Dear sir / maam, With reference to my order number S[protected]order for Sony Powerbank 10000mAh) on date 23/08/2015, I paid through netbanking image 1). I received the product on 3rd Sept (image 2). The delived product had cover of 2014 FIFA world cup, which means it was manufactured for promotion of FIFA 2014 worldcup. When I used hte product, it was not charging the phone more than 15% even after its full charge. As the product delivered was not at all functioning as a power bank I lodged a complaint on 6th Sept (image 3). Their reply came on 11th Sept (image 4) asking for pictures of delivered product. I replied them on next day, 12th Sept, with required images of the product (5 images in total) and till that time the powerbank was not even charging 10% of the phone. Since that day I never got any reply from the Whaaky team. I sent two reminder mails on 15th Sept (image 6) and 18th Sept (image 7), however there was no response. Their contact numbers are either not reachable or busy. The current situation is I can not even charge my phone by 5% using powerbank. I did not expect this type of service after paying advance money. I have attached photos of product delivered (product1 to product5) for ready reference. I have bought sony 10000mh power bank at an price of 499+150= 649 i thought it must be a original genuine product of sony but it is a fake song chinese.product. i want my money back plz. help me the online sight has nt replied yet to my mails.help me

I ordered 5 Koutons casual shirts from whaaky.com. I made the payment online and never received my order. I have been trying to contact Whaaky through mails and contact number mentioned on your website but to no avail. Nobody is answering the call and replying to my mails. I have been cheated of my money (Rs 1099) . Kindly do not buy anything from this website. They lure people with cheap stuff and then either do not deliver the products or deliver something which is of no use. Action should be taken against such fraudulent enterprises who dupe people with such malpractices .

As you can see after the complaint they send me a mail about the refund & asked for 7 days. but now 15 days over still got no refund from them. I dont know I am getting my refund or not. You people dont even know how to gain the trust of a customer. This is my 5th complaint.

I placed order S80893612 on www.whaaky.com, which is 10 Polo T-shirts for 1649 (Delivery charge 150. T-Shirt quality is so bad that it will not survive even a single wash, and I ordered XL size and T-Shirts delived do not have any size, company or any label. size is not standard XL size, does not fit to me. As quality is so bad can not ask for replacing them with bigger size. they say order will be delivered in 1-4 days, I got it delived in 25 days. odred date: 21-aug-15 and delivered on 15-sep-2015. 09th sept . after that no updates after 07days also. If they are unable
to process the order, they should inform us in 3-4days so that we can
buy something else or can do preparation accordingly.

I ordered a sony powerbank 10000 mah on 10.Sep 2015 nd the order No. Is s 80921343 and i pay 649/-.when i charged it and plug to my mobile for charging but its not working then i open it nd i found no mechanism there and a iron rod over there which is not connected any wire, u can see this fake thing in my uploaded pic, .i wanna my money back .my contact info is [protected] .other wise i m going to take legal action...

It is just a recorded message which goes on and on and on. Worst of the worst services. I want my money back.

They r not responding for the complaint given by me before. I've provided every single bit of information regarding the product. Every tym they ask for the order no S80 90 0603. Ive given them 2 times n also the images of the product delivered to me. But they are still not taking any actions.Please resolve this problem to me at the earliest n get my money back. Total amount is 650rs. Its totally a fake product. I got a long rod from the inside of that product. Please i heartly request you to look at this n resolve the problem soon. I ordered a sony powerbank 10000 mah order no S80903001 on 28th August and delivered to me on 11th September. But it is a defective piece and not working. I tried calling their number but no one is picking up. So i finally send an email to their support team on 14th September. But didn't hear anything after 24 hours passed. the number of their customer support is[protected]. But no one is picking up the phone. I requested for exchange or refund my amount.

I tried to contact whaaky care team via mail and also via phone, but did not received any response from the whakky team side. I want to replaced that jeans with the branded one as ordered by me . Otherwise refunded my money.
