I made a payment of 2049 for a CCTV Camera. However, within few hours I cancelled it as I got a finer resolution camera at a much better price on a different portal.
Even though VLEbazaar customer care agreed to cancel the order, it has been 3 weeks now but the refund has not been initiated by VLEBAZAAR.

I had ordered a (realme 360 deg 1080p full hd wifi smart security camera (white) rmh2001 ) smart camera on 06.03.2023 and payment is also made in full. But yet now, i am not received any feedback from vlebazaar. Then iam cancelled my order on 21.03.2023. But till today i did't received my refund back. Defenitly it is a fraud company cheating people by misleading advertisement in their site. Also not contactable directly to company persons. So my humble request you to add this company in to blacklist & help me to get my refund as soon as possible jai hind

This fake company not sending my product back nor refunding my money and neither there fake customer care no they are picking calls

I ordered LAPCARE E9 Wired USB Multi-device Keyboard (Black) from vle bazar on 30/03/2023, but not dispatched my product many time call to customer but not response i want cancelled but i unable to cancel my product., when i have call to customer care they always say tomorrow it will dispatch. but still i unable to see any tracing id and message
but no followup again again mail but same no response

create a very irretating & inteliletucal disterbence from VLE BAZAR.COM
Please Help To REfund from it .

I ordered infinix not 12 pro 5g from vle bazar but after 1 months & 10 days mobile not dispatch from vle bazar.com many time call to custmercare but not response i want cacelled but not notcacelling the ordered many time mail, to custmer support but he said within 5 to 7 days you r order dispatch
but no followup again again mail but same no response

My order id is 2074163, ordered on 22/04/23, need to ship within 27/03/23, but still not shipped. I requesting to refund, but they say wait, 24 to 48 hrs.. until now(04/04/23).. i have not recieved the refund. Now what to do

Order id-1419572 Order date-18.02.2022 Product- Printer HP 1020+B&W Amount paid-12299/ and they promised me to delivered till 21.02.2022 but they given excuses and not delivered the product so I apply for cancellation on 12.03.2022 and they have cancelled the order but they did not refund the amount and when I called them they told will refund with in a week but not refunded. finally they credited amount to VLE Bazaar wallet, again I requested to pay to my Bank account but they have not returned. I fed up with this issue, then again I order (order ID 1729425) a product which is cancelled immediately, in their transaction details it is showing refunded but amount showing zero. Request you to kindly arrange to return my amount to my Bank account at the earliest. It's almost 1 year 2 months since I ordered product and waiting for refund of my amount.

I had ordered M221 Logitech mouse. I have received the order, but I find that it is not in logitech pack and is sent in open box of VLE & looks used one. There is also a AA battery which is rusted inside. This is not fair. You should intimate the customer if you are selling second hand goods. Please refund my amount to avoid any legal procedures on the same. Please consider the message seriously and with priority. I will also write to Himanshu Agrawal, your director.

Ordered "Echo Auto" on 12/03/2024 and received a wrong product ie. Echo Dot. Order ID 2051019.Called several times on a call centre with waiting period of 30-45 minutes. Ultimately it was taken back on22/03/2023.But till today no replacement or mone is refunded. Neither they communicate to me about the status. When talk to call centre they are so rude and never have any satisfactiory answer.

I have ordered a product from their website and I paid for that product via UPI. These all happened on 24/03/2023. But till now no response. Customer care response is they are saying tomorrow tomorrow only. Cancel option also not working.

I ordered realme buds air 3s on 25 th March, its been 7 days they have not dispatched my order and they blocked me from Instagram also and most horrifying part is i wrote negative review and gave 1star in realme buds air 3s but they altered my comment and wrote these earbuds are really amazing i mean isn't this against law.

How can u change consumer reviews/ ratings without consent this is fraud.

I want my refund back and this company should compensate me with their cheap low class behaviour

I ordered a wireless keyboard and mouse from vlebazaar.in on 27th of Feb but they are not delivered my order yet. I have contacted there team many times but they are not responding. you are requested to send my order as soon as possible, otherwise, I will have to resort to the consumer court, and you all will have to file a complaint against the company.

I recently ordered a oneplus earbuds from this website, order no 2057514.
They had several options on website to take the payment from customer and no COD option there. i paid the amount via scanning QR code and ordered it.
Then i got to know about bad reviews about this company on internet.
I tried to cancel the order but this option is not working, they ask to contact support team but this was so ridiculous that no one answered the calls staying on Hold and listing to the IVR for one hour that all of cx executives are busy on other lines.
I mailed to the company and raised a ticket also but no one is answering or replying them.
Then i tried to search their office address and i searched it on google there was no such office and the address on website was fake.
this is a whole scam company website they don't update anything and don't deliver anything.

I Order a set earbuds of oneplus then on VLE bazaar then I checked reviews on Internet about the company and I Saw very bad reviews so I tried to cancel the order but it was getting failed I tried to reach out to the company sport team in every way I mailed to the company support email address raised a ticket but nothing worked I called on given support numbers but no one is answering the calls only IVR is going on whenever I select the option to cancel the order and refund my amount to the same source of payment it shows some errors and text me back to the same page
