Dear Sir I, Ankhi Nath, of BD-79, Sector-I, Bidhan Nagar, Kolkata-700064, I do hereby write to you as follows:- I, myself is the sole and absolute owner of the plot of land situated at Touzi No. 146, R.S. No. 262, J L No. 67 appretaining to khatian No. 41 being part of Dag No. 493 in Mouza Maheswarpur within Police Station-Barasat in the District of 24 parganas (N) inclusive of a Kutcha shop room measuring about 225 sq ft. (approx) tanented to Mr Madan Chandra Pal, of Palpara Road (Kumorpara), Village – Maheswarpur, PO – Badu, North 24 Pgs, Kolkata – 700128. It is observed that your Madyamgram office has installed one Electric meter along with electric connection in that above mentioned shoproom without taking any such permission from me by themselves or by anybody other. Enquiring into the matter I have come to know from the local source of information, that this meter was installed sometime in the last week of December, 2013 in the name of some Sanjib Pal (who has no legal entity in this shop room). In reply to my first enquiry to your Mr S Patra, AE(E) & Station Manager, Madhyamgram CCC, WBSEDL, informed us that the connection has been effected based on one self-affidavit (which cannot be true) and voter card of the applicant. In reply to my advocate’s enquiry, he carefully & intentionally avoided to mention the name of the person to whom the connection has been issued and on which date, as he knows pretty well that an illegal practice took place in this issue by his office. He even refused to show and hand over us the photocopy of the documents on basis of which he passed the order for this connection. From the whole issue it is absolutely clear that Mr Patra’s office exercised a malafide practice for this intentional & illegal fever to some unauthorized person. Under these circumstances I request to your good self to intervene into the matter, let me know the whole details of this connection in writing along with the supporting documents for my further administrative action and please disconnect supply of electricity to this connection as early as possible.     To Whom it may concern, I have made written queries about the electric line being supplied to an illegal occupant on my property at J L no 7 under Moricha gram. Since the police report rec through the minority commission holds the trespasser under sec 145 Cr Pc Will the manager in incharge make descreet enquiries as to the mode and method of line received by the illegal occupant at Baikantapur? Please be informed I legally own the plot no 146 and pay bills as consumer from Kamdevpur customer center. Gram Panchayat Moricha is well aware of the taxes paid for three plots owned by me. Plot no 146, 145 and157, Since we are law abiding senior citizens we request prompt and speedy remedial action in the matter. Thank you, Mr J L Grosser,

      I Sanjib Kundu filed a application on 18/12/2012 for surrender and permanent disconnect the Electric Line. Not only that on 09/04/2013 I also filed another application for meter surrender. But till date they have not any initiatives of my application. My Consumer No. is A110231, Consumer Id[protected] and Meter No. - G019748.

      The In charge of WBSEDCL in 217, S.B. Roy Chowdhury Road, Nimta, Kol-700049 also misbehave me.

      In this situation I earnest request to you please take necessary action other wise I will take Lawful action.

Sub: Excess billing due to Wrong Meter Reading Ref: Consumer Id[protected] Dear Sir, I am sorry to inform you that, I am Nirmal Saha of Chotobelu, Arobinda park, Serampore, Hooghly Consumer id is respectively –[protected], on 6.12.2013 I have got electric bill from the period 13.8.2013 to 20.11.2013 of Rs. 6709/- unit consumed previous reading 5589 (13.8.2013)current reading 6562 (20.11.2013)= unit consumed 973. After getting this I have been shocked and physically saw the meter, I saw that meter is showing 6127 on 7.12.2013 at 8 AM. Your representatives have shown 6562 before 18 days from today (7.12.2013) so how is it possible? I am sorry to say that this is for pure negligence and blunder. I therefore requesting you if you like you can send your representatives again to show the meter, or send the bill for previous reading 5589 to 6127 upto 7.12.2013 = 538 units after getting fresh bill I shall pay the amount, also instruct your meter reading representatives not to do this kind of blunder in future.             Sir,
            With due respect and I want so say that on 31st May, 2013 some technical staff and station manager of Balichak Customer care Center inspected our premises and found a very small rejected(joint at middle) one sq. mm local wire.And they said that you by pass the meter from nearest LT overhead line for poultry purpose.But we already have domestic LPG connection.The true fact is that the joint which was also found at the angle was made by WBSEDCL stuff at the time of replacing the meter which was very old(Watch type energy meter).They joint the 6 sq. mm two core cable with 10 sq. mm cable(old) at that time.Then the Balichak staff disconnect the line and took the energy meter with them.There after they sent provisonal assesment bill of huge amount Rs. 109026.00.After appealing at wbsetcl the bill was reduced and paid by my father.But without energy meter Balichak Customer care consecutively send electricity bill and did not connect the line.The behaviour of station manager, A.kumar Balichak CCC not good.My family is very poor and my mother is very ill.I also outside from my home near about 2yrs and six month.Only two family members are there.
            There fore, I pray that you would be kind enough to investigate the matters and connect the energy meter.

              Dear sir,
              I would like to introduce myself as an entrepreneur intend to set up
              poultry Farm in janardhan sair, Ethora p.s Asansol ( N) P.S . In this
              regard i applied for electric connection for commercial purposes via
              ref No -[protected] Dated 18.613 to Station Manager, Domani asansol
              dist Burdwan but i received letter from them stating that due to non
              electrified zone they could not give connection.
              Moreover i personally met with Sm and again he told some thing but
              asked me to go for new transformer if i want to take line . I
              approached divisional Manager and perhaps he was kind enough to talk
              to station manager himself and requested him to do work . The
              station manager asked me to go turnkey basis for which i give
              application on 19/9/13 requesting for re inspection and estimation of
              overall expenditure . The station manager assigned one contractor who
              did inspection and estimated that 11 poles is required in order to
              take connection . unsatisfied with his estimate i again approached DM
              who asked acting SM as SM is on leave to do re inspection and he said
              12 poles is required and he too asked his contractor to do my work .
              I would like to bring in your kind attention that this place is
              influenced by broker and contractor and intentionally they are
              harassing consumer for their selfish gain .
              Further i am astonished how they denied earlier saying it is non
              electric zone and ON turnkey work with contractor they are ready to
              execute work as i have to bear entire cost of poles and wires etc
              which is beyond my reach financially. they are also increasing
              numbers of poles to increase work expenditure so that they could gain
              good profit. I would like to say that my site hardly 300m away from
              road where already connection is given to school . poultry Farm
              doesn't require much load as i will using 6 to 10 bulb of 100 watt and
              small motor to pump out water.
              I would be grateful if you could look into this matter as already 5
              month is over and i am still in dark as how much i am likely charge
              for connection as they i have not given estimation also.
              In my perception their mere object is extract money from me and this
              only reason they simply want to ignore or give unreasonable excuse to
              avoid my case. In spite of my written application regarding estimation
              of overall expenditure they have not given so far any written letter
              from department and they are keeping demanding money verbally .
              however they have done inspection many times but on that basis also
              they should given us estimate and if they want to do re inspection
              even then by this time they would have given some concrete picture
              about status of my case. Few days back some person called asking me to
              visit site for re inspection but didn't turn up . Now even DIVISIONAL
              ENGINEER ARE NOT TAKING ANY INITIATIVE TO TAKE SOME ACTION EVEN I AM
              MEETING HIM SEVERAL TIMES. ALL THEY WANT IS TO GIVE THIS TASK TO SOME
              CONTRACTOR AS PER THEIR WISH.
              I hope you will take appropriate step to bail me out this trouble as
              i having huge loss because o[censored]nable to start my project .

                Dear Sir, I applied for a new connection under Andal Electric Supply on 22/05/2012. After a long wiat they inspected my site on 06/08/2012. I waited & waited & waited.                   Sir, I am a WBSEDC Consumer. I live in Kankrakhuli (Vill+P.o.-Kankrakhuli, Dist-Hooghly, Pin no.-712302, Westbengal). In this place, many people steal electric for their home or other purpose. I informed Dhaniakhali WBSEDC office. But, they could not any step. Even, I informed Dhaniakhali Police but they also neglect it. Please take some necessary step. Don't encourage it. Regards.

                        Dear Sir, I have applied for new electric connection more than one year back (march'12) & we have deposited the quotation amount on Sept'12 but till now we didn't get the electric line. We have come to know that our application is approved & two pole(s) has been sanctioned & the order of giving the line is on process. But suddenly I have come know from some third person but reliable source, that it will take a long also but if I shall agree to pay extra then it will be done within two days only.                             I am a WBSEDCL CONSUMER, Consumer ID-5120A9820, Category- A(DM-R). In my bill there is showing Outstanding Amount for 04-2000, 05-2000, 09-2001,10-2001, 06-2002. Our electric supply office is BANPAS Electric supply. Me and My Father went to the Station Manager of BANPAS Electric Supply to show the PAID Receipt of Those Period Bill (Showing Outstanding) FOUR times, And also submitted XEROX copies but they denied to give recived copy. Still now we are getting Notices on that topic with Power Cut warning. We want Justice.....

                                  With reference to the above we are inform you that, I am lived in Kanaipur Hari sava Konnagar PO Kanaipur PS. Uttarpara Pin No-712235.Consumer ID.[protected]. Since last 3 months I am receiving very high electricity bill from WBSEDCL Konnagar. Actually we are using 3 fans, 1 Tube lights and Fridge but the Electric bills are coming above 1200/month which is very much high than what it should be. I have a doubt in my mind that either Electric Meter is not working properly or someone is doing Electric theft from our meter as we are unable to check what exactly happening because the meters are locked in a room. So request you to kindly look into it & resolve it as soon as possible.

                                    Dear Sir/Mam

                                    We are the villagers of Matiagacha. Ps. Barasat..are affected by regular power cut as because of high hooking or electricity theft. More or less all villagers are involved in this activities. Those who don't have miters are doing hooking and enjoying the modern civilization without any charges and also those who has miters they also doing hooking for saving there money. as a result Electric Transformer is not able to supply smiler voltage to all causes low voltage or regular power cut.
                                    One more things I wan to say as they use hooking they can change their electricity line any time to continue the service but as we have fixed line actually we are suffering everyday with power cut.There are some People in our village who are very famous or powerful are also involved in doing electricity theft.I am not mentioning there name for my shifty.

                                    Requesting you please do a surprised visit at our village with Police force you can catch more than hundred family for doing electric theft and relie[censored]s from this daily pain basically at night.

                                    Today we faced the same problem causes power cut. please Sir/mam our humble request, stop the hooking and caught the thief who taught that law is in their pocket and none is there to caught them.
                                    Hi Sir Now Power Cut problem is more or lase solved but hooking is not stopped. Most of the Villagers are involving in this.Sir Please take a serious step to stop this Unsocial activities.

                                      Dear sir, I would like to inform you the address sanjual, teli para near Hari Mandir his named Ranjit Mondal & his customer ID( C-339083) he is illegal using the illegal electricity from the pole.I have also complaint in your office many times(Kharagpur Inda Shakti Bhaban) the action has not against so far every night (7 P.M to 8 A.M) there are taking electricity from the polo.They are using heater to cook,fridge,colour tv. water pump etc. The meter reading comes every month & take 300/- rs. every month.                                       He is doing his buildings marble works and using lots of machines. For that he is bypassing his meter and using direct main line. It's a clear cut electricity theft. Please do the varification.
