I have ordered combo offer of 2 jeans and 25000 mah sony power bank at 999 rup. I have received duplicate power bank and worst quality jeans. Power bank is not able to charge more than 10 mins. Pl do not buy any product from whaaky. Com No one is receiving my calls and no reply from mail. I found iron bar from inside power bank and a too small battery.

My order details: Sony Power Bank / Ordered on 6th July 2015 / Order no. S80869587 After one month they sent notworked mi-power bank. Discuss with Whaaky team and returned the product I have paid full amount online plus courier charges(Rs. 1300) Last one month they are not lifting phones and not answered mails also. Only automated generated mails are received

I ordered 3 koutons jeans from whaaky.com Order No: S80890916 Order Placed on :[protected]:59:51 Payment Mode : COD i get the product but it was ladies jeans and also different brand so i returned to whaaky.com . i get conformation email that i get my refund with in 7 working days on 9th september but till i didn't get my money back.i called so many times on whaaky's customer care but no one can receive my call and also send email about my refund but they didn't give me answer.

All product is brocked in packing. When i see this then i complain on customer care then he say u return this product by our conveyance. i agree after sometime. when i return the product then i call him. he ask my courier tracking number. i tell him that all detail. and he ask my account detail. i submited all detail but after more time my refund is not back then i call again and again. after more time they pickup my call and then i ask what's the reason. then they said that pleae give me a other account number And other bank. i gave him again. now 1 mounth + time is gone. i call them approx 150 times but they not responce. after 1.22 Minutes call ended. now what i do ? Any one help me. really this is the cheapest site ever. i want to give him many more abuse b'coj they deserve this.

He said with in 10 mints you will get a refund pls share the details, 1) debit card no 2) calculation numbers 3510+8871+2599 (purchase amount) + ATM pin no + 4709 He wants to tell the calculation. I not share the calculation if I share the calculation they find my Atm pin. Call details, Whaaky p.no (which I received) - [protected] call duration - 19 mints 39 sec receiver no - [protected] Please take a complaint and please save our Indians from this kind of frauds Thanks and Regards, Abu [protected]

Hi Sir, I have ordered 3 items from whaaky.com on dated 13.09.2015 and I received 2 items on dated 21.09.15 (Sony head set And perfumes) Duplicate sony head set Rs 499 Perfumes un branded 5 nos Expired and used items Rs 699 order no S80927038. And another item (branded shirts 7 nos) Rs 1499 ordered no S80927006 Still no response from whaaky. I have tried his contact numbers 1) [protected] has been bared, 2) [protected] Every time switch off, the call center no response voice mail only. pls tack necessary Action to close this kind of on line frauds. I am a single customer has loosed Rs - 2599 in clouding all customers I can not imagine the Loosed amount. I am ready to file a complaint any ware pls share if you have any ideas. I had ordered the mobile power bank on 21st sept.2015 but till today 2nd octomber there is no communication from company.I had paid online RS 799 through netbanking and transaction is succesful I had tried to contact on there no. but it not worked since last 20 days. Its a fake site n it should be banned.

Dear sir i have place an order for some cloths(leggings and shirts) on whaaky.com on12/09/2015 for rs 2298, and it said that the product will be delivered within 10 days. but still the order status is showing preparing to dispatch. and on their customer care number nobody is responding. It seems it is a fake company which is making frauds with many customers. please take appropriate action against the company.

Sir, i got a sony 10000mah powerbank in whaaky.com it's fake and it costs of Rs650-/-.its charging only one time to my samsung galaxy e5mobile.you should take a serious action on them.selling a fake items in the name of sony is such a bull, the name and the status of sony will be decreased due to these fake items so please take a severe actio ln upon them..THANKS.

I had placed a order with whaaky.com on 16th September 2015. My order number is S80931381 and I have also mailed you regarding the same on 26th September 2015 on which I have got a revert mail mentioning that I will get response within 48 hours. Now its been 96 hours and I haven't got any response nor my order has been delivered yet. Is this the services u provide? While confirmation of order it was mentioned that I will get my order within 7-10 days and now its 15 days. Will I get any revert where the hell my order is and till when I will get it?

On 03.09.2015 I Ordered one sony power bank 10000 Ah @ Rs.499 through Whaaky on line in the same day they confirm my order and on 10.09.2015 received despatch details as send consignment through MSK world wide via consignment no.[protected]. but till to-date I did not received the consignment, I compliant to Waaky, they confirm that something happaned . In 24 / 48 hours they promised send another consignment. But unfortunayely I received another mail that they need to send back to them the defected items. but till today I did not received nothing to them. so how I can send the Non received items ????
