Since the past 20 days( 23/6/2014), i have been complaining about a unresponsive/ slow/ disruptive connection ( infact the worst, i have experienced so far, if compared with 'aircel/ reliance/ bsnl". Your kolkata- dumdum road store, is located within 100 metres from my location/ house address ie where i use the sim most, for connecting wi-fi, either on my apple desktop, or google nexus tab, or apple ipod, or a smartphone. I had posted these details, when asked for by your kolkata care personnels. After, repeated emails, i recieve the same stereotyped response mail, indicating the above complaint no. And a resolution/ mitigation by 11.7.2014, which is already past now ! Till today, i found that, most of my gadgets, are refusing to connect to url-192.168.1.1, more often than not. I use the sim in a( -- micromax(Mmx400r) -- wireless router. Although, i am not getting to use your connectivity, yet billing is being done, without slash or compensation of the services not rendered ? Under, the circumstances, i ask you to promptly resolve, or else disconnect/ suspend the connection( which ever is earlier) under reference, forthwith, Spell check Category Country City no search results.
