    I here by rahil parmar from gujarat vapi had a complain again waaky.com
    I had ordered a shoes from waaky.com on 11 march 2016. But the shoes has been changed and another shoes has delivered to me so i request to waaky.com to change it as soon as possible and so many times like 30 i had called in waaky.com but nobody was receiving the call, yesterday somebody had received a call and said to mail at waaky.com, i had mail 5-6 time but no reply is coming

        I am Jaiprakash Nagar, placed an order for the 2 Nokia 1100 mobile phones as published in the advertisement, Order Placed on :[protected]:28:27
        order ID : S[protected] but I did not get the product i'd ordered. The mobile phones sent are deplorable condition.The battery of the mobile phone is in swelled condition due to which it can proved to be hazardous any time . Moreover the relevant supported accessories are not in the box.
        I already sent many mails to their customer grievances to which i'vent got any satisfactory reply from them so far.Kindly escalate the problem to the concerned authorities as i am very much disappointed by the quality of product that i have received from whaaky.com

          Further i am trying to contact via mail and call for support to change size of product from 34 inches to 36 inches and delivery of product but no one response on the same.

              I have ordered a combo pack of Rs. 199/- from Whaaky.com on 5th March 2016. Payment has been made through net banking and it is successful. Combo pack include 1 sunglasses, 1 hat, 1 trimmer and 1 wallet. As per whaaky delivery terms and conditions they are suppose to dispatch the consignment within 10 days from the date of order. But every time I track my order it is showing the same status "shipment under process". Today is 18th March and it is almost 13 days order not yet delivered.I have tried to call several times to Whaaky and also to their partner Way2online Retail Pvt. Ltd. but no body has picked up the phone and neither respond to my email. Yesterday I have given a strong email to them but still no reply. Today when I track my order status once again it is showing showing "Cancelled". Previously order status was showing "Success". I am really confused and I think I have selected wrong portal for online shopping. If they can't deliver my order then I want my money back into my account. I know my order value is small but still it's a lot to me. Fake online portal should be immediately banned otherwise consumer's will face such problems.

              Thanks, today I got my refund back into my account. I think if I don't post my complain in "consumer complaints forum" I won't be able to get my refund. Tried to contact several times personally over email and phone to Whaaky and Way2online retail but unable to catch them. Finally I decided to write to consumer complaint forum and my problem has been resolved within 10 days. Thanks to all the members of consumer complaints forum who took initiative to solve the issue in short period. I got an sms today from CITRUS that amount of Rs. 199/- has been refund back in to my account.
              Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              Not yet received any call from Whaaky or way2 online retail customer. Pls. ask them to revert ASAP.
              Thanks, today I got my refund back into my account. I think if I don't post my complain in "consumer complaints forum" I won't be able to get my refund. Finally I decided to write to consumer complaint forum and my problem has been resolved within 10 days.                           I ordered a pack of 5 jeans sized 34 and i got 1 girl jeans of 26 size and 2 men jeans of 26 which were like 3/4th size of any regular jeans and 2 of 30 sized jeans and when i call their number no body responds and same with emails also. Never buy products from this website. 100% cheaters and they send some weird products to you and never bother to respond to mails or pick call after delivery of the product. Frauds & cheaters. Fools and cheaters and goons are in this company.

                                  I also want to share my exp of whakky. I placed order for a pack of 3 shirts and 3m pants. I received it after 30 days and the quality of clothes are so bad, which is of no use. Even the size of clothes are not as per your request.
                                  I have purchased a Nokia 5233 ARAMEX via code *[protected]* on Date 24/02/2016 which I totally duplicate and it is not working properly. It's all part are not original.I have many time complained about on whaaky email address with photos which is asked for.I have never get any response till today.What should I do.I want refund of this.

                                    My order for the 3 Koutons Denim Shirts on 13/01/2016 and (Order ID : S[protected] that consignment received on 28/01/2016 with wrong product and its not match with as displayed in there web site i had contact them for long time on there mentioned telephone number & email id as they displayed on the web site. As per there policy they denied to pick the parcel from my doorstep. Still i had to returned the parcel on my own cost on 02/02/2016 by demanded for refund of my hard & earned money. again after a long followup with them for my refund amount of rs. 1049/- they had send me fours fully again same product to me. Now again i had return that product to them on 15/03/2016 with demanded refund amount along with unnecessarily courier charges bear by me.
                                    This blanderness work has been cost me extra for return the material to them by courier.
                                    Overall It has been done purposely to me by them.
