I created an account your website a few days ago. I placed my first orders. I received the products after 10 days. That's okay. But I received damaged products.

I requested a return, but I still didn't get the products. I created a support ticket. I got a reply, but the new order is not processed yet.

I want to know when I will receive the products, the exact date and the shipment details. Otherwise, please return my amount.

I also tried to connect with you by calling [protected], but I got a voice message saying "please wait to connect the call". I waited for more than 30 minutes.

I feel they are fraud.

I ordered a Bluetooth headset on[protected] on vlebazaar. the order id for the earphone is #2429638. The product is not delivered yet. there was no cash on delivery option, so money is also paid for it. Now I'm trying to cancel that order, but it is not taking the cancel request. while cancelling the item it asks me to contact the customer service. I contacted that also and they said they will cancel from their side and money will be refunded but that is also a fake promise. customer care services are also not satisfactory.

I want my refund to this number-[protected].I don't want any transactions into vlebazaar wallet.Don't check my patience till consumer court reach you.I want my money as early as possible.I have all proofs against you.And already complained to consumer court.If you don't refund my amount as early as possible to my number.I'll raise more complaints with multiple numbers, till your fake business shutdowns

Despite my request for a refund, I have not received any response or action regarding the return and refund process. The customer service representative has been unhelpful and unresponsive. Still my order is not despatched yet, ordered on 15th July..

Several times i called to [protected] this number, after waiting 10 mins and while waiting queue in 1, call disconnect with voice message as "all are busy, try some time"

I tried to cancel also, not able to do so.. getting error msg as "something happened, contact customer care"

ONLINE SCAM AND FRAUD!!!

I want full refund as soon as possible, I did payed 5899 ruppees via gpay.

I ordered my Samsung M30 from Vlebazaar on 12th july'2023. It was to be first dispatched on 13th and then 15th. But it has been over 20 days, and still there is no response yet of even dispatching the products.

WORST CUSTOME SUPPORTNO reply of emails, NO STATUS of product, NOT picking up of the calll even after waiting in the queue for hour and then saying plz call later. FAKE TICKETS raised. WRONG NUMBERS menioned on the website, not working

PayU, banking partner responded that please contact your merchant for this issue.

ALL the proofs are submitted in below png, Help me as soon as possible,

I am complaining for my payment refund which is not received back. I have ordered JBL Boom Box speaker Order ID. #2280154 on 26/06/2023.
But due to late delivery, I have cancelled order on 29/06/2023.
They confirmed me that I will receive my money back within 24 hours. But after several calls They are not responding genuinely and My money stucked. Also I have mailed but no proper reply. Here attahced my order details. Kindly requesting to help me in my money refund. I am feeling harassment.
