Vodafone India — MNP and postpaid activation | |||||
Hi, My number is : [protected] I have applied for MNP to Vodafone with submitted document at ministore, Naranpura, Ahmedabad its about 1.5 month Ago from Airtel as my previous provider. Airtel release my number after 7-10 days and then problem start with Vodafone. Problem 1 : Vodafone Activate my number after 3 days and my card is deactivated for 3 days Problem 2: After 5 days my number again deactivated and I contacted near Vodafone centre and they ask to replace my SIM with new one the old one is wrong which given by Vodafone ministore Ahmedabad. Card is activated after after 3-4 hours. Problem 3: I got message your connection will be barred please contact vodafone center. I was go again S.G. Highway and they ask me your address verification is failed . and I found that they noted my address wrong in their system despite i provided correct address in my light bill. They are ask me to submit again document and I submitted document on next day (my card is still deactivated) Problem 4: After 1 day I am going again in vodafone for knowing status of my card and they will ask we cannot help you contact the ministore naranpura which you are submitted document intially.(my card is still deactivated) Next day i am going there and repeat same whole problem and they asking me your number is PERMANENT deactivate and allow to free to assign other ..I shocked I used that number since last 10 years and how can you assign other. Problem 5: They Will ask for 3 days to activate number and i filled whole new form with new documents with CUG plan now(my card is still deactivated) Problem 6 : After wait of 7 days card is not activated (OMG) I am really disappoint and After 7 day they replied your signature is not display in license (Why they are not telling me that while collect documents). Again I have sumitted my PAN Card, Election card and asking for activated .(my card is still deactivated) After 4 Days I called again why my card is not still activated. they didn’t picked up my call and after long try i got answer you have problem to CUG code. I don’t Know what is problem ...Now I am frustrated and What should i do for complain of Vodafone ..Can I take some legal action? For myself, I am unable to send any stop service message and MNP request message to Vodafone.
