I ordered samsung 3 memory card of 32 gb 48 mbps speed of 1199/- order number is S[protected] . i trying to paste data in this card but windows can not able to access this drive error is display. and i am not explore this card in computer, i also try to use in my mobile so mobile is going hang. i find that product are fake(duplicate) so i have very bad experience from this site pls dont buy any product from whaaky site.

I bought 3 Samsung 32GB SD Cards from Whaaky.com and I found all SD cards are duplicate and faulty and communication with company by mails they agreed to replace my duplicate SD cards with original so i courier my SD cards to company address and after than they do not reply my mails regarding SD cards current status.

Two days after I register this complain, I received a mail from Whaaky.com which mentioned as "Your order S[protected] has been successfully shipped".
Also povided the courier name (PROFESSIONAL) and Consignment No (DEL[protected], in that mail it mentioned as "Your order should reach you latest by[protected]".
I waited for some more days and reply to that mail(to:[protected]@whaaky.com) to either send product or refund the money. But still after 1.5 months I havnt recieved any reply from them.
I want to cancel my order and get refund the money.

On 17th October 2015 I had purchased with “S80986916” order number and made online payment of rupees 1099 to Whaaky.com via ICICI internet banking. Order Estimated delivery date was within 7-10 days but I didn’t receive the order so I have contacted whaaky.com support via phone on 23rd October and support executive confirm me that they will be delivering at on Monday. I again contact them after 7 days on 31st October but customer support not pick the phone. So I contact them via mail to deliver the product. On 7th November again I try to contact them but nobody picking up phone. After that as per mentioned process on whaaky.com site for cancel and refund, I drop a mail to cancel the order and refund but no response from their side. On 9th November again I drop a mail for cancel and refund but no update and well no buddy picking up phone. On 16th November again I drop a mail for cancel and refund but no update and well no buddy picking up phone. After 16th I continuously trying to contact them but nobody replying. Whenever I call to whaaky.com support, IVRS response running and due to this I already spend more than 500 Rs.

Then i mailed them on there email id regarding this issue. I have received the auto generated reply from there end again 3 - 4 days passed again i mailed on the same. Again the auto generated reply received from there end after that i mailed them regarding the cancellation of my order and amount refund. Till date i have not received any reply from them. Please look into this matter. All these fake companies are cheating customers with there schemes.

As per the mail received from whaaky i had sent the defective mobile to the designated address, the same has been delivered also. But there was no confirmation of receiving the product from the end of whaaky nor they have initiated any process to refund my amount.

This site should be banned as no one can pickup phone and Every time same message they delivered.

I have booked a sony power bank from "www.whaaky.com" online shopping site on 19/10/2015 According to company commitment I will receive my order within 4 days But still now I am waiting... And when I am trying to connect with your customer care, their line is always showing busy. From company side as well I have received a mail stating that my order has already been shipped (Order-S80990505, Consignment No[protected], Courier Name-Trackon). Now its high time to receive the order so do take some necessary action.
