Dear sir / madam,
I, ashoke kr biswas, want to draw your kind attention on the fact that as per request of some personnel of vlcc health care ltd, i was interested to undergo hair treatment in your centre. I, accordingly, paid a sum of rs. 67000/-for my hair treatment. At the very beginning, you are interested in my hair treatment but after few months the personnel of vlcc health care ltd. Have become very reluctant and irregular in my hair treatment. Even the vlcc personnel have not yet completed my session in time. I also put up the matter before authority of vlcc wellness who told me that doctor is not available or another pleas.
Besides, stem cell treatment has not been made and i have not got any result after spending rs. 67000/- for hair treatment.
As mesotherapy has not completely provided or completed, stem cell treatment has not been made and i have not got any result after making a payment of rs. 67000/- for my hair treatment, it is a breach of contract and liable to be punished under the consumer protection act, 1986.
It is to be noted in this connection that the motto of the personnel of vlcc health care ltd. Is to earl money without rendering any service.
So, you are requested to refund rs. 67000/- for hair treatment immediately failing which no other alternative will be left before me but to knock at the door of the consumer disputes redressal forum immediately.

    Hi my self dr. Shelly batheja from japur, ms parul manager of vlcc salon mansarovar told me or convinced me to take laser therapy instead of taking wax as it is cheaper and more convenient so i decided to take it but i am totally unsatisfied with this. As i had taken my all laser sessions for full body but i have no benefit in my hair growth means no reduction in hair growth and my body is not looking good due to use of razor on my body to remove hairs duting laser therapy and my hair growth is same as before, i called many times regarding this in salon but got no response in this matter. Not even single part of my body hairs is reduced so pls look into this matter. I[censored] can help me then pls help me out.

      My mother & myself started slimming sessions after 25th may 2019 at pusa road under dr samiksha singh bill no. Del1020p00000334 and 331. Since that day it has been awful starting from parking vows to misbehaviour of therapist and guard. Not to mention that we are not loosing any weight. They may blame us that we dont come regularly well that is because there is no motivation for us and to top it up only stress in multiple forms is transmitted. We took 5 therapies each, for my mother she suggested detox ayurvedic therapy and curve expert for myself. After the payment was made the bill generated said differently. We were assured that services named above would be given irrespective of the difference in price. We started the sessions not that we were loosing any weight. Then one day the therapist threw the bell on my mother's face in a session. After that we had to take a break, which we had informed before making the payments.

      Today was my mother's first therapy and she is very unhappy with it. To top it up they keep saying that they are doing us a favour by giving an expensive therapy and we have not made the appropriate payment. This humilation was done with 3-4 other members around us. We were even told that we always increase our weight and come. There is no privacy at the centre and it is embarassing that such words are said in front of total strangers.

      No motivation is provided from any where apart from adding stress nothing is being done. I am regretting that i didnt join a gym.

      The hygiene of the session rooms & toilets is very poor.

      Post therapy somehow i am always given lemon water in a small glass probably because i have paid less. The guard thinks no end to himself. I have told him ample number of times that i am a new driver and no so good at manuevering the car during reverse but still he keeps shouting at me and forcing me to park car at odd angles which makes it difficult for me to reverse when i am leaving. The vibes of the centre are negative, dull and boring.
      I refuse to be under obligation and certainly dont want to pay for additional stress and negativity. I request you to kindly return the amount payed because it is impossible for me to go through this unacceptable and unpleasant experience even on alternate days

        These guys are making money by throwing package. Even dermatologist are of poor quality and only targets on selling packages. I have been running to the centre for last one year and they have only further damaged my skin. The centre head doesn’t respond to calls and complaints. They all are busy hunting for new clients. Even their call centre doesn’t register complaints and they won’t give you any complaint number rather after explaining the entire issue the lady over the call anita asked me to write down these issues over the mail and denied to give any complaint number

          Hello, i have been trying to take appointment for getting my eyebrows done. I am calling daily since last two weeks. However, the receptionist keeps denying for appointment and says she will call me in an hour or so but never calls... Just because its just eyebrows they dont give appointment.. Everyday dey say no appointments are full and everyday some other reason... And they seem extremely uninterested

            Hi team,
            I purchased a slimming package and made payment on 25th nov 2018 of amount rs.12390.59. The service was purchased from vlcc center kala patthar, indirapuram ghaziabad which is just 4 km distance away from my home. I chose this center as per my convenience because i can move further to my work location location. With in 2 months of my service, the location was moved to model town, ghaziabad location and i was asked to continue rest of the session from there which was not convenient for me due to the distance.
            If i had the information of movement to this branch to the other location, i would have never invested the hefty amount in vlcc. But obvious, convenience of commuting is my first priority. the inconvenience was raised when nobody actually provided me the information from where i can continue the service if model town was not convenient.
            After many follow ups, i myself reached to the sec-18, noida branch in april and my case was continued from there. I prefer sec-18, noida because my office location was sector 2. But later it became inconvenient for me to commute because my home is in vasundhara from where kala pathhar, indirapuram was less than 5 km away and i could walkin as per my convenience. But commuting to sec 18 bacame headache because my office timings are from 1 pm to 10 pm, and to take session before office is like, i had to leave from home around 10 am, reach to sec-18 vlcc centre at 11 am, took a 45 minute session and then reach to office. I used to had my first meal at 2 pm because not having anything before 2 hours of session was a requirement.
            Life had become really difficult and this way i hardly took 2 sessions in total. If i had any idea of location movement, i would have never invested my money into it and had looked upon much convenient option for weight loss.
            Now, obviously i did not utilize the package as per the purpose of it, i need a refund of it.

              I enrolled for weight loss at vlcc sector v branch, kolkata on 15.10.19. Had 2 sessions and then 15mins before the 3rd one they called and told me they were shifting so centre will be closed for 10days. After waiting patiently for 15 days i called them so know the status. They informed me it'll take another 20 days. When i asked why i wasn't informed about the shifting before enrollment since it was just 2days before, the lady on phone behaved extremely rudely and hung up the phone. I'm extremely disappointed in their behavior. It's not only irresponsible, it's down right unethical. They knew they won't be able to provide service indefinitely, but still took my money and didn't even bother to inform me. If i was made aware beforehand i could've had the option to decide to join either later on or at some other branch. I do not want to continue with such an irresponsible establishment. You either refund my money or transfer my profile to the new alipore, kolkata branch so that i can avail the services i paid for immediately.

                Hi team,

                This is to inform you that i have complaint for one delivery center, i have booked a parcel for a customer in varansi that tracking number is [protected], but in varansi delivery center not delivered the parcel, he says that delivery boy is not present there. I am also saying that after 3rd october no one given me the positive response. I have also given the varanasi delivery center contact number and name abhishek [protected].

                Today i have seen the tracking number that showing is rto. After this mail if i will not getting proper positive response, so i can call to consumer forum.

                  I had hot keratin in my hair from vlcc, rajpur road, dehradun and the hair stylist burnt my hair. My hair even broke down and became too frizzy. I am too much disturbed due to that. One month passed but no remedy is there... I asked to pay my money back but they denied for that. I have been struggling with my hair for one month. The boy ishan is doing hair spa again and again but all in vain. The managers, pooja and guncha are also not taking any remedial action in this regard.

                    ecchymotic patches after tuck

                    I took a tummy tuck and the very next day I developed huge echymotic patches all over my abdomen.
                    Me being a doctor myself I have taken 3 pain killers to subside my pain..
                    I'm thoroughly upset with the result of the tucks
                    I need to speak to a superior about the kind of services that are being provided in rural places like sangli...

                    I took laser hair treatment for my face here.. Paid huge amount and underwent 8 sessions.. Inspite of the reduction in hair growth it started increased and its really looking odd.. Such a useless treatment they’ve offered.. Earlier i used to have lesser amount of hair on my face.. But no it has been increased so much.. I want this to be resolved as soon as possible if not i’ll have to proceed legally because you guys failed to deliver what you have promised.

                        Hi, ma'am,, my name is archana, i am from mumbai vlcc 2017 batch,, at that time i enrolled for ignou but from institute they said after 1 year ki my admission is cancelled,, now they are not answering me properly and not even given my money back.
                        So i msged u,, bcz i don't have any other number. At that time ushma haria is our teacher. From that time till now i asked mrinal & rajni about my problem,, but she was doing nothing & didn't gave me proper answer. Rajni ma'am didn't gave me any other number or mail id where i called or mailed, so i msged u in this.

                          Dear vlcc/team.

                          This is regarding my ongoing issues with vlcc.
                          I went for some beauty service in sec -18 vlcc
                          Address k-4, ocean height building this was i think on the month of june or july than the lady by the name swati offered me to go for peel off treatment and was guided me that i can go for 8 to 9 month service and advise me that i can pay in emi which would total cost of
                          35000₹ with the monthly emi of 3500₹which i told her that’s a huge amount need to think about it than she said not to worry if she have credit card or may be bajaj finserv than i told her credit cannot use and on bajaj card i already had a loan so i don’t think i can use than she asked me for my account number told her that i don’t remember my account number than she asked me for my registered mobile number and said we can check with bajaj finserv if they can aouthorised which i still was not comfortable than she did something and was able to get all the details of my account still i told her that i have to think about it have some financial issues so cannot afford right now so asked for only one trial for peel off treatment and paid her 3500₹and she advise me to come next day or two for one trial treatment i went than the lady said doctor will come have to wait i waited later, than i was asked to go for some kind of massage n scrub nothing was done with the amount i paid for 3500₹ was very disappointing and after a two month of visiting vlcc i saw there was a transaction amount taken out from my account than i call bank and they gave me a details than i realised that vlcc has been taking out my money, so i call swati and was asked to speak with bajaj finserv people when i call them than they will ask to talk with vlcc this is so frustrating than swati said u accept this amount than i told did they ever provide me any kind of document that i have to come for this treatments for 9 month and how can your company charges people when they did not even take your service i was never provide any information nor this people call nor they remind and my account have been deducted for no reason when i asked them to stop then they make excuses and make me runaround, i have my sister who is suffering from blood cancer and going through the chemotherapy in dharamshila hospital i need this money i cannot just afford this people to take my money out from my account how can bahajaj finserv also aouthorise vlcc just by phone number am shocked if this the way you guys do business am afraid might end up in bad reviews with people, so am requesting vlcc to stop my transaction immediately again i have to look after my ill sister and i want those money which has been already taken out and also to stop further transaction, seriously am surprised that without taking any service vlcc is deducting my money from my account even after multiple request my account deducted again on 3 rd oct how easy is that for you people.

                          This is regarding my ongoing issues with Vlcc .I went for some beauty service in sec -18 vlcc Address K-4, ocean height building this was I think on the month of June or July than the lady by the name Swati offered me to go for peel off treatment and was guided me that I can go for 8 to 9 month service and advise me that I can pay in emi which would total cost of 35000₹ with the monthly emi of 3500₹Which I told her that’s a huge amount need to think about it than she said not to worry if she have credit card or may be bajaj Finserv than I told her credit cannot use and on bajaj card I already had a loan so I don’t think I can use than she asked me for my account number told her that I don’t remember my account number than she asked me for my registered mobile number and said we can check with Bajaj Finserv if they can aouthorised which I still was not comfortable than she did something and Was able to get all the details of my account still I told her that I have to think about it have some financial issues so cannot afford right now so asked for only one trial for peel off treatment and paid her 3500₹and she advise me to come next day or two for one trial treatment I went than the lady said doctor will come have to wait I waited later, Than I was asked to go for some kind of massage n scrub nothing was done with the amount I paid for 3500₹ Was very disappointing and after a two month of visiting vlcc I saw there was a transaction amount taken out from my account than I call bank and they gave me a details than I realised that vlcc has been taking out my money, So I call Swati and was asked to speak with Bajaj Finserv people when I call them than they will ask to talk with Vlcc this is so frustrating than Swati said u accept this amount than I told did they ever provide me any kind of document that I have to come for this treatments for 9 month and how can your company charges people when they did not even take your service I was never provide any information nor this people call nor they remind and my account have been deducted for no reason when I asked them to stop then they make excuses and make me runaround, I have my sister who is suffering from blood cancer and going through the chemotherapy in Dharamshila hospital I need this money I cannot just afford this people to take my money out from my account how can bahajaj Finserv also aouthorise vlcc just by phone number am shocked if this the way you guys do business am afraid might end up in bad reviews with people, So am requesting Vlcc To stop my transaction immediately again I have to look after my ill sister and I want those money which has been already taken out and also to stop further transaction, seriously am surprised that without taking any service vlcc is deducting my money from my account even after multiple request my account deducted again on 3 rd oct how easy is that for you people .

                              My mother and i am a regular customer of the beauty department of JODHPURPARK VLCC for more than 4 years. Recently I am observing a strange behaviour of them while billing. They do not provide the proper hardcopy of the bill for more than 6months now. I have given this feedback to the website. Nothing changed. Everytime they gave us unaccaptable excuses such as they are out of paper, software issues etc. Last day i told them that why they r not providing any hardcopy of bill even after i have given the feedback. They took a photo from their computer and told us that is the bill that day no sms came to me regarding the trasaction. So i checked the photo the send me. There is no mention of the TOTAL PERCENTAGE OF GST OR TAX neither it is mentioned that if the payment is paid or not. I have gone to take a service today once again. Today also the do not gave me any hard copy of the bill and again they gave me a photo taken from their computer. And in that bill I saw they charge me ₹399 for each stick instead of 300 (because i told them that i want to have the hair colour of ₹300 for my budget issue) which was inappropriate because they dont even borther to tell me that the are giving me colour of 399, after i told them that i want the colour costing 300. And in that bill they didnot give any discount though in the website it is showing that 25% discount is given to each and every typ of hair colour. So now I understud why they dont provide hardcopy of bill. So this is THE LAST TIME i am complaining about the issue. Please do what is needful to resolve this scenario. If from the next time VLCC JODHPURPARK BRANCH failed to give me any hardcopy of anu service i am getting from the beauty department i will register this complain in CONSUMER FORUM that the do not provide any complete bill even if customer want that.

                                I have been calling from long time to vlcc but they are not responding, i have taken the pacakge of weight loss and slimming. I took 5 classes but result not goof. I aksed for refund then they told to take advance level package so that tummy fat can be reduce. Now its been 8 months. Vlcc not replying on emails for refund. Money is hard earned. I dnt want ti waste on that. Kindly help me on this.

                                  They never do what they say. I also got cheated by vlcc doha qatar. I took a package from ms. Priya at vlcc, doha, qatar. They promise me 8kgs in 75day. They planned 20 sittings for me alternate days. But when they saw i am complaining about my waight as i am not loosing anything. They started combining the sittings and finished my 20 sittings in one month only. Without even letting me know that i am going to finish all my sittings in a month only. For 8 kgs package i paid 3500 qatari riyals. And i lost less then 4 kgs. Later they say me that this package is promising 3 to 4 kgs per month and according to that you lost almost 4 kgs in a month. But they not talking anything about the sittings. Promise was that also that i will loose 8 kgs in 20 sittings. If they finished my 20 sinttings in 1 month only i have nothing to do with that. And before combining any sitting they should atleast tell me that this way you will finish your package soon. Before i take the package i informed them very clearly that my aim to come here is loosing waight for my job. I was not getting joining as i was over waeight. If you think you can do it then only say other wise dont miss guide me. But that time they wanted money. They said yes to everything. And now when i have not got what they said they ignoring me. Saying we will call you. We will see. But actually doning nothing. I am just waiting for there call with some solutions. Here i am adding the image of the msg they sent me. Guaranteed waight loss..

                                    My mother & myself started slimming sessions after 25th may 2019 at pusa road under dr samiksha singh bill no. Del1020p00000334 and 331. Since that day it has been awful starting from parking vows to misbehaviour of therapist and guard. Not to mention that we are not loosing any weight. They may blame us that we dont come regularly well that is because there is no motivation for us and to top it up only stress in multiple forms is transmitted. We took 5 therapies each, for my mother she suggested detox ayurvedic therapy and curve expert for myself. After the payment was made the bill generated said differently. We were assured that services named above would be given irrespective of the difference in price. We started the sessions not that we were loosing any weight. Then one day the therapist threw the bell on my mother's face in a session. After that we had to take a break, which we had informed before making the payments.

                                    Today was my mother's first therapy and she is very unhappy with it. To top it up they keep saying that they are doing us a favour by giving an expensive therapy and we have not made the appropriate payment.

                                    No motivation is provided from any where apart from adding stress nothing is being done. I am regretting that i didnt join a gym.

                                    The hygiene of the session rooms & toilets is very poor.

                                    Post therapy somehow i am always given lemon water in a small glass probably because i have paid less. The guard thinks no end to himself. I have told him ample number of times that i am a new driver and no so good at manuevering the car during reverse but still he keeps shouting at me and forcing me to park car at odd angles which makes it difficult for me to reverse when i am leaving. The vibes of the centre are negative, dull and boring.
                                    I refuse to be under obligation and certainly dont want to pay for additional stress and negativity. I request you to kindly return the amount payed because it is impossible for me to go through this unacceptable and unpleasant experience even on alternate days.

                                    On 7th July i raised this issue through email to gk.[protected]@vlccwellness.com>; [protected]@vlccwellness.com but no resolution till date. The franchise owner Mrs Jasmine conveniently tells me to take beauty services. When one cant deliver the services for which the payment was made then how will you deliver any other services. Is there any logic that exists or simply cheat and fleece people off their money.

                                    None of your executives have gotten in touch with me. You people are just wasting time and eating interest off my hard earned money. You are just cheats thats all. Any company with even an ounce of honor would return the money for which services were not availed that too because of the rude and body shaming attitude of your employees. Shame on you VLCC
                                    No resolution of the issue has been done. I feel like taking them to court.

                                      I have paid for a 50, 000/- a year for package in vlcc, kolkata centre (Rajarhat) and soon got transferred to mumbai via job. As promised to me, the services would be transferred to mumbai. But it's more than 3 months now but yet not transferred. Never register for vlcc wellness program. They cheat their customers. Even after my continuous requests to transfer the package, every month the staff named paromita tells me it will be transferred by next month but it never does. I am really fed up with the trap they have got me into. Please do not fall for them.
