Dear Sir,

I have ordered "MI 20800mAh Power Bank + 2 Jeans-Om Sai" via www.whaaky.com on[protected]:52:24 but still not yet delivered and there website shows dispatched on[protected]:36:00.0 & customer care number[protected] is always busy 24/7 and not happy with there email support [protected]@whaaky.com reply said simply status. Please help me out.

I had ordered pb on 29 oct and i got confirmation of the product thru phone and sms that order is booked. Then I got message that product is dispatched and will be delivered on 12th nov. When chked on line status is not updated as to where has my product reached. Payment was done on line the day i booked my order. Til date no intimation and no body is attending calls to respond to my query. I feel that I am cheated by the company. Even the address of Hyd was physically verified but there was no such company existing.

I have purchased combo shirts vide the above mentioned order No. the same was confirmed by the vendor through SMS and email that the delivery will be done Maximum by 14/11/2015 there after there is no response from the vendor still the track order is showing status of preparing to dispatch my humble request if you can look in the matter to resolve.

My order no s[protected] is delivered but i have purchased koutons jeans which is shown on your site . Product is different and also it is not from any brand it is simply stitched jeans . And also colour is different shown in your website . I get 'only one jeans one is of trouser and also ur vender does not give any bill or returning address .pls help us.

I ordered powerbank from the Whaaky.com Order no: S[protected] for Rs 799 and paid Rs:949 as it was COD on 28-oct-2015 . For my surprise I got duplicate products delivered. I had ordered Powerbank of 10000mah which actually has to chagre minimum of 3 mobiles of 2000mah. But the product I recieved doesnt even charge one mobile and alos power button doesnt work I sent a complaint and was asked to return the products as it qualified for replacement but after that I have not heard back form the company, I followed up on mails and even tried calling but the number mentioned on the site doesn't not exist or out of service. Please help me get the money back

I have a ordered 2 powerbanks of mi on 2nd of june made the payment through credit card for 999 Rs. i got the confirmation on message that Order ID - S80837561 Order was successfully dispatched but it was never received. S80991593 for 2 no. sony power banks was placed by me on the website www.whaaky.com on 19/10/2015, I was assured about the delivery within 10 days of placing the order but even after 1 month I have not received the products. I have tried to call repeatedly o customer support number available at their website i.e.[protected] but the phone is never answered. I have mailed on their email address [protected]@whaaky.com for refund of amount paid for the order, but haven't got any satisfactory response. Above details are available in my whaaky.com account but when I am trying to track the order on TRACKON courier website "Consignment Number[protected] not found" message comes.

I doubt whether www.whaaky.com has sent the courier or have just conned be.

I ordered power bank but i haven't received it even after more than one month. No one from its support team is picking my call. Detail: Order number- S80986525 Ordered date[protected]:01:14 Amount- Rs. 799 Their order status section is indicating that they have shipped it through TRACKON and provided with consignment number[protected]. However when i checked this number on Trackon website, it says, this consignment number does not exist. Please curb this kind of fraud before millions of public in India gets traaped into it. Its a multi million fraud. I request authorities to take it seriously. There is a separate page created in facebook by whaaky victims with the name of Whaaky complain, which indicates that it is definately a fraud. Regards, Prabhash Anand [protected]
