Vodafone India — complaint for compensation of 2cr and changes in tariff plan | |||||
Hello sir/ma'm, I am writing this mail in regards to my phone # [protected]. I have mailed several mail to vodafone from 10th of august 2017 to 31st august 2017 several times that i got cheated and looted by misleading sale of plan as mentioned below but till date they have neither approached through calling me neither changed my plan as mentioned or converted in to prepaid from post paid or else porting done to my earlier subscriber reliance. But till date it has not been done know i will not pay bill and request to file the complain against with compensation of 20cr for mental agony and harassment against vodafone Now the playing mail - mail is enough, just let me know by reading all trailing mail that you are u able to provide the plan 299 with unlimited call/sms and 90 gb data per month as per your executive have convicted me to port my mobile from prepaid to post paid or else it is last request to you to transfer my mobile to prepaid as i am also not using your no for calls and surfing till i get solution... If it will not done by today eod i will file consumer complain online against vodafone in trai & consumer forum. Great you all are playing with the lawyer, that what will happen to others, you never take effort to call customer from your end by seeing so many mail continuously for one subject only sending reply stereo type by copy and paste. Pls come up and give me solution or ready to face music of court. If i will enter the matter in court than i will go for compensation of mental agony and harassment to the customer by giving false promise of offer and misleading plan offer. Money will not matter for me i will go every court where i think it is required i will release in press and media my all emails from the time of activation till date, so for your and my better prospectus do some solution either give the promised plan or else convert my mobile in prepaid or else directly port to my earlier subscriber or else i am too much frustrated i will take hard steps and be ready to face media and court as i will not pay single penny till i get resolved and if i get 499 /- bill than i will demand for compensation of mental agony and harassment. Pls accept my complain online and register my case under consumer forum and kindly provide me compensation of 2 cr with change in plan as mentioned earlier of 299/- unlimited call/sms and 90 gb data per month.
