I have placed order for blue tooth Boat Rockerz 255 pro + vide order ID #1935559 on 01.01.2023 with Navy Blue colour . However, I have received thie product on 05.01.2023 with teal green colour and box was torn condition. It appears that I have been delivered with product used one. I have immediately lodged return request on 05.01.2023. However, the return pick up is the to be arranged despite mine follow up. I request to arrange return pick up as well as refund at the earliest.

I have placed order of the captioned product on 01.01.2023 with Navy Blue colour, however they have delivered on 5.01.2023 with teal green colour and box was torn condition. It appears that the product delivered to me is used one. I have lodged return request on 5.01.2023 itself, however ther are yet to arrange for pickup. I request your intervention in the matter and to get the refund.

I have placed an order having Order I'd 1875051 Mantra MFS100 on 25 November 2022 and it was not delivered. That's why I have given many time phonic information about refund my money. But I was given again and again the time of refunding the same but didn't refund. First time I was given date of refunding on 20 December 2022 and 2nd time was 12/01/2023 but till now refund was initiated.

This is the product bought from VLEBAZAAR, but product looks like that has some damage and looking like old one. I generated the return request but still the product is not collected from my end.

Based on mine order No #1935559 dated 01.01.2023 for boat Rockerz 255 pro+ Navy Blue colour, they have delivered on 05.01.2023 with different colour of teal green colour and also box was torn condition. I have already lodged return request on the same day i.e.05.01.2023, however they are not responding and also didn't arrange for pick up.

I request your intervention for arrangement of return pick up and refund at the earliest.

I have orderd 2 nos of boAt Rockerz 660 Bluetooth Over-Ear Headphone with Mic(Active Black) on 15.12.2022 {Order ID: #1905906, Date Added: 15/12/2022, Payment Method: Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking (Razorpay), Shipping Method: Flat Shipping Rate} and also make the payment while placing the above order. After several followups, the product was delivered to me on[protected] days after placed the order). The product sent to me - is not the same product which I have orderd on[protected]. I orderd boAt Rockerz 660 Bluetooth Over-Ear Headphone with Mic(Active Black) and I received boAt Rockerz 650 Bluetooth Over-Ear Headphone which is cheaper than the ordered product.

I called back to Vlebazaar customer care for return and total refund of the actual product value, because I am very much sure that Vlebazaar couldn't deliver the actual product i.e. 2 nos of boAt Rockerz 660 Bluetooth Over-Ear Headphone with Mic(Active Black) in near future or with in next 1 or 2 years.

Therefore, I want to return the wrong product and demanding the total paid amount in to my original payment method.

I have ordered an OnePlus Smart Band worth Rs.1299 on 23/12/22 from the e-commerce website named vlebazaar.in and my order id is #1917410.the payement was done by me via phonepe.
althouth company claims they ship product within 2 to 3 days but even after 2weeks the product has not been shipped yet.
whenever i am trying to cancel the order and claim refund the site maliciously crashes each and everytime.even if i try to generate a ticket to complain about it in the site it crashes.the customer support wont receive the call.
the website is a total scam and please kindly take necessary actions against such fraud site.

My order no. 1861277 done on 16 Nov 22 has still not being delivered. On repeated call to the customer care they promise to delever in next 48 hours. They don't let us taik to there senior management. Very rude and mean. Whereas they keep sending reminders if an item is left in the cart.
Even contacting to the below number is painful.

Vlebazzar company not refunded money and sending product.
14 aug to 29 dec, I called 50 times then.

they are cut my call without complete my points and I say talk to senior . They talk to rudely with me .
Customer care is of no help, they lie to me that the payment return 4 hr but in reality they do nothing. I've sent them an seperate email and also raised a support ticket. Again no reponse whatsover. They are a total fraud.

I have placed my order on 11.12.2022, but till now not received the same, while checking the status its showing some issue with their Paperworks the reason they are doing RTO, the current status as attached. Today after checking the shipment status I have called to the customer service, I was being said that "they have given the product to BLUE DART now whether I have received it or not is not the problem of VLEBAZAAR.

I have bought a skullcandy earphone (S2DUYK) costs ₹549.. And received quickly but the product is in very unhygienic condition and old (look at photo) . they have gave no bill along with it. And the product is not working. After receiving i searched about their reviews ... I understood they were "FRAUD".. Please take action against this company (vlebazaar dot in) and make them refund my amount.

I had contacted the customer care on[protected]spent more than 15 minutes) they told that your item will be dispatched by tomorrow[protected] and your tracking id will be updated in your login. On[protected] they told that due to Saturday & Sunday holiday your item not dispatched and the same will be dispatched by[protected]. I lost all the hope and cancel the order.
