        Dear Sir / Madam,

        I had Ordered Items (Shoes) from website http://www.whaaky.com on Dated[protected] against Order No.’s: S[protected] ; S80118524 with delivery within between 1 to 4 days as they mention with order booking with my Credit Card. But to till date neither I get my Ordered Items neither got refund of my money. In-between this period I tried to contact them with Phone No.[protected] but unable to connect only 2 -3 times I succeed to talk with them but on explaining my problem they disconnect the line. Similarly I have sent them so many Emails and reminders on their Email id ([protected]@whaaky.com) regarding this matter but didn’t get any reply. I am totally feeling harassed by this website. Kindly, help me in getting my whole refund amount and do the necessary legal action to against them.

                I hve first time booked my order on whakky.com side but i am sorry to say that my first impression on whakky.com side which i hve booked my order Order ID : S80853828 was very bedly I have received order I got shoes no 7 which is tight to my feet now i hve send the two pair of shoes to company change my shoe's no 7 to 8 on behalf of this i hve spend 120 rupees to give my product back to janak puri branch which there company used as corrier and again i hve received the same no i.e 7 and this time my order shoes was changed i hve booked buy one get one free shoes kindly send my money back on my address 201/A-2 railway flat basant lane New delhi or the same pair shoes sent other wise i will take legal action notice to whakky.com i hve spend 1200/- rupees

                  This is a fake marketed website and online retailer who sells pathetic quality items..I ordered 3 shirts of size-38 and I was delivered 39, 44, 40 size shirts which r of 80's and branded koutons...this is a fraud site, not responding to mails and calls as well ...pls don't buy anything here !!!

                    I have ordered 2 items on 02.06.2016, 5 Linen Shirts (Maroon, White, Black, Navy Blue, Pink) Pair of 5 Men Jeans in Assorted Style and Colour on an offer occasion, but what i received was a not suitable size jeans and damage item and shirt item still not received . . definitely it is not a jeans item. Customer care service is the worst, they are not picking my call.                       This company is selling fake mobiles under the name of NOKIA. I JITENDRA purchased 2 nokia mobiles and what i received was a dull, cheap low class chinese set with fake nokia imprinted on it. It is not starting and customer service is not receiving my call.                       They asked me to send the pics of the product and mail them, and till now they have not replied neither they are picking my call. HORRIBLE company, should be banned.

                          I have ordered 2 nokia mobiles on an offer occasion, but what i received was a non working mobile. It's not starting. Such a cheap manufactured mobile, definitely it is not a nokia product. Customer care service is the worst, they are not picking my call.                             With reference to the above subject matter i have placed an order for 3 jeans fants and 3 jean shirts for size mentioned on COD basis and it was delivered to me by paying `1199/-on[protected] but ALAS!!! the product sent to me by you is 3rd grade material and altered and fabricated dressings completely 2 fants are stitched by cutting the material and it was resized and also sizes are completely not matched ….it makes me mental agony

                                    I ordered 3shirts from Whaaky.com. But they sent me different shirts with holes in 1 of them. And when i tried to contact, they didn't respond.
                                    I feel like I got robbed.
                                    Please take an action against them.
                                    They need to be punished for frauding with innocent people.

                                      I ordered 2 Sony Power Banks 25000mAh @1399 on whaaky.com web site on 4th March 2016 and i payed the money through Net banking Amount: 1399/-, after that i received confirmation mail from this site but product did not delivered I called so many time to customer care number but not answering & some time it Busy. I mailed to customer care but there is no any response.

                                        I ordered a product from whaaky and paid it by net banking the order no being S[protected] on date[protected] but i have received nothing as i have already not got the product for more than 5 months please look into the matter and their customer care is also not responsive to anything i want my money back asap.
