                            Yesterday 17th feb 2020, my appointment was at 6.30 pm, i went to the vlcc centre at 6.15 pm and informed that i have some other work, i have to finish up this quickly (For face it takes max 15 mins) but even after 6.50 pm the lady who was supposed to do laser session didn't even come out. Though her colleagues tried to call her she didn't respond. I informed mr. Jagadeesh who initially adviced me to take this service, i asked him to cancel all my sessions and walked out of the vlcc centre. Later she called n started saying don't get angry, mam.. Pls come back. I have paid the complete amount for laser service and also paid for body polishing service. Both the sevices are not completed yet. They just take us and our money for granted. There is no respect for customers..

                              In december'18, my wife kiranpreet kaur ([protected]/[protected]) enrolled for a slimming package at your dwarka centre (Sector-11 branch). She opted for 59000/- package, wherein ~80000/- worth services were offered.

                              In the 1st quarter of 2019, the same center caught fire and we were given the option to continue to avail the services at your janak puri branch, which practically not possible for her as one-way travel takes 45mns. We enquired and their local team (Dwarka centre) informed us that vlcc is in the process of finalizing another location and dwarka centre shall be operational in a few months.

                              We waited for 6 months but we didn't get any update/information/timeline on dwarka centre and ironically when your call center was contacted they also had no clue. Later in november/december'19, nidhi called us to inform that dwarka centre shall be operational by mid/later part of jan'20. She also mentioned that we shall be compensated (By additional services) for the delay.

                              Again, in jan'20 i called their call center and to our surprise, the executive had no clue and rather taking up the matter internally requested us to send mail to them. We wrote them on 23rd jan and got revert that somebody will contact us to resolve the matter.

                              We have been chasing them since then but no response.

                              Request if anybody can look into the matter and resolve this at the earliest.

                                I am a client of vlcc my name is mahesh
                                I need to get in contact with any of the branch manager from sheikh zayed road.

                                Earlier i was in touch with mr ali. I had requested him to transfer my file to banglore vlcc as i was going back for good due to recession.

                                Mr ali also confirmed that its been taken care and i got an email from banglore vlcc manager that he has got transfer information. He asked me to come and start my session. But unfortunatly after 26 yrs i was going back, so i could not start immediatly. After settling down when i approched them they are unable to trace my file. Can any one please help in finding my information.

                                I am not getting proper response from india. See below my email details which l have communicated with mr ali...

                                Awaiting update from their end! my face is still bruised and i demand a compensation for the damages incurred due to staffs unprofessional/ careless behavior which has led to serious damage to my skin that im dealing with after paying a huge amount. I demand a refund ASAP as its been more than a week now n no-one has given a satisfactory response.

                                  I had enrolled for a upto 5kg weight loss treatment with 5 tummy and 5 side shaping in vlcc kokata salt lake branch. The worth of the package is 18567. On the very first day i had paid 3567 amount to enroll for the course. The did not pay any receipt inspite of making us wait for an hour. I had my zero session on the very next day. Next day upon arriving i was asked to pay the remaining amount. I did not have my credit-card with me hence could not start my installment for 3months. Inspite of giving a prior amount of 3567 i was denied any type of service and was asked to return with my card. I could not arrive the following day due to my health issues. The staff there named debashree called me to ask me to pay the amount that very day though i would not start my sessions before a fort night.
                                  They are very money minded and don't take into consideration the client's requirement.

                                  She told me that she is making the appointment for today. As soon as i mentioned about nearbuy package, she said I cannot take it today and also cannot take that in future as the staff is very busy

                                    I had taken a hifu package with indirangr vlcc in bangalore. And i have seen the worst possible way of doing a treatment. My whole face got spoilt. These people are complete unprofessional and cheats. They did a combination of hi fu with rejuuve which burnt my face and chin. These people should be sued as they are handling customers carelessly and they dont care about a customers problems.

                                      It's very sad that vlcc has been cheating people with fake promises.
                                      I paid 15000 for laser treatment and they convinced me to convert it into full package worth rs50000 with fake promises.
                                      I have been struggling to get appointment. If any how I get appointment they usually cancel it out.
                                      Even they don't have qualified professionals.
                                      Every time I needed to visit again for the poor service.
                                      When we complaint about poor services at vlcc center, they start behaving so unprofessionally.
                                      I contacted vlcc customer care but still they haven't taken any action.
                                      Vlcc seems completely fake and my money is completely stuck.

                                        I had booked an appointment at vashi vlcc, i had taken a package which was promised to me on call that it is available, after going for to the parlour they deny that there is no such package apparently, then i was suggested another package, i took that.
                                        When i was almost done with all my service i was left with 2, for one of the services which would take around half an hour or more, i myself said i would do it on the next day but for the other service which would have hardly taken 10 mins they denied that no can do it, as the staff was leaving and also more than half of the staff had already left. When i checked online their closing time was 9pm and the staff was leaving by 8.15 itself. I have attached a bill payment message as a proof of timing the staff was leaving and i had not option but to leave making the full payment and leaving with incomplete service.
