Vodafone India — Fraudulent service_Complaint registered at store[protected] | |||
Hi My name is Alton Sanctis and my father Mr Louis Sanctis is having a prepaid Sim no [protected]. On Sunday 29th March 2015 I had called to customer care for prepaid to post paid migration and had spoken to Pathan from prepaid team who had advise me send Photograph' Pan card and aadhar card of my Father vide watsapp no [protected] and he had confirmed me that post paid Sim will be delivered to my father the next day. Next day on 30th I had got a sms from Vodafone that its in processing. Till date no sim has been delivered . Pls note that my father has not self attested these docs nor he has signed any form. Ensue that there is no miss use of my father's doc and if I will not get the relevant resolution I will lodge a complaint with police. Today morning I had visited store and they had said no such processing is done and they had registered a complaint with the captioned no and asked to email me on Vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com. I had initiated mail on 1st April, 2015 and till date there is no revert from Vodafone India.
