I am writing this complaint on behalf of my sister for refund my advance which she paid for bridal make up, but the service which is committed by your center is not provided and she denied the package.
After that i have lots of discussion with your centre head vaishali nagar jaipur for refund of my money but still problem in not resolved,

I book bridal make up package for my sister on her marriage before 3 years, and for the same total quotation is approx 25000 rs and for the same she paid rs 2000 in advance.

At the time of starting the package they change the time regularly which was not meet as per our requirement. After some time they deny for the service.

After some time, i visit vaishali nagar jaipur center for the service or product or refund of amount then they deny for the same.
And every time they response come after two days or three days, we need to take permission from senior authority.

But still, my problem is not resolved, every time they give some new excuses.

    Sir/madam,
    I have got my hair coloured and highlighted but the colour used is not of my choice and the highlighted area is also not looking good at all. The price which i paid is too much high and the colour used is of low quality. I was shown different colour in the sample but i got totally different colour. The total price of colour and facial was told 9500 but i from my package of 23600/- it was deducted 11800/- without informing me. I m very much disappointed and want my money of full package and get my hair colour changed at the earliest.
    Else i will have to go to consumer forum.

      One day after a facial i had a few breakouts which i thought was normal. But the next morning i woke up with a shock that half of my face was full of small acne-like things. Probably, they used an expired product or some harsh chemical on my skin. It was my 4th service in vlcc silchar. Very bad experience. I had to go see a doctor. Never going back there.

        I had booked the vlcc on 04/08/2019 for my marriage which is on 16 feb 2020 for bridal makeup.in dec i took only one pre bridal facial from vlcc. Now i received a call from vlcc that we are shifting our branch on another place that'why we can not provide you the service further. So i demand for a refund. They gave me only 9843 rs against my booked amount 17700 rs. My client id is clmc/20/[protected]. I want my fuller amount becoz they denied for services at the end movement. If you will not refund my full amount, i will sue in a consumer court against fraud.

          Vlcc ashok marg, jaipur wellness center gave us assuring to reduce the weight along with the body shapping without any side effect as well as fat will not be revert back in body. As accordingly i have used this service of coolscupling for my wife to reduce the body weight and shape correction.in this context, the false commitment given by the said vlcc center and the services of coolscupling was not up to the mark and not given positive response with this service. The body weight revert back in the body after a couple of week and part of the body on which the cool slipping was applied that skin was totally in dark color. I and my wife is totally dissatisfied and not happy with. So i didn't't wish to continue this services for my wife and i just want to my money back as their vlcc staff committed their services but could not be fulfill the commitment. So our payment for this services with amount for the same was taken around rs. 3, 00, 000 /-.

          i have used this service of coolscupling for my wife to reduce the body weight and shape correction with payed amount of rs. 3, 00, 000 /- and other services for beauty & hair treatment but all are totally not effect able for me.
          I think the online complaint are not get effected to VLCC, Ashok Marg, Jaipur, Rajasthan Center. as accordingly i have to move my complaint to Consumer forum and redressal cell, Jaipur.

          i just want to resolve my issue on immediate manner.

            Worst hair cut experience, halved my hair volume. Will neither recommended nor ever have a hair cut in any vlcc ever.
            Please do not let anyone be your hair stylist.
            I know nothing can be done now, but have to wait.

            Also extremely ridiculous and unfair that i have you type three hundred and fifty characters to get visbility for a genuine complaint.

              pathetic service/unprofessional behaviour

              J have taken a package from vlcc of 80000 rs. They ssured me dat ilm get the results after three month the dermatologist assisted me left office i was continously following with them they (Vlcc allahabad) said she is on leave we are arrangin someone else.               This is happened twice with me in janak puri branch. I have my vlcc family card and whenever i want service it's not available. Its disgusted your services are lousy, slow and totally derailed from path. Repute of your company at stake because i will not recommend anyone for vlcc. I will not at all renew my card. Totally unprofessional atitude. We bought your privilege guest compliments offer card. Whenever i call them for appointment they directly said we are busy choose another day or time. I believe that this response is unfair because we are your customer and we paid u in advance. We are 3 person who bought your these cards. If your employees doesn't attend your clients nicely.                 I am writing this e-mail on behalf of my sister (Nishi sharma) as she has logged a complaint on 9th december’19 regarding the concern of misbehaving and wrong services provided by the vlcc allahabad team, but till now didn’t have any call and any e-mail response on the same. We can’t expect this kind of response from the reputed company like vlcc. She had booked an air-brush bridal make-up at your allahabad centre for 5th december’19 where your expert ms. Nidhi and her assistant attended her for make-over but they didn’t given the service as per the package which we have booked, though when my sister about the package services she (Ms. Nidhi) start screaming on her even after some argument unexpectedly she pulled her hairs badly while doing hairstyle. She pulled the hairs so badly that my sister started crying but she didn’t stopped the pulling the hairs, and didn’t provided the services according to the package.

                  negative result for laser hair removal treatment

                  Hi vlcc,

                  This is really disappointing that being a known name in healthcare your service is not up to the mark.
                  I started taking laser treatment for hair removal for my facial hair starting from 19 december 2019. And in 2 days the hairs were back with faster growth. 1st i didn’t took it seriously, but things started becoming worse. The growth is becoming even faster than earlier it used too.
                  Its really sad...

                  Today i visited for peel therapy for which i paid rs.14500 and when i asked the doctor for details of the therapy she got offended and started shouting unnecessarily. Even all the other staff members were just standing there & listening those harsh words and doing nothing. I will appeal please look at the cctv footage and listen to that incident. I assure you i was not using any abusive or harsh words. Please look into this matter and let me know because that was my 1st experience with vlcc and that was horrible. Name of the doctor is mrs. Dariwal. I believe in this international brand but that particular incident ruined my whole day and also the vlcc experience.

                    I have been taking vlcc services since decades now and unfortunately have to report a strong complaint against ms. Sana specifically who was extremely rude and snobbish in her facial expressions and behavior quite a number of times. I kind of let it be the initial two times, but finally i thought it was important to report. I was made to wait for her incompetence and when said that i had to rush as my daughter was ill she just said that the work will be done later and she made me feel as if i am taking free services there.

                    There were some issues with my family card and therefore i was following up with the other staff but she intervened and have made me feel disgusting a number of times. Ms. Harmeet who heads the branch was also partially present and i was surprised that she was quite.

                    I would hope that the management would warn sana especially how she deals with regular customers. I would urge the management to check how malad west link road branch especially beauty section is operated. The technicians are extremely good there and skilled, however you might loose customers due to ladies like ms. Sana

                      I have paid 1lakh for my beauty treatment at vlcc in the month of june 2018. Till date 7 dr. S have changed at vlcc andheri east. The dr. S are not professional at all. The staff doesn't care about their customers after they have taken the package. Worst place and people to rely on! I want my refund. They do not know how to be presentable or talk to their customers.

                        In connivance with a trainer named kalyan dubey some members keep their personal equipment in the space reserved for vlcc instead of keeping it in their personal custody. If anyone unknowingly use that then they humiliate him for using their equipments with the indulgence of dubey.
                        No one is interested to use others thing, specially of the owner relates to a cheatfund company. The blood and tears of many poor are attached to their thing, the use of which is a sin.
                        So the vlcc authority should be careful enough to make thing separate for general and personal use.
                        The authority of vlcc chowrasta branch seems to be interested with the owner of cheat fund but that denigrates the company's fame.
                        However i, decide to quit this company, for their lackadaisical attitude, after being there for 10 years

                        Sunscreen, before I bought, was white color gel. But next time when I again bought it was nude color just like a liquid foundation. I can't understand whats that. Is this affect my skin. plz need help.

                          Hi, i am continususly going to vlcc for more than one year and waste my time and money. No services are uptomark. After treatment i got more pimples and not satisfied with any services. I pay more than one lakh but not get anything. I want my money back plus compensation for time and travelling. They promised all problms are solved within 6 months. But nothing happens. Everytime there staff changes.

                            I am taking vlcc services from last 4-5 years. But now i am not happy with the services i have taken beauty packages from saltlake sector v branch. Last session i have taken in the month of october. Then they stop giving service due to construction work of the branch. I have requested them again and again to transfer my service/package to other branch. But they denied to give that. Ask to mail to the cc. As it is not our fault why customer will take all this pain. Vlcc has taken money in advance. I have due almost 50% session. Give me the resolution immediately. Swapna roy

                                The lady manager over there instructed the barber to do fast when i was getting my hair cut. The barber did it so fast and rough and did not do what i said. She charged me inr-352 (I dont know about charges) 199 of haircut and 99 of wash. Overall i want to convey that the system of vlcc over here is not up to the mark. The lady manager was more interested in the next lady customer. My experience was really very bad.

                                  Hi,
                                  I had taken the package of full body laser treatment and made the payment of 11800/- but didn't took a single service. And now i want to cancel the service and want the refund of the down payment. I spoke with the vlcc team in aundh pune, they asked me to email my concern on their given email i'd and i haven't received any response yet. Also one of the employee at vlcc told me to go for skin peel off and asked me to pay 3900/- asked to take a trail session and said she will refund the money and now she is denying it. So i need the refund for the same. Below is the attachment please find it.
