I have ordered me a product which was delayed for shipping near to 20 days I called customer care and they said we have cancelled the order but now I have got the order please take some action regarding to this otherwise legal action will be taken

I recently ordered a oneplus earbuds from this website, order no 2057514.
They had several options on website to take the payment from customer and no COD option there. i paid the amount via scanning QR code and ordered it.
Then i got to know about bad reviews about this company on internet.
I tried to cancel the order but this option is not working, they ask to contact support team but this was so ridiculous that no one answered the calls staying on Hold and listing to the IVR for one hour that all of cx executives are busy on other lines.
I mailed to the company and raised a ticket also but no one is answering or replying them.
Then i tried to search their office address and i searched it on google there was no such office and the address on website was fake.
this is a whole scam company website they don't update anything and don't deliver anything.

I Order a set earbuds of oneplus then on VLE bazaar then I checked reviews on Internet about the company and I Saw very bad reviews so I tried to cancel the order but it was getting failed I tried to reach out to the company sport team in every way I mailed to the company support email address raised a ticket but nothing worked I called on given support numbers but no one is answering the calls only IVR is going on whenever I select the option to cancel the order and refund my amount to the same source of payment it shows some errors and text me back to the same page

I ordered pc web cam product not working received call castmer care

I recently purchased an item from vlebazzar on 10th of march 2023 and i saw a bunch of reviews and claims about the website being a fraud and not able to cancel orders and not refunding the customers. I immediately tried to cancel my order but it said that something went wrong and told me to contact customer support. I tried submitting tickets and calling the customer care but they never picked up my calls, even when they do they put me on hold for more than 15mins and ended the call. I've been trying so much for 3 days to contact them but to no avail. My order is currently in processing and hasn't been shipped so it qualifies to cancel my order but why won't they let me cancel my order. In the order page it says that my product will be shipped on 15th of march so i have until then to try to cancel my order otherwise they have the upper hand and argue that it has already been shipped. There has been so many reviews in consumer forums about doing exactly the same to all of the customers. A quick google search will show all that i have mentioned. Please do something, i want to chargeback my money.

I h avr ordered and paid for I R samsung galaxy J5 PRIME GOLD mobile phone on 27th Feb 20 23, but TILL no information on the order, on calling customer care t H ey say within 2 days it will be sorted out but TILL now no information.
I f possible deliver my product or refund the cash paid

Hi Team,
I have tried of all medium to reach to your support team to get wallet balance to my bank account.
But yet no body help on that from last 9 month.

Is this fraud yea really you are going to transfer wallet balance to my bank account

I placed an order on their website and they failed to dispatch my order even after 10 days as they do not have the product in-stock, they failed to give me an update about the status and ignored my calls, mails and tickets as if it was done on purpose.

I cancelled the order but they are taking 20 days to refund my money back and when I ask them about it, the extremely rude customer service is just disconnecting my calls and playing around as if this whole thing is a big joke.

Their website's return policy mentioned that it would take 1 day to refund my money(It was done by UPI method), yet they are taking over 20 days for no real reason and arguing with me that I'm the one who is at fault.

Wish we had better consumer protection laws so businesses like this won't play around and make common folks life a misery.

Third time in a row i have order from their website as they are nt refunding the amount nor delivering the product they even don't have fear of consumer court. straight away refunding the money to their wallet after 2 months followup and not returning the same to origin account. And what frustrating you people are not at all concern about them being such ### and you doing nothing against them

Product not yet received and money not payed back.

On Feb 4 2023 I placed an order 1984513 and the order was said to be delivered in 2 days but it’s been 20 days now and the order is still not dispatched . When I contacted customer care they said it will be dispatched in 2 days but after trying for 4 times and hearing the same thing that it will be dispatched soon I decided to cancel the order . When I called them to cancel the order they said it will be cancelled in 1 Hr and the amount will be refunded in 4-5 days but it’s been many days and I have not got any confirmation on the cancellation of my order . I paid Rs 718 for this order
