I recently ordered a oneplus earbuds from this website, order no
2057514.
They had several options on website to take the payment from customer
and no COD option there. i paid the amount via scanning QR code and
ordered it.
Then i got to know about bad reviews about this company on internet.
I tried to cancel the order but this option is not working, they ask
to contact support team but this was so ridiculous that no one
answered the calls staying on Hold and listing to the IVR for one hour
that all of cx executives are busy on other lines.
I mailed to the company and raised a ticket also but no one is
answering or replying them.
Then i tried to search their office address and i searched it on
google there was no such office and the address on website was fake.
this is a whole scam company website they don't update anything and
don't deliver anything.

    Company emailed me sharing my contact number but why to share contact no if I made totally payments for order that I ordered on 10 May 23 till today 16 May 23 order is not dispatched. Everyday company representative says only today order will be dispatched. Company web page shows free and fast delivery but it is totally wrong and lots of complaints are showing everywhere against vlebazar. If company not dispatched my order today I am going to complaint against vlebazar in onlinelegalindia.com regarding cheating and bluffing with customer. Every customer cheated by vlebazar must file complaints on onlinelegalindia.com against vlebazar

      I had purchased a product on Vlebazaar which I cancelled immediately because it was not compatible. The cancellation was processed and refund amount was transferred in the wallet account. I asked them to transfer the amount to original source payment bank account. I have been contacting them since 3 months and they old respond by saying it will be done next week. It seems like a bogus company

        India is turning into a jungle.
        With borrowers running away with Bank's Money and fraudsters like VLEbazar extorting money from public.

        Order ID 2108647

        The company is neither refunding the amt 2049 nor are they dispatching the article.

        When you call them, people like Akshay and Shubham are using abusive language and threatening of dire consequences.

        Looks like public has lost its basic privileges in BJP ruled country

                I ordered Jio phone in Vlebazzar on 3rd April and received the product on 8th April 2023. The product was damaged and I raised a return/ refund in their official support page and had multiple calls with them. No proper response from. Till today May 3, 2023, I have received any proper response or refund from them.

                These type of fraud website should be banned.

                    I have ordered a product through their site. Because of the delay in processing the product, I decided to cancel it. I called them and told them to cancel the product and asked them to Refund it. They listed that the refund will be processed after 15 days and till now it is not yet done. If I call them then they will say Monday or within three days these will be done. Apart from that no replay for calls or just simply waiting on hold or they will reject the calls.

                              i placed order for mobile realme c33 night sea by paying an amount of rs.8899 through my credit card received order no.2102284 placed successfully.
                              Requested them on 13th inst to cancel the order which they have not done.
                              When i contacted them today the officials told that cancellation of order will be done and amount will be repaid within half an hour. Many hours have passed no email nor any mgs.
                              Kindly arrange for refund of the amount.

                                  My order had been placed 10 days ago, the order is not out for shipment yet, the shipping company shiprocket has informed me of that. I had also sent a message to your helpdesk who just asked me for my order id, after being provided with which, they have not replied, It has been four days and they have not replied .I have tried calling their customer care number and even after multiple calls they have not picked up .The payment had already been made at the time of placing the order. They said the delivery would be completed within 5 days and it has been 10 days without the order being dispatched. I needed this item before I went to my boarding school and as a student I feel cheated and scammed . I earnestly request you to please look into this and take action if necessary. Thank you.

Whose prepaid Rupees 18, 999.00/- order id - #2042925, Dated 16/03/2023 I cancelled this product for my another problem, Money refunded at 'vle bazaar' wallet at dated 16/03/2023, but not refund my money original account, Manya timis call 'vle bazaar' customer care, They are saying same issue, early resolve this problem within 2 and 3 days. So I requesting to yours please resolve this problem, I will very much obliged.

                                      1) I have been literally begging VLEBazaar Customer Care to refund my amount.

                                      VLEBazaar cancelled my order, however, they are not refunding my amount of 2049/-

                                      2) For another order they debited 899.10/- for an extender but did not generate an Order ID.

                                      Called VLEBazaar customer care several times and marked them several mails with screen-shots of bank account showing deduction and screen-shots of Razor Pay.

                                      I have lost 3000/- to VLEbazaar buy I will try my best not to let other people fall prey to them.
