My order no is: S80933225 .Until today, i am not getting any response from the whaaky team regarding this shipment. I drop a mail to [protected]@whaaky.com, but they are not giving any response. I tried with my mobile to contact customer care centre, but i am unable to connect it. Can you please help me on this.

I have ordered 1)Universal lens & Samsung 16Gb Memory card 2) sony Power Bank 10000mah whose order no.is S80917812 on 08_09_2015. but I have received only one order as on 28.09.15 out of two. (i.e Sony power bank) and another second order i.e Universal lens & Samsung 16Gb Memory card could not received yet. I have also call on costumer care but i can not get answer. I will make complaint in consumer forum court if you do not sent my order in two days. I have take you last chance otherwise you will responsible total.

I have ordered 3 items (7 linen shirts, 5 leggings and 5 printed leggings) at whaaky.com on 26.08.2015. First 2 items (7 linen shirts and 5 leggings) are being displayed as dispatched on 17.09.2015 in tracking order status in Whaaky.com's website. But till date I have received only the linen shirts. The 3rd item has not yet been shipped. Inspite of repeated mails, there is no response from the vendor. No one is picking their customer care number. Please help. My order no. is S80899706.

Hi, I have placed an order at Whaaky.com on[protected]:13:57 and the My order consists of two items . I have received one item at the earliest. But second item the order (a pack of five jeans pant) not delivered till date. I tried connect with them through mail and phone but No response . I hv ordered shirts whch is not yet delivered to my place its more than 10days n i hv done online payment n worst service not receiving my calls n not repsonding to my mails so last i hd to file complaint please response positively or else refund my money..please

I ordered a samsung 2 memory card of 850 rupees by net banking my ord no -S80936315 .on 19.09.15 but still not get the product, when tracking its written preparing to ship . they are also not answering the call and mail.
They are all cheater....

Sir i haven't received my money yet.. It's been a month by now they r not responding to me about the refund status. The defective product is already been delivered to them n its been 10 days. But they are telling me that they haven't received the package. Sir they are simply playing with me and are not willing to repay back. Please sir i beg u take some serious actions on this online retailer. This is totally a fraud online shopping delivering fake and defective products to customers. Please help us and make them repay me sir.

But i received 2 i 34 inches and 2 in 36 inches . i sent the product back and asked them to sent correct product .but still i didn't receive the product as well money. some serve actions must be taken to make them stop their cheating. i mailed them so many times and even called them but in vain. You will not live for long by cheating and getting curse from all.you will have many diseases, your death will be very painful for you. your family, your children all will die in serve diseases . go to hell

Whaaky's customer services really very worst. they earn money by cheating others. please don't purchase anything in Whaaky . com . They dnt send the good product. if we ask for replacement .they will ask us to send the product and they will vanish. They wont reply our mail. They wont attend the call .for cheating like this they can do some other work like ...my order no ;[protected]

fake site. total no response of compaints. i have received duplicated power banks of rupees 1400 as on 24sep 2015. .totally not working . please provide me solution . customar care is not picking my call and no reply received by them.i think its cyber crime. i have to complain against it.

Hai i am ashith from mangalore.I ordered sony powerbank model no cp-f10l. On september 6 2015.I recive the item on 24 sep 2015.But company didnt send any document like bill warranty nothing. Inside of powerbank is shaking.I called customer care. They are also not reciving the call.No ans for mail also. I want justice from this fraud company.

It is quite surprising that there is no one to take calls at your customer support department. I had placed order for the sony headphones for which payment was made by credit card but till date there seems to be no trace of the item. Even the msk worldwide courier service through which it was despatched is not ready to take calls. Disgusting!!! in case i do not receive my order within the next three days, then i am sorry to say that i shall contact the consumer forum for sorting out the issue. Regards

I recently ordered Sony Power Bank from whakky as there was an offer but the product I received is not at in working condition and it looks like a used item when seeing it's outer body itself, I tried reaching their customer care but I did not get any response from there side.
