Vodafone India — recharge through paytm | |||||
Sir, I am a consumer of vodafone being no. [protected]. Yesterday in the afternoon i have recharged rs.149/- through paytm.in this system it was shown unlimited talk time and others. It was recharged successfully but the facilities are not available. Even phone calls are not going to other phones like bsnl, airtel, etc. It is going to only vodafone numbers. I have talked with the customer care. He says that if i recharge online then facilities will not be given to me. On that answer i am not satisfied. Please take necessary step and please arrange to give facilities shown in the online system. I am also using another vodafone no. I. E. [protected]. Thanking you.
