I have order Sony Power Bank Combo Of 2, they tool long to deliver the product, Whaaky has very poor customer support. they doesn't reply to your phone call and emails.

Yesterday Sony Power Bank Delvered and Both are dublicate made of very cheap plastic and lose of fitting . I Can't believe that they selling branded dublicate product.

Received Products packaging is very old with...

I had ordered Sony Power Bank order no. S[protected] through COD when it arrived I charged it but it wouldn't get charged I was given a defective piece later I also came to know the product is fake I mailed them about this but I didn't get any reply also m calling the customer service but no one answer's. This company should be banned for fraud and cheating consumers also some serious actions should be taken against them....

I had ordered Samsung Mela @ 849 memory cards on whaaky.com on 18th Sep 2015 and they had dispatched on 17th Oct 2015 via Trackon Couriers with awb no[protected]. The courier site is showing as delivered but i didn't received any product from them. I contacted through mail but no response from them even telephone also they are not responding.

Kindly resolve the issue.

I have ordered 3*32GB samsung memory cards for, Rs.1099 as an offer mentioned by this fraudulent company and received 3 duplicate memory cards in disguise as Samsung.I came to know its a duplicate product and immediately contacted whaaky.com and got advised to return the product to their address by courier, so i did by spending another Rs.80.almost more than a month iam waiting still to get my money refunded but whenever i call them they...

paid online for the same, product was delivered on Sep 8th 2015 after 3 weeks i have made the payment and the product turns out to be fake,

i have tried Reaching their CS Team, none of my calls were returned and none of the mails were answered,

This company should be black listed....

I oder my product on whaaky around 16 hour at 21 october . and paid by online by icici bank . they provide me courier consignment no to track my product. But when ever i try it found invalid . i also mail this issue to therir support executive many time they reply me sorry for inconvinence problem will v short with in 24 hour . kindly take strict action . my order id is S80995136. When ever i try to make call the dont pick up the phone ....
