We r stop my esc plz resfund my investing mony

I mr amit vijay borkar have invested for a plot which was shown by vmc developers at shahapur named vishwambhar lawn.. Fyi my customer id is 00355. Later on i came to know that the company is not giving plots, so i approached office for cancellation and they gave me letter of cancellation for both sites also promised me to refund my money through neft to my account within one year on monthly basis. I submitted my documents on 07th aug 2016 but till date they have not refunded me single penny. It is my humble request to look into the matter and help me in getting my amount back.

Pls do the needful...

I ve purchase 1067 sq. Feet (4 nos. Of same area) purpose na land in shahpur from vmc developer in 2012.

Deal was within 8 years they ll get na for that land. I ve make payment by cheque in emi basis. Price was 99 rs per sq. Ft.

Now after 7 (85 months) years they are saying that there is some government issue for na and other buyers not pay their all emi in time. So they are not able to give possession. Instead of that they are ready to return money with the interest whatever bank is paying.

They also having number of other projects also and price is still 99 rs per sq. Ft. I dont want money back, i want land.

Can anyone suggest me what i have to do in this case.

If anyone also having same case with vmc developers then pls reply.

I have purchased 4 plots with full payment in 2013 & my mother also purchased one plot with full payment from vmc developer thane but still date they didn't give possession of plots.in family we purchased 5 plots from vmc developer's. As per agreement they have also buy back plan of 36 months where they give double amount. But still date they didn't give any refunds as per agreement double amount or with 18 % interest rate or alternative legal registered plot of same area with other project of vmc developer's in same amount. So please take action against vmc developer's & help to resolve the issue with legal registered possession of plots or refunds. Please resolve on urgent basis.

I have booked four plots & entire amount has paid to vmc but no confirmation of plots allotment, not giving any commitment.

Many times i have visited vmc office but not firm response get from vmc.

Many times there offices are get close or shifted from places. Many times they give false commitment that your plots na procedure are yet in progress & once complete will allot the plots but never happen.

Sir i have made a payment to the company via cheque and ecs of inr 53000/-

The sales person / company representative called me over the phone and subsequently visited my residence for explaining the project.in order to understand more about the project, i had visited their office at thane. The company representative then arranged for the site visit at shahpur.

They then convinced me for the plot, i then paid them the booking amount. The additional amount was then paid via ecs monthly instalment (Payment schedule enclosed).

Sir till date i have paid them total inr – 53000/-

I have been in touch with them 2015 to till date via visiting the office for the status of cancellation refund. However they never replied. I had also visited their office 3 to 4 times during[protected], however every time they convinced me refund the cancellation amount but cancellation amount not received till date. However they did not provide us any update on the cancellation refund amount.

I did accordingly based on the promise that they will refund the money in 5 to 6 months. Sir however they never did the refund for last 48 months.

I have been following up with them for the payment, however they are not contactable.

Sir i feel cheated by the company.

Sir, i wish to lodge my fir against the directors / owners of vmc developers & realtors pvt ltd. For the fraud being done with me.

I bought 2 plots, they said we will give u 7/12 paper in two years but they dont give and they promise if you you cancel plot we will refund within 6 month now i am trying to cancel deal they said when will you get money dont know.
What should i do pls help me

Still deducting money from bank they said pay full and take you 7/12 paper from 10 years they not give me now how they will give they are trying to make fool us

Myself Haresh Wanjare, I had Purchase 6 Plots from VMC at Vihang City Location with full payment of 3 lakh on March 2012 and registration process of MOU also done, since few Years while followup they are giving excuse & handover is still pending by VMC Team. I aggressively follow-up with team but they are not responding….. but they are giving only postpone dates for the same till date…
I am totally irritated by VMC Management Team …..

I have booked a 2000 sq ft plot in the name of my mother saira shaikh in 2008. The possession was supposed to be given in 2012 after completing all installments. Even after paying full installments i have been not handed over the plot and i had to finally cancelled my booking in june 2017 after feeling trapped by this fraudster. Till the time i haven't received a single penny which i have paid. Total amt paid was 218570/-. Now i am in need of money and i am completely relying on this refund and awaiting some kind o[censored]pdate from their end. I am requesting the concern authority to look into this matter as i m in badly need of this money which they are holding since 2012. I feel they are not willing to pay it back to me. Reuqesting you to do the needful as it would help me in my bad time. Please let me know if you require any other details related plot

I kishor deore residing in dhule district purchased 1 n a plot in vrindavan garden near shahapur from vmc developers in 2013, also executive of vmc developer told me that you can buy back your plot after 3 three years. Now i had submitted all documents to vmc office in 2017 but till date they are not refunding my money, currently my mother is hospitalised (She is heart patient). I am continuously follow with executive and directors, but they are not giving proper answers. So please take serious action against vmc developers

Dear vmc,

I have availed your offer to book 2 plots of one guntha (1076 sq ft) each at shahapur (Ajinkya city) in gudi padwa march 2015. The scheme offer was either you get 2 plots within 3 years or a refund of double of the money.

I have visited your office in september 2018 and asked for a refund of the money as it appears that you are unable to transfer/ register a clear title for the said plots.

I am still waiting for a refund.

Visited so many times but till date only 20000/- money has been refunded. Spoken to mr suryakant, kishor, sanjay pawar, rahul, pusalkar apana, and sarika kukiyan and also with customer care. They sold the shahpur land 4 years ago in 2015 and after 3 years money double. Now in 2018 when i ask them for payment. They say they are in loss. And cant pay. Will give installments after diwali and making stories. Their office is closed and there is smaller office and they making issues that due to rera they are facing problems. We are stuck with this wrong investment. Any help appreciated

Plots booked in 2009 .paid all installments
Last installment was paid in November 2014 but plots not allotted so far
Paid registration charges in April 2018 but registration is not done.
Giving false reasons for why registration is not happening.
Approach made many times.
Submitted all coppies three times.
Given request three times on that promises.

I Satyaprakash Dubey having customer code number 484101 have booked 2 plots of area 1076 sq. ft each in February 2012 under VMC's Vihang City & paid all 60 installment through cheque monthly and last ECS installment was done on 15th April 2017. I have paid Rs 140000 and remaining amount should be paid at the time of registration. After completion of period of MOU I have contacted Mr Shankar Gupta at VMC (vision E mall corporation) office Thane. I asked about NA status of my plots and registration, possession they said the process of NA will not be possible as this project come in environment zone. I had asked show me the paper regarding the same but they didn't show any evidence or documents. I don't trust them. I have seen there many people's are crying for their plots and refund but no one is there to listen them. It's completely fraud company. Government should take action against this company.. Its ISO certified. ISO number of this company is ISO[protected].

Hi team,
We have purchased na plots from vmc vihang city shahpur. After we cancelled our plots and gone for settlement. At that time they said they will start the payments monthly from sept2017. But still we have not received any thing from them. We called them to the given contact number but they are not lifting that phone.
Can you please suggest me how to proceed o n this.

My name is shubhangi nagpure. My cid number is 00134.in dated 16/06/2015 i am cancelled the na plot. The executive told me your cancellation amount received oct -2015 to nov -2015. I am total pay amount rs. 53000/- but only received 10000/- i am calling vmc office but they told me your will received your cancellation amt & they only dates & not the cancellation amount. After some years i came to know the company is not giving plots, so i approached office for cancellation and they gave me letter of cancellation for both sites and promised me to refund my money within one year, but till date they have not refunded me single penny.
