after making payment through credit card, I got a mail from Whaaky.com it says that transaction is failed. what it means ?
when shall I get my products or my amount to return credit card.

    Hi Yesterday I.e. On 13 th September I received again a call from no [protected].And asked me about the received product snapshots and I did the same.Then he ask me for my icici bank a/c no details so they can refund the money.I went to the icici bank atm to use my card and for the a/c verification that its really my a/c.I used the card and they checked the same.but after that in 5 min he said there is a link failure issue.i have no other bank a/c.Dnt know what but he said it will take time to refund.so still waiting for the refund of the received defective price of Sony battery.Don't know how much time they want to refund the money back.Received the product just next day after purchasing the product but taken 6 days and yet counting..(Still waiting for my money).Buying products from these kind of online shopping sites.

      I ordered a product from Whaaky, having being the order no: S80896773 on 24th August 2015, paid the same via internet banking (Rs.599/-), where it was mentioned that the product will get delivered within 10 working days, it's very pity to state that today it's 13th September 2015 and I am yet to receive the same. No use of calling up at Customer Care, coz they never ever receive the calls. No use of mailing, coz they never revert back. I feel like I have been cheated. I will move up to consumer forum as well as will file a case against Whaaky.com. They are fraud.

          Hi I had ordered a Sony Power bank from Whaaky.com. Order Placed on :[protected]:19:38 Below is the order details. Dear Rohith Shet G R Your Order ID : S80882071 Payment Mode : COD Order Placed on :[protected]:19:38 where they sent out a MI power bank. with no warranty. I had sent several emails to get it replaced, but my email went to drains. No response till now. Can any one let me know how to deal about this?

I also sent them an email as soon as I booked. but nobody replied.               Hi, As i order for 7 Lenon shirt i got the delivery as i was using Medium size abd the send me M size shirt but that shirts was not fitted me its to short when i complain about the same so many mail i wrote they told me to send material back i did the same thing and for refund i was following but noone is picking up the phone and no reply for mails its matter of 1700 Rs, but plz dont deal with this type of cheater

                I had ordered a combo offer to Whaaky no. S80915103 & paid total amount in advance. In my receipt it was stated that the same will be dispatched within 10 working days. Since then Several emails sent but no reply. The phone numbers given are not attended. Shipment details are also not given. I am feeling cheated by the company. Please help.

I would like to bring to your attention that on 05 Spe 2015 we placed an order with your firm for S[protected] Nehru Jackets @ 999 ) & S[protected] Women s Cotton County Capri @ 599) both order Deliver on 10/9/2015 & S[protected] Tees (Adidas/Reebok) & MP3 Player FREE @ 899 ) and this order deliver on 11/9/2015 . Delivered products are very cheap quality, mismatch size. I can't able to speak about the products and website. I want refund for those product. I contacted customer care, 11/9/2015 morning and talk with Mr Rajesh. I got tensed. I purchased products for 2848/- rupees. I want refund. We hope the mistake would have occurred at processing stage. Kindly, let us know how we should return all product or what can I do because all different size not feet us not ordered.

                    Hi sir After I r registered my 1st complain on 8th September I received a call from someone from whaaky.com on the very next day I.e. On 9th September, he asked me to send him an e-mail to info.[protected]@india.com.The copy of invoice and the detailed concern about the product, which I did the same immediately in 1 HR.He said that my product will be replaced by 9th September evening or maximum by 10th September.Bur truth is its 12th September today & still counting for the product replacement.After registering a consumer complaint also they are taking so much time replace or refund, strange.Hope they will cooperate with me.Beware of whaaky.com. Also I dint receive any warranty card. ORDER ID S[protected] Sony Power Bank Duplicate -reg I have placed an order for Sony Power Bank on 24.08.2015 for Rs499/- and the same has been delivered only on 07.09.2015.                                   Please close the company as It's very embarrassing to call again and again and there is no response from support person of whaaky. I have ordered the product 20 days back and also paid whole amount online but I haven't got any product so far.

                                    Hello sir, recently i ordered a 10000mAh sony power bank.I got the product but it doesn't even charge ma 1700 mAh phone even once. Every time i plug in that source my mobile pings me a message showing "power source your using is not sufficient to charge, rate of discharge is more".I even tried calling d customer no but there is no answer, even to my mails.I've sent 4 mails to them but there is no reply.So i want to lodge complaint against them.Thank you.

                                        Have purchased a. Sony 10000 mah power bank with order I'd.its no S80910748 with cod it cost 650 rs on 3rd of September. its not even worth 10 rs.because it get charged in 15 minutes and can only give 15 % of battery back up.i was cheated.no body receiving the call no repply to my emails.guys its truely a fraud company which is whaaky.co.in.please suggest me what to do.my no [protected] or [protected]@live.com
