I have paid for a 50, 000/- a year for package in vlcc, kolkata centre (Rajarhat) and soon got transferred to mumbai via job. As promised to me, the services would be transferred to mumbai. But it's more than 3 months now but yet not transferred. Never register for vlcc wellness program. They cheat their customers. Even after my continuous requests to transfer the package, every month the staff named paromita tells me it will be transferred by next month but it never does. I am really fed up with the trap they have got me into. Please do not fall for them.

    Paid rs 18000/=on 22nd may 2019 for the services but vlcc closed haridwar center without offering any services inspite of taking full payment. Made several representations and asked for refund but vlcc did not respond. Received two telephonic calls from them. They informed that haridwar center would start soon. First informed that the center would start by november 2018 first week thereafter informed that haridwar center would start again by first week of january 2019 but now may 2019 has come and no response from company. Filed complaint with grahak jago website on 6th may 2019 vide grievance registration no 1301352 and company informed them that the customer is taken care of but the company has given false response. They have not yet provided the services and i have sent them the mail asking them to refund my amount but the company has not responded. Grahak jago website says that i should now approach consumer forum.

    I have taken a hair spa package of 5900 but their centre has closed so i m not able to take services nor they r refunding the amount, if their salon centre is closed so they shud refund the client amount

      I had got an appointment for hair cut and they had informed me that it was worth rs. 499/-. Accordingly i visited vlcc andheri east salon. After the service provided they charged rs. 699/-. This was not only misguiding but also overcharging a service which was waste of money. There were more customers then the appointments. If that's how you people are earning then well me must think twice before obtaining any of your services. I would like a refund of rs. 200/- for overcharging.

        Hi i recently got kerafusion keratin treatment done at vlcc. I went there seeing thier ad on facebook & instagram which stated that treatment costs 4599/- for any length of hair but they charged me 9440/- (Inc taxes) for that & didnt even issued a bill. I hope i get the refund. Thier ads are misleading which quote one price & charge different price.

          I had taken a package of laser bikini from aundh branch pune vlcc about nine months back i was due for posting that time but still those guys convinced me to take package since that package was transferable. I am not posted in navi mumbai, it's been fo six months here now. I've been requesting vlcc aundh people to transfer my package but nothing has been done till now. Must have made fifty calls atleast here and there to get my package transferred. But all in vain. Can anyone help here?

            Ithe aund branch is charging rates differently and more than the company rates the staff applies rate according to their own thought. I was offered innova root touch up at rs 899 /-including taxes the staff dr gunwale charged me rs1499 /-saying that these are their branch rates. I again inquiring with vlcc customercare and confirm the rate which was rs 899 so the aund branch cheated and extracted more money and put me to ecconomical loss

              Due to health issue i need to withdraw and cancel the package of weight loss program. We email and call everyday last 45 days. But no response. Everyday he/she just told me ok i check, forward, inform my team to you etc. Please it's request help me i am totally help less.

              Vlcc team member not support to me. When i call no one take responsibility to sort issue just pass way from one person to other. One of his member mr. Akash told me your amount refund on 16 aug 2019 but till date.

              Vlcc just sale it's package, he/she not care customers.

              After see all my medical reports of mri, hospital file she/he are time pass.

              Due to medical ground we safer form lot of issue

              Ok if your organisation not refund and cancel the package than ok just give me in written statement with signature at your letter head if any thing happen in My health your organisation are totally take responsibility. Same letter I give to my doctor and my family. 

              Reply within 24 hrs with return email, after  this I go to police complaints because in case of medical ground 3 file of hospital,  MRI report of Brian ( head) file the complaints against VLCC.

              Please help me because now Bajaj deduct bounce charge of against emi return charges. This time sir I pay my medical fees, care my health ya I paid charges.

              I totally unhappy with respons and behaviour of Vlcc team. He/she just cheat customers

                Dear sirs
                I have taken multiple packages at vlcc vidyanagar. As i am planning to move from here i asked for refund of some of the packages for which i haven’t taken a single sitting. The owner of vlcc vidyanagar has declined to pay for the packages.
                Moreover all the good staff has left the parkour as they have not been paid salaries for months. Owing to this the services at the parlor had been getting poor.
                As i want my money back i would request you to help me resolve it.

                  Hi,

                  I am compelled to write in to you for the subscription that i had taken from vlcc for weight loss program worth inr 60174/-.

                  At the time of enrolling i was promised that i will be refunded the subscription amount in full in case the services are not satisfactory or if i chose to not continue further.

                  However the services are substandard and haven't yielded any results as promised. Only 2 service availed, a spot on & herbal massage of the 60174/- package.
                  I am now relocating to dubai as i am transferred by my employer. Due to the aforementioned unavoidable circumstance i would not be able to continue the subscription any further.

                  I have put in a request for refund to vlcc 10 days back i was told it has been referred to accounts team and they will initiate the refund, komal (Manager bandra vlcc) promised the issue will be resolved in 2 days but now 4 days have passed and there is no response from the center to my pleas. After repeated efforts today i was informed that refund is not possible, i shall have to forfeit the balance amount by taking some expensive services which again wont yield any result as per my past experience. My experience post the refund request has been so horrifying that words wont do justice to the ordeal that i have been made to face by the vlcc personnel. My experience with call center personnel too has been equally cold. I'm very disappointed that a brand like vlcc has mastered the art of extorting money in braid daylight from its innocent customers.

                  Let me assure you that i shall not step back in taking a legal course if the subscription amount is not refunded in the next three working days, i shall fight it till i get the refund, please be informed that i shall also seek compensation for the substandard services, inconvenience, mental harassment and time value of money if the needful is not done within the timeline mention above, and a compensation for my travel to dubai, incase i have to defer my flight to dubai due to no resolution to the issue i have mentioned.

                  I am appalled at the core service you provide and the extremely insolent and rude personnel at your end.

                  Kindly also be informed that i shall not be responsible for the consequences, if the needful is not done within stipulated time period or else if i am compelled to visit the center.

                  I hope you will not take it lightly and diligently initiate and ensure my refund by 3rd of september 2019.

                    Manicure complete in 10 min. ND unwanted charge apply by your center..
                    Service is too bad..
                    Those services which I m not taking
                    but it is included in the invoice of Vlcc..
                    Nail polish is not removed from my nail but manicure complete.. Scrub is not used but manicure complete..
                    I paid amount by card.. They charge more amount from my card ND bill made less amount
                    What the ### type of Service for Vlcc Kapoorthala Vlcc is THE BEST for her name or her service but today Vlcc Kapoorthala centre cheated with me ND whenever Vlcc is not recognize my Queenie or I have a money back for this service either i'm gone to consumers FORUM Lucknow.

                      I'm very disappointed that a brand like vlcc only cares for coverting customers and extorting money without caring for the customers. I enrolled myself at the bhandarkar road branch pune. At the time of talking you the lady manisha i cleared explained that i had a medical history as much as i wasn't currently in any medication and was given a lot of jazz when i clearly expressed my interest in arm and tummy tucks and was sold 5 kg weight loss, 5 body therapies and 5 3d arms. Initially i was quoted 50k for the package when i said i wasn't going to be able to take that coz of the price she kept insisting i go for finance which i refused so she gave he the sane package for 35k. Those is absolute fraud. After enrolling and taking two sessions i was informed that i had to meet the doctor as she was adamant at seeing my reports after listening to my medical history. After meeting the doctor i was informed that i wasnt medically for to take the weight loss sessions as it involves passing the current through the body to aid weight loss. I'm really upset now coz i have paid a lot of money without even knowing if i was medically fit to be enrolled. After a discussion with manisha started she raising her voice while talking to me and stayed denying most part if our conversation and then the doctor was called as she is available only on 2 days for an hour and a half. Very very disappointed and cheated, will never reccomend vlcc to anyone. Need some action taken against her. All she cares is a conversion without checking the customers safety

                      I have subscribed for laser facial hair treatment. 7 sittings have already been done but there has been no reduction in hair volume. In fact it has worsened as in due to razor applied the new hair that comes is thicker and in areas where I had no hair before. I am really disappointed and worried.

                        I brought this product along with a
                        Vlcc lovable lips cheery from more mega store kirti nagar. They both were so pathetic. I got rashes on all over my skin and lips. It's been a month, i have spent more than 3 thousand rupees still not recovering. I don't know vlcc has such a good reputation but bringing these cheap quality product at this level is so disappointing for me.

However just to make a big sale, they suggested me 4 hyaluronic acid fillers and unnecessarily injected it on on my cheek bones which were already very elevated and sharp. Thereafter they injected it on places saying to correct asymmetry where there was no asymmetry. They messed up my face and made it asymmetric. Now they are not ready to listen to my problem.

                          Playing with someone’s face is no fun!!!

                          Need complete refund and dissolving this filler.

                          They are not returning my calls.

                          Please help!

                              This is in continuation to my previous complaint, my under eye darkness and pigmentation has not cured even a bit.
                              Post this complaint, vlcc gave 1-2 peel sessions but as usual that also didnt work.

                              Earlier there was dr vibha who is on maternity break and post that no one from vlcc no one bothered to contact me to provide the services.

                              They were expecting that i might have forgotton to avail my paid sessions.

                              I have been in touch with ms pallavi in vlcc good earth city center, gurgaon branch lately but everytime i had to contact her.

                              From last 2-3 months there is complete silence from vlcc outlet. No one has contacted me at all.

                              Since things didnt work out and it didnt cure my pigmentation + under eye dark circles - kindly return my money of rs 40000.

                              I visited vlcc center sector 23 gurgaon in lately and consulted the dermatologist for the pigmentation on my face and dark circles under eye.
                              I was recommended to take 6 sessions of peeling for the face and 6 sessions of peeling for dark circles under the eye.
                              I paid rs 40000/- for these sessions. After all 6 sessions of peeling for the face pigmentation – there is hardly any difference.
                              I still have the same pigmentation and it becomes worse when i spend some time in sunlight.

                              I was assured by the dermatologist that it will be cured in 6 sessions of peelings but it has not. Since it has not cured, i was asked to get prp at an extra payment.
                              The amount which i paid for trial basis? If it was not effective, then why i was assured that it will cure pigmentation?
                              Till the time i didn’t make the payment, there was continuous follow up and once i made the payment, there is no one to ask as what happened and whether treatment was effective or not.
                              I am really dissatisfied and annoyed with a brand like vlcc as it seems they are not bothered to cure but to cut our pockets with lucrative promises.

                              Can i speak to the owner of this company as i want to ask why i was charged so high and results are zero?

                                The complaint is for janak puri branch.
                                I have got my family card from this branch in the month of march and got my services in april and may and 14th may i left for australia, which the staff was well aware of.
                                I came back yesterday and got my appointment today, and the staff told me that my card has exceeded the limit of it's usage and i will have to pay them extra.
                                Keeping my records, i talleyed my card entries with a register they maintain.
                                They have made fake entries by themselves which i pointed out. After my discussion they agreed that it was by mistake and staff themselves have come the entries in the register.
                                That's what ms. Rajni working their told me.
                                Which was hard to believe because if the staff is going till this extent to meet the targets, it's difficult for any customer to track such duplicate entries.
                                I got my services done today and for a simple blow dry, they charged me 450.
                                When i asked them to show me the price list, ms. Rajni and other staff girls standing at the reception claimed that they made a mistake as none of them remember the price of blow dry and claim of working there for more last 10 years.
                                For my medium hair length i was charged for long length price which i did not bother to argue as it was clear how they are generating the revenue for that branch.
                                I just left the salon disappointed.
                                I would not recommend this salon to anyone as they lead to poor level of customer satisfaction with cheating approach. They were littertly making the changes in register in front of me. Thats their records of service. No invoice is sent after service. And they never show the price sheet infront of you.
                                I was ignoring it all the time that they speak different price for same service i go to them and share 0ne stupid reason that the prices have been updated and we are yet to receive the revised sheet in print. Today i checked their system and they were caught straight away for lying. The behaviour of entire staff is as if the customer never asks them for price and create a drama of charging high because of some changes done, they are happy charging even rs.100 extra for every service.
                                The management never shares the price card and later they dont share the invoice doesnt matter how many times you ask them.
                                This salon is a no no recommendation who anyone who thinks they are spending their hard earned money at an authentic salon.

                                  I am completely dissatisfied with the kind of service provided at the vlcc rajendra point agra centre. I have opted for a beard shaping through laser hair reduction and have paid the entire amount. My last laser session had to be suspended since i was met with severe cuts on my neck on account of dismal shaving by a substandard technician. Despite the poor quality service, i was charged for the shaving (235 rupees). Moreover, i can see no visible change in my growth after three sittings now. The first service was provided by a doctor while the subsequent services have been provided by a non-professional technician, who has no knowledge of the frequency of the laser to be used or the instrument. This is playing with the health of the costumers and can result in serious complications including skin cancer. I have had a swelling on my ears after my last laser session. I feel cheated at the service i am provided with and i urge for an immediate refund of my money or else i would have to take the matter legally.
                                  I will no longer engage in any further laser sessions and would not settle for anything less than a full refund.

                                    This is regarding laser hair removal treatment for underarms and upper lips. I went to Vlcc health care in ranjit Avenue, Amritsar in April 2019 for getting the above treatment. I have paid RS 16000 upfront for the treatment. The first sitting went well and my hair growth too started late around 30th day. But for my second sitting appointment I was told that they don’t have machine as it has gone to Jalandhar centre. Upon my consistent follow up, I was told that it will take another 15 days for
                                    Machine to come back. They finally got some machine and told me to come for the sitting on 15june 2019. After the laser, the hair growth started next day onwards. I told them and I was asked to come on 19th June 2019 again. The same thing happened, they did the laser and growth started next day. After coming back from my vacation, I contacted them again and they did another hair laser in 1st week of July with very high intensity shot. They kept on saying that we will not be considering my visits. I Did not get any benefit of laser treatment and waited for a month at least to get another. Then again same thing happened and they told me that try at least for last time now. Again on 25th July, I was given another laser treatment but no effect. If they had proper machine, it burns the follicules and definitely hair growth comes back after few days, not overnight. Now I have been advised to do waxing and then they will do another laser next month, which puts this treatment to start again from scratch. Please help in getting the refund back for the time and money wasted on this treatment for which you have kept the dummy machines to fool the customer .

                                    There are two reason which made the overall experience very bad:
                                    1. Non availability of machine for a month of May/ June.
                                    2. From second sitting onwards which was in June 2019, the results were not positive and kept on telling me to come again and again.

                                      I used vlcc anti tan skin lightning facewash. I used it almost one week. After every wash, itichinh started on my face. Now also acne on my face after using this product. There is also dullness on my skin after using this. It absorve all moisture of my skin and now my skin is looking rough. No glow on my face. This product has very poor quality. It is very bad. I want action regarding this. Thank you

                                        I, rohan roy choudhury, a member of vlcc, 33, shakespeare sarani, kolkata would like to bring into your knowledge that the gym in the said centre is deteriorating in its standards. Today, on the 30th of july 2019, i was a witness to a very sad and unfortunate incident that took place at the said premises where a female client was threatened and barred from entering the premises of the centre by the manager namely mrs. Anupama gowli and her staff members who posed to be accomplices of a crime. The manager and her accomplices threatened to be beat up the client if she tried to enter the premises. If such acts of adversities are meted out to a female client, then where is the security of other clients including both male and female? I am not used to see such heinous acts meted out to females ever and this has really disturbed my mindset. Is this what vlcc has come down to? Heckling and threatening clients? Am i secured at vlcc? Numerous questions are haunting me at the moment regarding the goodwill of vlcc. Moreover, this email is also to bring into your notice that the machines and equipments are not at all looked after for their upkeep and maintenance. I, as a member and a well wisher brought this issue into the notice of the manager, mrs. Anupama gowli who seems to pay no heed whatsoever to our complaints. She turns a deaf ears to our complaints by simply passing the buck to her gym employees and states that vlcc doesn't allocate any funds in the maintenance of the gym. She even goes to the extent of telling us to leave the gym as she won't upgrade the gym, no matter what. Is this how a manager of vlcc behaves with their clients? The equipments inside the gym such as the dumbbells and the weight plates are always strewn around inside the gym which has resulted in their breakage. These broken equipments haven't been replaced by the management despite notifying them about it. This causes accidents in the gym every now and then. If these are not looked into at the earliest, then i am afraid to say a fatal accident is inevitable which would tarnish the image of a brand like that of vlcc. I am sure it will earn vlcc a bad name.
                                        I request you to kindly pay a visit at the centre and look for yourself the deplorable state of the gym.
                                        I kindly request you to take necessary actions against such activity to avert any fatality.
