    Today (11.06.14) due to a heavy storm, a Tree (in my boundary) has broken and dangerously hanging near the electric supply wires of our area.
    I telephoned DUTTAPUKUR ELECTRIC OFFICE at nearly 6.00.pm. They assured me for taking action imidiately. But they have not come today. We are very scared as the tree is dangerously hanging ang any time it can Tear the elctric power supply system of our area.
    Pls do something.

      I am a resident of Sripally Asansol West Bengal. For months together, we have very bad power fluctuation and voltage drops here. When my electrician checked in the afternoon he said it was 160 volts only. Hence he advised to put a Double Boost stabilizer, which he said will work even up to 140 volts (costs around Rs.4000). I did that. Even after that during nights, the Double Boost doesn't work after 8.00 p.m - 2.00 am (It seems voltage drops even below 140 volts !). One more bigger problem is my Computer UPS is not at all getting charged due to low voltage. I am afraid I will loose my good equipment like Fan, fridge, TV etc. It is not only for me but for all the residents of Sripally Asansol West Bengal. If such equipment wears out, it will be a calamity for many residents. Thus, hard earned money will be lost due to power shortage and voltage drops. Request W.B.S.E.B to take necessary steps IMMEDIATELY to stop voltage fluctuation and power cuts. Regards / ARINDAM.

      Hi arindam we are facing the same problem like u. Not only that past few days a massive power cut is happning

      I ve rang to customer care apcargardens . They are telling we have no idea y its happning, u pls go for higher authority.

        When I m going to register my connection id there is a option for installation number..but in the bill there is no installation number provided, after that I was calling the all call center of WBSEDCL but from there I'm not get any information.Bad service by call center

              Dear Sir, After fulfill all formality we all are till now harassed for permanent transformer within last few year. These all matter is handled by Mr Kundu-[protected]. Before 2 year ago they were using a pole for our new Transformer. And that moment the issue is Work Order. Now Work Order is already pass. When we telling about these matter to Mr. Kundu they tell us that it will be happen today or tomorrow. Why he do this we don’t know but we all are very much suffering. New Mr Kundu ( AE& Station Manager Barrackpore CCC ) latter us This is being informed that for installation of 1 transformer of 100KVA capacity for catering power at your premises, 1 Rail pole to be installed on road on the southern side in front of your permises where substation is situated . this arer is under PWD area. So, you are requested to arrange no objection for installation of rail pole from competent authority, so that we can install the transformer and cater the power at your premises.                 Sir there is highly irregular supply of electricity which was never faced by us in our unit at DALGAON BASTI AT DANGAPARA since last 4 years, in spite of complaints to station managers at BIRPARA SUPPLY OFFICE OF COMPANY who says these work of maintenance of HIGH TENSION lines has been done from Alipurduar division by its technical head who has appointed these petty contractors who are devoid of specialised technical staff and having only one vehicle covering huge area which has rendered poor or little maintenance of HT lines as such there is lot of power cut not because of load shedding or no electricity but due to very poor maintenance of HT lines whose faults they fail to find as they are devoid of qualified technical staff as such the supply of regular electricity has become from bad to worse because of non maintenance of HT lines by the petty contractors, so please look in to the matter( relates to BIRPARA GROUP SUPPLY OFFICE ) and have the supply be regular and punctual as it was before when the same work was maintained by company's technically experienced workers please please please

                  Deae sir, for our proposed poultry Farm situated at jannardhan shair P.O Ethora ASANSOL ( N) PS . I would like to bring in your kind attention that due to your initiative Fresh assessment carried out by Department during re inspection on dated 26.11.13 by concerned Department official. I was asked to give application to station Manager .Domani Asansol to execute work through Department dated 04 Dec 2013. In my letter to Station Manager, Domani i specifically requested to render us Estimation of work and overall expenditure for performing job . They made several request initially to carry this work through Turnkey-basis and being firm on to execute work through department work finally quotation was issued to me on 13 dec 2013 via memo no[protected]/quotation/13. As per quotation i paid Full amount via Receipt no[protected] &[protected] dated 15.3.14 The Station Manger, Domani asked to give fresh Application to carry work through Department & to give assurance that i will start construction on site by constructing small room for electrical connection and installation work which i did and small room is already constructed . I met thrice to station Manager, domani before starting construction and they assured me already work has been sanction and approved by Divisional Manager and i should go ahead in construction small room . I also met Divisional Manager about month ago and given him relevant paper related with quotation and receipt and he also said it will take a week to start work . Now about 2 day's ago when i again met with station he said work has been given to contractor but MATERIAL IS NOT AVAILABLE IN STORE. Further he said he can't give any confirmation on which date material will be available and it may take 3 month also . Sir i would like bring in your notice that i applied for New connection Ref No -[protected] dated 19.6.13 and quotation amount was fully paid and already 3 month is over still they are not giving any concrete Answer and assurance that when work will start on site . In my perception they are just making excuses to delay this work and harass me as i preferred department work instead of Turnkey basis through contractor . Moreover i am undergoing loss as still my project is not started and now i have keep guard as already room is constructed .                       THIS CONSUMER ID IS IN THE NAME OF CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA, KRISHNAPUR BRANCH. OUR BRANCH IS RUNNING IN ONE SMALL ROOM TOTAL AREA IS APPROX 400 SQ FT. IN OUR BRANCH TOTAL POINT IS 4 (FOUR) FAN, FIVE TUBE, FOUR CPU, TWO UPS & ONE ATM MACHINE ONLY CONSUME ON DAILY. BUT WE ARE SHOCKED OUR BILL COMES FROM 21.03.2014 TO 15.05.2014 THE TOTAL UNIT CONSUMED SHOWING 2698. HOW IT IS POSSIBLE, WE CAN'T UNDERSTAND . IN THE LAST MONTH OUR BILL WAS CAME FROM 07.11.2013 TO 17.02.2014 THE TOTAL UNIT 381. WE HAVE COMPLAINT LODGED IN LOCAL OFFICE, BUT THEY TOLD YOUR METER IS OK AND UNIT IS ALSO OK.                         [ Sub – The WBSEDCLofficials, does not provide service during the night, and hang up the phone of the Local Electric office in Bally Durgapur ] Hi, I am one of the miserable residents of Bally, Durgapur Howrah. Here in our locality whenever a power cut happens in the night, after 9-10 pm, even after registering a Docket call, no action is taken by the officials in the night. They would come the next day in the noontime to inspect and fix the issue. So the miserable inhabitants of that area have to survive with no-power for 14-15 hours in this sweltering heat. They would inhumanly hang up the telephone of the Bally Durgapur Electric office so that the local residents cannot call them. The details of the complaints are given below. Date – 20th May 2014. Time – 10:35pm Complaint No– 36500840 Consumer id–[protected] Even after registering the complaint, nobody from the Local Electric office came to resolve the issue in the night. We had to spend the night sleepless. Next morning they came and it just took 3-4 mins to resolve the issue and power came back after10:45 am. Can you believe this? All the miserable inhabitants of that area had to bear with 12.5 hours of power cut in this sweltering heat. The same incident occurred on the night of 14th May 2014 also. If in the areas like GARIA, NARENDRAPUR etc, the WBSEDCL officials can come in the middle of the night to restore power, then why not in areas like BALLY, HOWRAH. If people are employed to provide 24 hours service then they should be doing their duty in the night time also. We are paying our bills religiously, so can’t we expect that the WBSEDCL officials also do their duty in the night. But Unfortunately in BALLY DURGAPUR Electric office nothing is entertained after 6 pm. We make repeated calls but nobody answers, most of the time they inhumanly hang up the telephone. Such heinous and disastrous act from is absolutely not acceptable. This is pure inhumanity and should be reported to higher authority immediately. We demand proper investigation, and proper action should be taken against those in-human officials, so that this dastardly act i snot repeated ever after.                           I have the honor to apprise that I (SOUMYA BHANDARI) am a permanent resident of the bellow mentioned address want to take a new electric connection from your concern and for that I went to your W.B.S.E.D.C.L. office of the branch CHANDITALA, HOOGHLY on 12th may 2014 to deposit the QUOTATION fee (regarding memo no.-[protected]/quot/03/1673 dt. 03.05.14) for the new connection on my name “SOUMYA BHANDARI”. But the some one of your staff said me that the QUOTATION fee would be deposited on Tuesday & Thursday only..
                          As per his instruction I went on Tuesday but then your officer said only on 29th day of the month cash will be deposited. Then I asked for the circular or notice about this circumstances but he did not reply me.
                          Therefore I request you honor to focus the matter and take a consideration action immediately in favour of me.

                                I have paid the WBSEB electric bill on16th oct ..the transaction description is INB/[protected]/WBSEDCL/ .But wbseb portal shows my bill is still pending..and i am unable to give my this month bill also.. Please help

                                  On 23 rd.January 2014 one elec.Pole has been installed just adjacent to my second floor balcony inspite of spot objection from my family members. On very next day i submitted one objection letter mentioning detaiils at boalia customer care center, garia.
                                  I went for another reminder on 1st.April but that application was not registered due to absence of station manager at about 10-45 a.M.
                                  The pole is still there. I feel that if any electrical connection is provided on that pole in future any type of accident may occur due to narrow gap between the pole and my balcony.Clothing on my balcony will become risky with every possibility of accident.
                                  This is being a awareness warning, the authority will be held responsible for any unwanted happining in future.
                                  I would request you to remove the post on any convenient place.

                                    I serkini sherpa, have deposited the bubget amount for line sifting around 6 month ago, the contractor who have been given contract had only fallen pole last month.the pole was fallen also after requesting many time .they told they will do it within 10day but notting is being done till now .sir please look to it as soon as possible .my contact number is [protected].
