I have ordered a combo pack of Rs. 199/- from Whaaky.com on 5th March 2016. Payment has been made through net banking and it is successful. Combo pack include 1 sunglasses, 1 hat, 1 trimmer and 1 wallet. As per whaaky delivery terms and conditions they are suppose to dispatch the consignment within 10 days from the date of order. But every time I track my order it is showing the same status "shipment under process". Today is 18th March and it is almost 13 days order not yet delivered.I have tried to call several times to Whaaky and also to their partner Way2online Retail Pvt. Ltd. but no body has picked up the phone and neither respond to my email. Yesterday I have given a strong email to them but still no reply. Today when I track my order status once again it is showing showing "Cancelled". Previously order status was showing "Success". I am really confused and I think I have selected wrong portal for online shopping. If they can't deliver my order then I want my money back into my account. I know my order value is small but still it's a lot to me. Fake online portal should be immediately banned otherwise consumer's will face such problems.

Complaint marked as Resolved Thanks, today I got my refund back into my account. I think if I don't post my complain in "consumer complaints forum" I won't be able to get my refund. Tried to contact several times personally over email and phone to Whaaky and Way2online retail but unable to catch them. Finally I decided to write to consumer complaint forum and my problem has been resolved within 10 days. Thanks to all the members of consumer complaints forum who took initiative to solve the issue in short period.
I got an sms today from CITRUS that amount of Rs. 199/- has been refund back in to my account.
Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
